BEWARE of this company!!! I have no idea what chemical was used in my apartment but, whatever was used has made my family sick! We tarped up my entire apartment and removed everything to move it to my balcony. It has been over a month it stills smells very strong in here. The manager over this company came after my complaints and blamed the issue on my daughters Girl Scout box, that we carried these pests in and said I was anxious! I’ve lived in this apartment for 2 years and never had this issue before.. I am tired of the headaches and light headed issues. I even passed out and was brought out of my place by an ambulance!! They refuse to share what kind of chemical was used just that it’s “safe” . The time this company came they were 15-20mins late each time. The dishwasher I have is infested and still has bugs crawling out of it. Beyond frustrated. We are about to seek legal advise!

Darryl is excellent, always punctual, always goes the extra mile for our tenants, and zero bug issues! Wouldn’t use anyone else!

They do an excellent job for us. Our main issue was brown recluse spiders. Having been bit by one as a teen (while sleeping), I don’t mess around with DIY.

They have been a great service to have! Any time something has come up or needed someone to spray they come either that day or the next. Would recommend to anyone.

I've never had anyone do a more thorough inspection of my home. Ever. I've lived in different states, cities, and regions of the U.S., and I've had pest service in all of them. My technician did an unbelievably good job. I'm just beyond impressed.

I have been with Schendel for a couple years now and have been very pleased since the beginning. The quarterly visits are done like clockwork and the technician is very inquisitive about problems associated with my specific house and then treats accordingly. I also have called a time or two for specific problems and had them addressed. The only issue I have had is getting bills for the quarterly services even though I pay for a year in advance. It always makes me question whether I forgotten to renew.

Cabrin, our pest control tech for the properties I manage, done AMAZING!! My maintenance man left & that left me & another girl (our groundskeeper!) to do the pest control walks/Preventative maintenance/filter changes by ourselves! So he stepped in & up & without us asking him to, grabbed our step ladder, his tank sprayer, & filters & walked 17 houses with us while doing his job as well. The gratitude & appreciation is so much more than just 5 stars! Yall have a keeper with Cabrin out of Springfield!!!! Thank you again, Cabrin!! -Janice & Lexi!!

Sawyer is attentive and friendly. Haven't seen much pest activity with his excellent pest control service! We're rural and he stays on top of all issues.

BE AWARE: The bad reviews are accurate! I read the reviews but decided to call and get a quote anyway. The lady I spoke with was super nice and the tech that came out for the quote was very personable BUT once they had my money it went DOWNHILL. Their treatment didn't work and when I contacted them they said they would come back out and never did. When I called back to talk to a manager he was supposed to get back with me and never did. They cost us thousands of dollars trying to rectify our situation. We ended up not getting anymore service from them 1. because we couldn't seem to get any communication from them and 2. it wasn't doing any good. Then, months later, I received a bill in the mail for a quarterly service agreement which I had not received service for and called to dispute. I was rudely told by the lady that answered the phone that I would have to pay it. I of course asked again to speak with the manager but he wasn't available AGAIN. And AGAIN he never called back. Then months later again I got a past due notice in the mail telling me I was going to be turned over to collections for not paying. I called again and FINALLY was able to get through to the manager and hopefully after months of issues have the billing resolved.

Our technician, Josh, does outstanding, as well as his supervisor, Brad. They both have great customer service skills and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend calling them for your pest control service.

Josh always does an amazing job, you can tell he truly cares about his work! Schendel will also usually come back for free if you have any issues!
