Schendel Pest Service is a top tier company! Why? I'll tell you why, its because of hard work and detection to provide the best service around. They have workers like Garren who are knowledgeable and great at his job. The real question is why didn't you call sooner. Id have gave them 6 stars if that was an option.

One of your work trucks hauling a white trailer heading south on 160/campbell. Completely reckless. Had to lay on my horn do to the driver not adhering to the road rules, trying to use a left turn only lane to blow past traffic and jump back on the highway almost sandwiching my car between his truck and a Mack truck. I WAS RIGHT BESIDE HIM. The only way he didn’t see me would be the lack of attention to the road and cars around him.
Wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t have a child who was terrified in the backseat.

Terry is the best. He cares about how I am doing with my cancer. He is professional and just a wonderful person.

Great service!! We get the quarterly maintenance. Our guy works with our schedule and is always on time. He is very knowledgeable and helpful!! He always lets me know if he notices a potential problem and has no problem coming between services if needed.

I always have great interactions with the technicians that Schendel sends out to us. They are always friendly, communicative, and respectful of our space. Additionally, the service they provide has always been great, and if something isn't effective then a tech always comes to rectify the issue promptly when I have submitted tickets in the past. Thank you guys for all you do! You have great employees that represent your company well.

Sawyer always calls ahead of time to make sure the time for service is convenient for us. He always shows up when he says he will and addresses any concerns. We have pets and he works around them as well! Very professional and friendly!

My grandmother paid 1,350 to get a heat treatment done at her home for bed bugs. The morning after the heat treatment live activity was spotted. I called an was told someone would be out to inspect, never happened. At 2 weeks an inspection was supposed to be done since we have a 30 day warrany. 8 called an got told multiple times someone would call me back. That's not happened. Very frustrated!!!

Their worker hit my car and ran from the scene, had to track his truck down and report him to the police and to schendel. I have called over and over to get the situation resolved and schendel has yet to contact me back with their insurance information or on how they are going to fix my car. The accident happened on Aug 18th and here we are now and it’s Nov 10. Unfortunately now, I’m going to have to start getting a lawyer involved since they’ve continued their silence.
