Customer for life! Logan (owner) went to do a final inspection and didn’t like what he found. He had his crew come back and fix it. I would never have know the difference probably as gutters aren’t my forte. He did though and made right what I probably never would have known. You don’t find that often anymore.

Edit: Logan’s team did a good job installing the shingle roof, however, the team (maybe a subcontractor?) which finished our flat garage roof did not. They didn’t show up on time, and dragged their feet to finish. Days later, a leak was found during rain, yet they took days to come back to fix. Yesterday, part of the gutter fell off from the flat roof. I strongly recommend that you pick a different subcontractor for the future.

My wife and I contacted anchor point development after we had some roofing damage from a wind storm. Logan and Nate came out, did a thorough inspection of the roof and let us know exactly what was needed and gave us two options for roofing replacement. The price for all the work came in under what we were expecting, The roofing material showed up a couple of days early and when the day arrived for the roof to be repaired the crew showed up at 6:00 in the morning. They worked all day and finished the roof in one day. Overall my wife and I are extremely impressed with the workmanship that they showed, how hard they worked, and how quickly they worked they made a very large job look very easy. The overall quality of the work is absolutely excellent we could not be any more satisfied. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family who need roof replacement or siding done.

Anchor Point redid our decking , roof,and gutter guards. Logan, Nate, and staff were excellent communicators and professional throughout the entire process. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had in years, I'm not exaggerating. Max Sandquist is absolutely phenomenal and I am blown away by the personal attention to my issues. Max takes the time to understand someone's needs (mine) and figures out how to help. He even went out of his way to show up at 730am to assist me with a matter.

Right now I have no reason to not give Logan and Anchor Point full marks for my roof replacement. Handled communication with my insurance providers, for what little help they were. I called 3 different reputable (as far as I could tell) companies when I found shingles in my yard and they were the only ones who would look at my issue within a week.
Job was completed promptly, during January 2026 with everything falling within my expectations and budget. Thanks for the job well done!

After a couple other quotes, I chose Logan from Anchor Point to repair a few soffit panels and eve facia that blew off during recent high winds. Main reasons were timely response, good communication during process, professionalism & fair price. Went the extra step and replaced the bulbs in the soffit lights as well. I would likely use Anchor Point Roofing again if needed in the future

Anchor point roofing is AWESOME!! I hired them to repair my roof where my tree had fallen on in. They surveyed my roof, came and sat down with me. And was VERY thorough with explaining what my issues were. And the best way to resolve it. Nate came back with my quotes and the crew came and had my roof repaired in one day!!! Oh and when the crew ran into a problem. I was told immediately what the issues were by Logan. And they repaired it as well before time!! Anchor Point is so down to Earth and professional!! Last year I was approached by people from a roofing company who wanted to check my roof for hail damage. They informed me that I had enough damage to my roof to qualify to have it replaced even thought State Farm had denied the claim the year before. So I resubmitted the claim and was denied a second time.

I decided to get a second opinion to challenge State Farm and called Anchor Point. I am so glad I did. It was a busy time of the year but Logan Crain was able to see me in a few days. Logan was so so different from anyone who had done a roof inspection before. The first thing I observed was how much longer it took him to do the inspection. When he had finished inspecting the roof he asked if he could go into my attic which I agreed to. He then went to his truck to write up his findings. When he was through he gave me a thorough assessment of the damage to my roof and where I had leaks in it. I appreciated his honesty when he explained that the damage that the ‘storm chaser’ roofing company had identified as hail damage was actually normal wear and tear. He explained why State Farm was not wrong in denying my claim. As much as I hated learning this I appreciated Logan’s honesty. He did not pressure me to replace my roof right away. I also appreciated that he proposed using better shingles that cost a little more but are worth the cost in terms of the life of those shingles and the added protection they offer.

One of the things Logan identified was a leak around the weather head on my roof which was going into the space between the interior and exterior walls of my house as I did not have the money to replace my roof at that time I had Anchor Point fix this. As his crew was busy and there was rain in the forecast Logan showed up himself to make this needed repair. My neighbor asked me if I was happy with Anchor and I said yes. I asked Logan to talk to my neighbor when he had finished my repairing my roof which he did even though it was late in the day. My neighbor is very particular and ended up hiring Anchor Point to repair his roof and has been happy with his decision to use them.

If you want work done by an honest truly locally owned company (there are a number of companies that claim to be locally owned but are not) I would highly recommend Anchor Point Roofing.

Logan, and Anchor Point really took care of me. My roof was in bad shape- I’d let it go for so long that it was affecting my soffit… and squirrels were getting into my attic. The bid was quick and fair so I accepted it and was put on the schedule. They actually got to me a few days early and roofed my whole house, with the repairs, in a day. It’s been almost a year and a half, and no leaks… or squirrels. I highly recommend Anchor Point.

I had a minor problem with facia and soffits and the response was very quick which was amazing especially on a holiday week. Their office staff was friendly and respectful. The owner actually came to give me an estimate and spent time walking my yard with me to help look for pieces that blew off overnight so he could reuse them. His estimate was reasonable and he was able to repair it immediately. He also checked for other loose pieces and did a visual of my roof and guttering. I value his opinion because I was told recently I needed a whole roof replacement after a storm went through and he said my roof was in great shape with many years left on it!

Logan was very prompt during the aftermath of the spring storms, answered all my questions and correspondence and made many helpful suggestions, returning for additional repairs to secure my roof while working on the long process of replacement after tree removals, which took some time due to the backlog and was not due to any delay at all on his part. He was highly recommended by several friends and previous customers.

Logan and his team did a great job installing my new roof! They repaired areas of shoddy workmanship by the previous roofers to prevent future damage. They also replaced decking in an area that wasn't structurally sound. The work was completely quickly, thoroughly, and very soon after the inspection. Logan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent communication.
