Big thanks to Logan & all the crew @ Anchorpoint Roofing & Siding for the excellent job they did on replacing our siding & soffit on our house. They were quick to get us scheduled, final work looks great, pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone & will definitely use them again. Thanks again.

Logan Crain and the crew at Anchor Point Development did a great job on this project! From estimate to completion in just a couple weeks! Logan communicates well and often about the project and quickly answered any questions I had. I asked if we could remove the leaky and unsightly chimney and he said of course no problem. His crew was punctual and hard working. They came well equipped for anything that came up. I stopped by a few times just to look at the progress and the lead installer always greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Couldn’t have been happier with results. Logan and Anchor Point are my new go-to roofers!

I've worked with Max at Anchor Point Roofing on a few transactions now, and he's been great every time.

Most recently, he had already been out and given us a quote, but when we needed some additional information to help fit within what insurance was willing to cover, he went back out and took another look without any complaints. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, worked with us and the buyer's agent, and helped make everything go a lot smoother than it could have.

One thing I really appreciate about Max is that he's straightforward and keeps everyone in the loop. If something changes, he lets you know. If there's an update, he shares it. That kind of communication makes a huge difference.

As a Realtor, it's important to have people I can trust to take care of my clients, and Max is definitely one of those people. I'm thankful for all the help he's provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.

if you need a very exceptional roofing company Anchor Point Roofers and Siding is the company you want. Sales very easy, informational, answered all questions so you can understand, work crew amazing to watch, like a smooth working machine, no slacking all working as one unit. overall I am so glad I chose this company. I can not bad mouth the worst, lets just say they have a man's name that starts with a D. Anchor Point Roofing did the job ripping off 3 layers, 2 shingles, and one tin, all in one day the job was done, yard was cleaned, and then they were gone, very thorough in their profession, and they gave a 5 year warranty on their labor.

I had a really great experience with Anchor Point Roofing. They installed vinyl siding and window flashing on my home. Logan communicated with me every step of the way, making sure I was kept up to speed on the process from material ordering to completion. And the job was completed promptly! The place looks amazing. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for basically any exterior repair project.

I contacted Anchor Point Roofing to get an estimate for my mother's roof damage so we could compare multiple roofing companies before making a decision. Duane came out to inspect the property, but once he learned that we had not yet contacted our insurance company or spoken with an adjuster, the interaction became very frustrating.

While he repeatedly told us that we should contact insurance first and that an estimate was not necessary at this stage, he refused to provide any meaningful information about his services, pricing approach, or how his company handles insurance claims. As first-time homeowners dealing with this process, we were simply trying to gather information and understand our options.

Instead of helping educate us or guiding us through the next steps, Duane came across as rude, combative, and dismissive whenever we asked questions or requested an estimate. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable—we just wanted enough information to compare Anchor Point Roofing with two other roofing companies we have scheduled to meet with.

A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us with no confidence in moving forward with this company.

Update: After posting this 1 star review, Logan, one of the owners, personally reached out to apologize for my experience. He took the time to walk me through the roofing and insurance claims process in a much more helpful and professional manner, answered my questions, and provided an emailed proposal that I can use to compare with other roofing companies when the time comes to move forward with the project.

I appreciate Logan's willingness to address my concerns and make an effort to correct the situation. While my initial experience with the company was frustrating, his follow-up demonstrated a level of customer service and accountability that deserves recognition. Only due to this, bringing to 3 star.

Logan and his team did an amazing job on our roof and siding. They did roof fist and it was 40° outside when they did it and then they came back to do siding after the big snow we had. They knew we needed the work so soon and not even the weather got in their way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
