Everything about this company was amazing! I was a bit worried going into a search for help, I know nothing about roofing. But their customer service was so great! Alli was so kind, knowledgeable and awesome- she made it clear she sincerely cared about my home & my experience. She answered every question I had and always called back right away. I honestly didn’t know anyone could help me get through a process like this so well! Couldn’t recommend more!!

I used this company for replacing my roof due to storm damage. Joe and Wes did an awesome job of explaining how the process works. I chose Copper Canyon for my roofing color and it is beautiful. Took 2 days to replace my roof due to the extreme heat they worked thru and that was certainly understandable. After the roof was completed they did an amazing job cleaning up and I have not found one nail. There were 5 guys on hands and knees combing the grass with their fingers to be sure they got everything picked up. I could not have asked for a better roof, and a better experience on getting it done. I highly recommend working with Joe and Wes if you need a quality roof, and quality project management. Definitely a 5 star job!!

We contacted Black and White Roofing to take a look at a potential problem we were having with shingles on our roof. Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable on his service call. He went above our expectations to explain everything thoroughly to us. I would highly recommend them for service and will contact them again when needed!

So far the experience has been better than with their competitor (Foundation Recovery Systems), who tried to sell me a bunch of nonsense I did not need. I will will amend my review after the work has been completed.

I was impressed with Helitech from the start. Christopher came by and figured out a solution to our issue. He was so patient as he explained it to us and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Alex and his team did the work. They took great care in doing the best job possible. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up beautifully after the work was done. Helitech gets an A++ from us!

Sam from Helitech was amazing to work with. He was very thorough with his explanation of exactly what they would do to solve our settling issue with our house. We appreciated him giving us a reasonable financial option for our needs.

Helitech must really train their employees because I was so impressed with the two gentleman that came out to look at my basement. They were professional and kind. They listened to me and had several suggestions to help me fit the necessary repairs to my budget. Because spending money on foundation work is the last thing I wanted to do, I had receive a couple of other quotes but Grant and Sam from Helitech won me over with their knowledge of the needed solution and the fact that they took the time to hear my concerns and to offer me several options so I could address the worst issues first and save to fix other issues. I had a great experience with Helitech when it came to our foundation repair. From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, honest, and efficient. Grant in sales was especially helpful. Grant clearly explained the issues, walked us through our options, and never pressured us into anything. Sam and Grant came out and provided an estimate for our crawl space encapsulation. We live in NW Arkansas. They looked over the crawl space and came up with a good game plan for the space. We will update when the work is complete. Thank you

There is a leak somewhere in our storm shelter when it rains hard. Michael Mohler came out to do an estimate and he did a terrific job. He thoroughly went over the issue both inside and outside the house and gave me excellent advice on what the repair options were, including things I could do myself. Michael was great to work with and I very much enjoyed meeting him. He also took the time to advise me on a few other possible issues with the home we recently moved into that I asked about. I would not hesitate to do business with Helitech and Michael if I can’t fix the leak myself, or if I need their assistance on any other problems.

Alex and his crew installed a French drain at our home in July. Alex was very professional and informative. He explained everything they were doing. He took pictures of the work to show me what they found and how they fixed it. They cleaned up the outside when the work was finished. The crew was efficient and a pleasure to work with. He was very cautious entering and leaving our home. He even played with our dog! I highly recommend Helitech and Alex's crew.

We had flooding in our basement due to a crack in the concrete outside a basement wall. We called Helitech to look at it and the interaction was extremely positive right from the beginning.

Sam was scheduled to come out to give us an estimate. We were told he'd call 30 minutes prior, which he did, and was so friendly. He gave a thorough review of what was going on, explained what he was seeing so we'd know what the work would require, answered any questions, and gave us the estimate while he was there.

Once we accepted the estimate, he immediately got us in contact with our Customer Care Representative, Alicia, who talked through scheduling, reviewed what dates wouldn't work for us, and set expectations for next steps as well as providing contact information if we had any questions in the meantime. All this took place while Sam was still at our house, so we were being guided through the whole process.

We got a call that a project was pushed out, so we ended up being able to get our work done even quicker than expected. When we received that call, Alicia let us know what to expect. She said Jacob would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival - which he did. Jacob and the two men on his team were amazing. They arrived and explained their plan and immediately began working. They were so respectful of our property and so nice. Jacob even went above by digging a small hole around the french drain they were connecting with and adding a bit of gravel to be sure the drainage would be effective. He explained everything he saw/did, asked us multiple times if we had any questions, tested the drainage to ensure no water was running into the basement, and they even sprayed off our deck to make sure there was no dirt/debris left behind.

I would recommend Helitech to anyone. And a special shout out to Sam and Jacob (and Jacob's team) for all their hard work and kindness. They really went above and beyond to make this home repair as pain free as possible.

Helitech is one of the better companies we have ever worked with. They did a foundation repair on our home in Springfield, MO. As my husband and I are both veterans, we know the importance of leadership and accountability. Michael Mohler did an excellent evaluation and explained what the problems were and what was not. He drew out a picture of what needed to be done, and Jacob put his team to work to do the job. It was very difficult, as there was not much crawl space to work and it was hot! Jacob's team worked hard, and I truly believe they did an excellent job. There is one small thing left to be done and Jes, from the service department, is going to make that happen. Ty came to our house in Roach to give us an estimate to repair our uneven floors that are due to crawl space issues. We have had two other companies here to give us estimates prior to Ty coming. Both of the others were going to do an overkill as to what we were requested be done. Ty, however, gave us an estimate on what we want done and it was more reasonable than the other two companies. We contacted Helitech to give us quote for foundation repair. Sam J came out and we felt immediately comfortable and happy to have him there. He was very respectful of our property and very personable. He built trust and confidence in our perception of Helitech’s ability to fix the problems. He gave us a quote and description of the repairs to fix the problem.
He offered a Veteran discount as well. We have high hopes the work will be done professionally.

Josh, Corey, and John came April 2 and 3rd, and completed the job for us. Josh was the lead tech, and was very professional and personable and walked us through each step, showing us pictures of the work that was done, and making sure we were happy with the results. We have a high regard for anyone willing to do this hard work in a crawl space under the house and we are very thankful we called Helitech. We trusted them in our home and everyone from the office to the techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Grant was very friendly, thorough, and explained well what he saw when assessing my home today. He evaluated inside and under the house, and his pictures plus explanation did a good job showing what needs fixed

We have had such a wonderful experience with Helitech! We noticed a crack in an exterior wall, Sam came out and assessed the situation. He took the time to be thorough in his assessment and answer all of my questions. Not just while he was on site, but afterwards when I have reached out with a question he has been so quick to answer and kind! We have an old house and I feel that he did a better job taking that into consideration and recommending solutions compared to other companies we had out. Their customer service has been quick and easy to reach as well! We would recommend them for any foundation concerns!
