Jacob Semler and his crew did an outstanding job. Our floors are level, our doors are straight and close perfectly.
The crew took extra care not to damage drywall or floors. They were prompt, communicated exactly what they were doing to fix our foundation.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We provided a deposit to get started in 2 months, we chaged our mind and decided not to move ahead with the services.
After requesting that our $9500. deposit be returned we were told that our check was in the mail and in route to us, yet after almost 4 months and several phone calls no deposit has been returned to us.
Pretty sad service to a 90 year old 100% disabled veteran....

Michael was very professional and friendly. He took his time to ensure a thorough inspection of our home. He took pictures and video of any problem areas he found and satisfactorily answered all of our questions. He really went above and beyond and we appreciated his knowledge and assistance! He made us feel comfortable in trusting this company with our business!

Our salesman, Michael, was very informative and easy to work with. The lead man on the crew, Jacob, was very knowledgeable and never hesitated to crawl out of the crawl space to answer my questions. They did a fantastic job and we are thrilled we reached out to them.

Alex and his crew were AMAZING! The work they did came out great! They were so down to earth and professional. They were great with my kids also. Jacob (sp?) even jumped in the leaves with my 5yo daughter because she asked him. They really do need better tools for the job though (NOT THEIR FAULT as they don't buy their tools!). It would have made the job quicker and smoother with a set of chisels and a saw that got into smaller areas to cut the boards to fit my subfloor. These guys had to deal with multiple layers of subflooring and flooring (house built 1950). They explained every step to us and asked many times if I was satisfied. They answered all of my questions and showed/explained the process of the repair. I now feel like my family is much safer in out home. No more panicking that my wall is going to collapse! Thank you Alex and crew!!

Sam and Grant were very helpful and informative when they came out to look at the issues I was having with my foundation. They taught me a lot about the situation so I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. I appreciate it and look forward to having the work done.

They were the best. Kevin was the key and he backed up everything he said including his praise and commitment to top notch installers. There were no issues, arrived on time and finished much sooner than expected. This is the company to fix your foundation issues by far.

Jacob S and his crew just finished up the 3-day job today. He and his crew prepped the inside of the house carefully before work began and were always cautious when leaving and entering my home. Jacob was very informative and asked to show their work when they had reached a certain point throughout each day. They were very professional, efficient and great to work with. They cleaned up the space inside and out extremely well and left it in better condition than what they found. I highly recommend Helitech and especially Jacob and his crew.

They did an okay job..... staff was nice. they left more damage than what was expected and made follow up refinishing more expensive. There was a hole in a separate area that no one had warned us about or mentioned prior to the work being started. There's nothing we can do to fix it other than completely replace the floor. We may have opted not to get the work done, had a known. We also were surprised at the appearance of the Crack repair in the garage that looked like an eye sore. Again, no one had discussed that this would be the outcome or what a would be seeing afterwards. Additionally, the doors upstairs are still sticking after installing the support pole in the basement. Not sure any lifting was done, just wedging a pole under a sagging beam...... or maybe they just misdiagnosed the problem. Pretty expensive for not really fixing the issues we are having but I guess they won't get any wise maybe

I would highly recommend using Helitech for outside replacement of drain pipes. They trenched and installed five gutter downspouts with four inch triple wall along with three pop up gutter drains at three locations at my Springfield MO location. The foreman, Qintan and his crew of Logan and Corey were awesome! Highly professional and hard workers. Each one s valued asset to any business. Thank you Helitech!
