Titan Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof! We are very pleased with their work! They were very efficient and fast! Our roof was completed in one day working until dark! They came back the next morning to remove the trailer and scan for nails in the yard. Highly recommend them and Justin Kropf our salesman!

Outstanding job and product from TITAN! Made even better by phenomenal service from beginning to end. Sam and Donita both went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. Best roofing company period. I called about 6 before we settled on titan roofing and im so glad we did. They did the job in a timely manner, the price was very competitive vs other companies and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the roof I needed without trying to up sell me on anything fancy that I didn't need which I really appreciated. They came back a few weeks after installation and did a complete check on the roof before i even paid my remaining balance. I suggest if you need a great roof at a good price done in a timely manor than look no farther than titan roofing.

Great company when it comes to all your roofing needs. The storms caused large tree limbs to damage my roof shed and shop. Justin Kropf did a fantastic job inspecting and explaining the insurance process. I was kept updated through out the whole process from materials to dates for the repairs. Wil Snider management kept the everything moving along smoothly with how many other repairs that had to take place along with the roof.

Our salesman was Dillon-he and Samuel were awesome when they came for our consultation. Everyone that showed up to our home to work was very professional. We are very happy with Dillon, Brenden, Will, Samuel, Eddie, Marlene, Donita and the rest of the Titan crew! I would recommend them to anyone getting a roof. Our roof turned out beautifully. It was a great and worry-free experience with Titan Roofing. I was first contacted by Mr. Samuel Baker who was the first to come out and pre inspect my roof damage and he walked me through the process. He told me what to expect and everything that he told me was right on point. I have nothing but high regards for Titan Roofing and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!

Our experience was great! Every employee from the sales rep Jd to the office staff that texted me updates (I forgot her name but she was awesome!) to Bert and the other employees that put the siding up, were great to work with! They kept us updated throughout the process. We only needed our storm damaged siding replaced but we will absolutely use Titan if we ever need a new roof!

We had an excellent experience with Titan Roofing yesterday. Kyle inspected our roof, taking many photos in the process, then spent considerable time showing us the pictures and explaining the issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable and we enjoyed the experience very much. He could have told us our roof needs replaced immediately but he was honest instead and told us it has a year or two left in it. We will be hiring Titan when it's time to replace it!

In addition to the good experience with Kyle, the whole company feels very professional from their streamlined scheduling and communication software to their branded shirts. I received text messages letting me know when they were on their way and when they were getting close. The whole experience was too easy!

Titan Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof in a most timely matter. I appreciate all the time and dedication their team performed while here! The best surprise I had in getting a roof from Titan was that there were no surprises except a new roof and gutters with no headaches at all. I had never bought a roof before so I assumed it was going to be a hassle. It was done on time (early, actually) and at the agreed price. The initial salesman (I'm sorry I don't remember the name) answered all my many questions. If I live long enough to ever need another roof, I would not hesitate to use Titan again.

P.S. I seldom give reviews for anything unless it's bad. ;)

I appreciate the reply, but unfortunately, several of the statements made here are not accurate and do not reflect my experience.

No Discount Was Offered: At no point was I offered a discount to help “close the matter respectfully.” That claim is simply false.

Late Fee Not Waived as a Courtesy: The late fee was not waived as a goodwill gesture—it was removed because I pointed out that it was applied in error by their billing system. They admitted this and reversed the charge accordingly.

Issues Still Unresolved: The workmanship issues I raised remain unaddressed. Despite promises, no proper corrections were made, and the quality of the installation was substandard.

I’ve made every effort to communicate clearly and respectfully throughout this process. It’s disappointing that the response here attempts to misrepresent the facts rather than take accountability for the service deficiencies. I stand by my review and my experience, and I encourage future customers to document all interactions carefully.

Avoid This Roofing Company – Poor Workmanship and No Accountability.

I hired this company to install a new metal roof on my home, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Here are just a few of the serious issues visible in the photos I’ve attached:

• Overdriven and Misaligned Screws: Many of the fasteners were overdriven or placed inconsistently, which has already caused visible warping and could compromise the roof’s ability to shed water and resist wind.
• Improper Flashing and Seams: Critical flashing joints and panel seams are left open or poorly cut, which could easily lead to water penetration and damage to the structure underneath.
• Bent and Damaged Panels: Some panels were installed with visible dents or scratches, clearly from mishandling or improper installation.
• Inadequate Drip Edge and Trim Work: The drip edge and rake trim are poorly aligned, uneven, and in some areas not properly secured, leaving gaps that can let in water and debris.
• Messy Valleys and Sealing: The valleys are filled with messy sealant rather than properly interlocked panels, which is not how a long-lasting metal roof should be built.

For a job this expensive, the results are unacceptable. I’ve asked for corrections multiple times, and they’ve come out multiple times to attempt to fix issues only to keep cutting corners. On my last attempt the company only offered to come out and “drill back a few screws.” I do not trust them to fix anything else properly at this point.

I strongly recommend avoiding this contractor if you want your roof installed correctly the first time. I am currently seeking further help through official channels to hold them accountable.

I can’t attach the photos from the beginning of the job where they tried to add the underlayment over the furring strips and tried to tell me that was the best way to do it.

Titan Roofing has been an excellent company to work with. Ryan was my contact. He was thorough in getting my roof inspected properly and always responded timely with updates/answers. Will always kept me in the loop on the process when it came time to source materials to schedule the replacement. Everyone was easy to contact with quick response to my questions along the way. Titan was professional and courteous. A big fan of Trey, Dillon, Scott, and Will were excellent to work with during this project. They repaired my roof, shingles, and gutters!

The one downside was the laborer left multiple screws and nails in our driveway. I shot one text to Will Snider and he assured me if we had any flags they would take care of it.

Would highly recommend Titan Roofing.

I worked with JD and Eddie mostly and they were easy to work with. There were a couple issues with miscommunication but Will was able to get things resolved and we got the project done. I have a really steep pitch on the roof and it was a complicated job but it looks great. The workers didn't do great at cleaning up but otherwise it was great. I had some tar marks on the house that they cleaned off and they picked up most of the small pieces of shingles and nails. Overall I am happy with the job

Justin and Betty and the whole team were amazing to work with. Justin explained everything so well, Betty has been extremely pleasant to work with and the team that did my roof was quick and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

This entire company is amazing. They are respectful, clean, efficient, polite and hardworking. They got us an entire new roof that looks great. From start to finish they were professional (even brought me a cinnamon roll the first time i met them.) Kyle stands out to me as the best. He was able to work with the insurance company on my behalf to help us out a great deal.

Let’s start with this…Titan roofing did PHENOMENAL! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Dillon Hostetler took the time to explain the repairs needed for both my roof and gutters and made sure everything was done right the first time.

Kim Hernandez, Eddie Aceves, and Will Snyder (plus their team) was AWESOME! The quality of their workmanship really shows, and they left my property clean and well taken care of after the job was completed. Communication from Donita Hostetler and Brenden Payne was excellent throughout the entire process, and I truly felt like my home was in good hands. They constantly sent updates with pictures and I truly appreciate that!
