Chance came out to my dads at the end of Aug/1st Sept and we prepaid them $17k. The roof was supposed to be replaced around halloween. Since it's been pushed twice and now they're saying Mid-late December. Absoutely unacceptable. Either get the job done or refund our money.

Chance LeBoube handled this for me. I had storm damage from last March. He helped me with the inspection, and took pictures of the damage. The gutters were also affected. He met my insurance adjuster here and they looked it over together. It was approved. The insurance company, American National Property and Casualty, sent me a check for the
roof and gutter replacement. In the meantime Bolivar had significant damage to many buildings. they explained when I signed the contract that it would be about 45 days, I was okay with that, since I didn't have leaks. They did a great job.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Paul Scucchi of OHM Restorations. He was great working with and informed me every step of the way. I also had a rental property with roof hail damage, too, that his team did a fantastic job on. Their work was fast and complete. Would refer him to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Clint Hatcher and OHM. Clint was professional and accessible through the entire roofing process. He went to bat for us with our insurance company and got our roof approved (when another company was told no). Clint kept in constant (non pressure) contact with us each step of the way. The roofers cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping off our back deck! I'm so glad we had the opportunity of working with Clint, and I would recommend him to anyone.

The service from Mason and the OHM team was excellent. They helped us repair our rood and gutters in a timely manner. We couldn't thank you guys enough.

They did get the roof and siding on very quickly and well done. Detail work, not so much though.

Brandon and Brett did an excellent job. Both of them were very professional. The roof was completed as planned in a timely matter. Even with a slight hiccup the job was done flawlessly. The crew cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they had been here. These guys made this a painless process for sure.

They came out and inspected my roof and found hail and wind damage and filled me in on every detail that I needed to know about purchasing new shingles. Professional and they did excellent on my roof. 👍

Absolutely love Chance Laboube. Refreshing to see a young guy with an old guy work ethic! Puts me to shame, lol. Seriously he came out, wanted to be there when the insurance adjuster arrived, keeping them honest! He was on top of the subs keeping them on task! He was always available on his cell phone no matter what might be going on in his life, no matter what the hour, to help me get the best outcome with the project. Come on, this guy is amazing! And we have a beautiful outcome 💪

Paul was super helpful and took care of all my roof repair needs. High quality work done at a great price. I would say I'd love to use then again but I feel I won't need any repairs done in a long time due to his teams fantastic work. Thanks Paul!

David came to look at our roof at my workplace; he was thorough, took his time, and very kind! He did core sampling to make sure that when the roof needed replaced it had the same amount of insulation that was there before. David also tried to find our problem before saying we just needed a whole new roof; he understood the need to budget that in. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to giving your customers the best service and product!

Paul at OHM Restoration provided excellent customer service throughout the full process of replacing our roof. He was quick to respond, always available, and his knowledge was comprehensive. OHM contractors did top notch work and we were pleased with process.

Hands down best experience! Did an excellent job with insurance company and installation day was seamless. Took great care and detail in protecting surrounding of the home when removing old materials from roof.

They showed up at my home and asked if they could do a roof inspection. I said yes because I had a bad leak. They found the leak and had videoed everything so they could show me. That was appreciated.
I agreed to have them replace the roof and had to fight with the insurance company a bit to get them to pay for it. Once I was approved it took awhile to get it done, partly due to weather and partly due to them changing my dates. Once it was finished, the roofers had left a box of nails and the salesman left his roof sample. It took a few weeks before the nails were picked up and we had to drop off the sample to their office. I think the price was too high but overall they did a good job. My roof doesn't leak!!

Excellent company. Very quick and professional. Well organized. The crew was fast and did a great job in one day. There was a small issue with a few missed nails during cleanup, but that is excusable. Great job! I highly recommend! Will hire again for other repairs.

Roofers were amazing. Even insurance company said good job. My gutters they put smaller ones on than were originally on there and appear cheaper. We now have water running over due to amount- not clogged.Why did no one say they were doing that? Had issues getting date to put roof on. Many excuses yet had months.They kept going to insurance company and asking for more money even after contract. They tried to include our fence to insurance when we clearly said we were doing ourselves. Shady on billing. Great roofers would not reccomend gutters through them. Nails left on ground.

The materials used to replace our roof and gutters were quality and guaranteed. Other than a glitch by roofers to seal a vent, we have been satisfied with the quality of the work. We appreciate the excellent products and the care given by the OHM staff. We would definitely use this company again.

Saw they were doing work at a neighbors house after a storm. Called them, Branden came over and we signed paperwork that allows them to talk/negotiate with our insurance co. This was almost one month ago….crickets….can’t get anyone to call us back and don’t even know if they are working on our case. Extremely worried that we have been scammed….

UPDATE- shortly after posting this Abby from the Springfield office contacted us. After talking with her, she was very courteous and professional. She did not make any excuses for our situation. She seemed to understand our frustration towards the lack of communication from our project manage. She did not try to strong arm us into staying in the contract and sent a cancellation right away. One thing for sure they will do everything right once you get the right person and method of communication. Thank you Abby, the company should recognize your value and strive to have more employees like you😇
