Dylan was very professional and went beyond expectations to communicate with are insurance company, to see that all aspects of needed repair were done.
He stayed in touch, updating us with each step, as we had quite a few different types of storm damage.

Over the Top Roofing replaced the roof on our newly purchased home a few months prior to being put on the market. After we purchased the home, we noticed a portion of gutter that wasn't attached, causing it not to drain properly. I contacted Dylan to see about the gutter repair and to get details on their recent roof job in case there was any sort of warranty transfer details. He was quick to send someone out to repair the gutter and provided all the recent job details, as well as the website for us to transfer the warranty to our name. Dylan Reddell went above and beyond for my family. We were going to loose a battle with our insurance company if it weren’t for him. He kept on them. He communicated with me. When he said he’d be at my house for estimates and the work. He was there. I have not seen a young man work so hard in a long while. He is so knowledgeable and kind. We got a new roof, gutters, and more then I ever expected to get out of filing a claim. Our roof is already on and it looks amazing! They were fast efficient and cleaned up everything well. As a result of a hailstorm in 2020 I contacted Dylan from Over The Top Roofing. It was an insurance claim and Dylan proved himself to be quite valuable in regards to making sure that the insurance company had all the details they needed in order to give me the most accurate assessment of the damages to my house.
This included him physically getting on my roof, marking it in detail all of the areas of damage including the vents, the gutters, the roof caps, and of course the shingles. He must of taken a hundred photographs documenting the damage. At my request he e mailed them to me for my file.
He met with the insurance adjuster at the time of her inspection and gave her all the information to make sure she did not miss anything. At a later point he noticed additional damage albeit minor, to my garage door and was able to have the insurance company cover the costs for replacement on that as well. This was not something that the adjuster had noticed initially so that was a great benefit to me.
When the day of installation arrived they were able to complete it in a day and did a complete clean up. They did a good job of protecting my back deck too.
When it came to reconciling the bill there was an error made by the insurance company and Dylan was able to adequately explain to them the error and they subsequently called me advising that they would make the adjustment.
That's the good thing about Dylan. He is really knowledgeable about the different insurance companies policies and he knows how to address each one according to the situation. It really made me comfortable knowing that he had my back and that I didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to figure things out because I really hate dealing with insurance claims and apparently Dylan loves it.
I would highly recommend Over The Top Roofing. They are professional and knowledgeable and will work hard to earn your trust and future business.

Anthony was really helpful about getting all of our repairs fixed or install new. He was very upfront on prices and his crew was very good at cleaning up their mess. We are very pleased with all the work that was done. He also got us fixed up with a ceiling repair with Gary Pledger. We had water leak stains on our ceiling. They came in and took the old popcorn type down and replaced with a better ceiling. We were very pleased with them also. All in all, a very pleasant turn around. We would recommend this company with high scores.

After a hail storm earlier this year in Spokane Mo., Mark Reddell from Over The Top Roofing came through the neighborhood offering to do a free roof inspection. After the inspection damage to the roof and gutters was found, I decided to go ahead and let Mr Riddle take care of getting hold of my insurance and to let Over The Top do the necessary work. Mark was very easy to work with and he had a great crew from the roofers, gutter installers, and clean up personnel. Highly recommend them.

Worked with Stacy. One of the most fun and knowledgeable guys that knocked my door. Stacy has made the process seamless thus far. He was able to knock a couple hundred bucks off my deductible and am looking forward to my brand new roof and gutters soon!

Anthony at Over the Top Roofing was such a help with our storm repairs. He had to do double work as our insurance company would not come out due to covid. He was able to assess all storm damage for us, not just the roof, and we had plenty. He worked with the insurance company to cover all necessary repairs. Excellent service and outstanding communication. Representative Jeremy stayed in constant communication and explained the entire process in a very easy to understand manner. THEN, the work was completed in a very timely manner and done very professionally. The yard was cleaned and looked great when they left. Jeremy was easy to work with and was very professional. He showed up at the time he said he would be here and was always here when sub-contractors were on site. We would use Over the Top Roofing and Restoration again. All work was completed on time and we are very happy with the company.

Over the Top Roofing and Restoration was wonderful to work with. Will was extremely hands on during the whole process and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He inspected my roof as well as helped to contact my insurance company to get the claim process started. This company is extremely trustworthy and I would recommend them personally to all friends and family. I did not have to wait long and my roof was finished in one day. Cleanup on my property afterwards was spotless as well!! Would highly recommend.

I was amazed at Dalton Handley from Over the Top Roofing. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, not pushy - but radiated confidence, and loved his job. If he found a problem on my roof, I would have hired him immediately, without a second thought.

Long ago I was a manager at Pacific Bell in Customer Service and Dalton would have gotten a "10" for sure. I am 87 now, and sometimes things have to be explained to me twice. Well....the second time around was even more spectacular!!!

This is the roofer everyone needs when working with an insurance company. Very poor communication. We had to contact our rep every step. We were not kept in the loop at all. No final inspection of the siding work was ever done. Roof crew was very efficient. Siding crew took longer than roof crew but looks good.

What an incredible company! We had some ceiling spots and we were worried about our roof leaking. Dequan came to inspect our roof, he went into the attic and checked everything. Very polite gentlemen, asked if shoes on or off when he entered the house, that was impressive! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely refer people to this company!

Definitely an awesome company to work with after our last storm damage multiple companies called and stop by the house to try and earn our business with the new roof, but one of them super pushy and super sketchy to talk to. I saw there banner hanging in a neighbors yard And decided to give them a call.
