This company refuses to complete our roofing job on a claim that was filed in May 2024. They ignore my phone calls and the only response has been to ask for the balance. I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. They have only put shingles on and they damaged my sunroom roof and refuse to fix at their expense.

Ohm Restoration did a great job on our Church roof going above and beyond Customer Service! Jay Haynes thank you for your expertise and getting with our insurance company to make this happen! From the salesperson to the production coordinator, foreman and the roofers, they were all very professional and quick with orders, delivery status, and job completion. The roof looks great!!

Josh and the team have been right by my side in my roof needs. Tarping it down, checking in, and great communication while I wait on the insurance. Great company with great people!

He came out to work on an insurance claim, and during the process discovered a problem with our heater that was causing it to not work properly. Originally, I posted a one-star review because my initial experience with Ohm wasn't great; however, the owner, Jay, saw my review and called me immediately to try to make things right and repair what happened, which my family and I greatly appreciate. He was very kind and worked really hard to make sure that we were taken care of and that our needs were met. Our roof, gutters, and ceilings look great and we are very pleased with the final product and the effort that went into ensuring that they met our expectations and kept their word. Thanks, Ohm!

It was sunny but cold, i heard a knock on the door. It was Josh with OHM, very nice and polite. Offered their services, got me very interested (we had other inspectors come out prev. but no go). Long story short, great guys! Got everything organized and scheduled work. Were very patient with our many questions and were able to answer them.

Dana did a fantastic job inspecting our home and communicating with our insurance company on our behalf. She helped hold them accountable and we were able to get all of the repairs we needed!

OHM Restoration has been a HUGE blessing to me! My hotel experienced a catastrophic gas explosion and the property needed to be secured. Dana and Jay were on site within hours and had 1100 LF of fencing up around the property WITH a security guard by days end. That night at least 50 vehicles cased the property and I have no doubt looters would have made off with everything. They have been with me every step of the way and have knowledge and expertise in areas I would have never imagined I would ever encounter. But, they encounter it every day, so they know how to maneuver through the "mine-field" that is catastrophe. A special word about Dana: She is always available, always encouraging and has supported me and aided in my emotional healing as well. This is "above and beyond" service and shows that this is not just a job for her or her team. It is a mission. I would not use anyone else and highly recommend their services!

Ohm restoration has been a big help with my repairs, they inspected my roof for free, and telling me upfront the damages and giving me an estimate for the cost of the repairs. The representative that helped me, Dana, made the process especially simple, fast, and welcoming, making everything easier throughout the process.

Dana inspected our roof after the last bad hail storm we had. She was extremely professional and stated that the company who had put our roof on in 2021 did a very good job. I highly recommend Ohm and ask for Dana.

I would never recommend this company. They took their time completing my grandmothers roof/repairs I believe due to her being in and out of the hospital and nursing home. She requested many times they complete the job in a more timely manner. Additionally as her health and memory declined rapidly we faced challenges and confusion surrounding navigating how to pay for their services. Despite this terribly hard time our lives, myself - her granddaughter, who lives in another state was in touch letting them know we were doing our best to figure out the situation but they continued to harass us with phone calls and threatening letters from lawyers to pay when we specifically communicated and promised they would receive payment as soon as possible. I am truly baffled by the positive reviews - if this is the way they treat a dying 85 year old woman I can’t imagine how they treat others.

We had our roof replaced through Ohm Restoration and they made the process easy. Admittedly I was hesitant to work with the young man knocking on our door, but it turn out to be the best decision. He was kind, considerate, and took the time to explain things clearly and simply. When it time to deal with the insurance, Josh was available and easy to work with. The insurance adjuster complimented Josh on his organization and documentation. This made the process easy for me, eliminating my anxiety around the entire situation. I would absolutely recommend Josh and Ohm. High quality products and people.

I would have to say ohm restoration is one of the finest organizations I've ever dealt with in regards to home repair and remodeling. Especially William Overton. He was extremely helpful and informative. He gave me an excellent grasp of the timeline and let me know what has to happen and why. Recently had to put a new roof on our house due to hail damage. This was the 2nd time in 2 years. Ohm restoration was head and shoulders above our previous roofer. Our rep, Austin Beusenhausen, was top notch and the job was fast and clean up was great. We even had some damage from a 3rd party delivery and Austin made sure we got the problem fixed. I would recommend giving them a chance to quote next time you are getting bids on roofing.

Brett did an amazing job helping us to navigate this process. The new roof turned out better than I expected and the new gutters look great! I would highly recommend OHM and specifically ask for Brett!
