Justin did a great job during the initial inspection and answered all of our questions. The job was completed in one day and the cleanup was excellent.

I am happy to have dealt with Titan roofing for our roof replacement! They did a fantastic job! Brandon was the supervisor that looked after our roofing job and although their base was quite a distance from our home, he did a fantastic job of looking after the work that was being done and taking care of my requests. Justin was our roofing representative and everything was completed as he said it would be done. Everyone was very kind, and appropriate, and the job was done very quickly as well. Titan Roofing was a fantastic company to work with. They utilized technology to show us details via video and pictures captured by a drone. They were timely, professional, and kind. The quality of the work they did was top notch.

Will Snider is an absolute asset to the team at Titan, always makes me feel heard and explains things thoroughly, any issues needing mitigation have always been resolved fairly with Will!!! Would recommend this company.

We love our new roof. Special shout out to the gutter guys who removed our birds nest and then put it back after they were done. We love to watch the birds grow.

As a first-time homeowner, I was nervous about finding the right company to handle my roof repair, but I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, Dillion was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and did a fantastic job. The roof looks amazing and was completed faster than I expected. Dillon was my first initial contact and he was very thorough with explaining how insurance would work and was very helpful in explaining what the process would be. He was able to schedule me in a way where I could pay the total at a date which was agreed to. My particular situation was my roof was beyond a warranty and insurance would only pay so much. Dillon worked out a schedule where I could move forward with it. Workers were fast and it looked like a demo zone but was cleaned up fairly well. They will correct problems and make sure you are satisfied with the results.

The good:
- the folks they hire are outstandingly polite
- the work they actually do is a super high quality - as a finished product
- much of the time, their technology they employ to keep clients informed of work is adequate and helpful

The bad (at least in my situation):
- they overcommitted . The work was first pledged in August. The work was finally done in November
- they straggled horribly.
... the area was left with materials on the ground; other material was left on the roof. (they did send someone the next day after I emailed them pictures that it was left that way)
... the gutters were undone by weeks - if not months
- in trying to communicate my displeasure (politely, I felt), I asked for the owner to contact me. One of them did weeks after the request. (possibly that could be a positive, really ... a lesser person would have avoided an upset client)
aside: I did learn that one of the owners was out with a family member dealing with a life threatening issue (and I've been praying for them every time the item comes to mind) ... but there are several owners. .... even this salient fact should have been made known early on after my initial request.
- there were weeks of work not being done between the next step was done. It was attributed to a subcontractor that failed them. Sadly, the subcontractor's work is a direct reflection of your work. If you can't inspect/monitor/address the work your entire team does, it reflects poorly on your standards to push off something as "we didn't know".
(suggestion: keeping a timeline of all jobs in flow. If a contractor hasn't done work within xxx days/weeks, it's time to hire a supervisor of outside contractors, have them find out what is going on, talk to the client, and 'get stuff done'.)

The bottom line - at least for me.
....... I would use them again under a couple of understandings:
- what is the time frame for work to be started and then completed - with a financial penalty for not adhering to the commitment. Months of holding on to $7,331 without any work being done is not acceptable. In any manner of understanding.
- I'd make sure that the work site would physically talk to me every day as to the expectation of the scope of work to be done and when it was to be done ... having weeks of time between one phase and then the next is not acceptable
- I'd not pay for 1/2 of the work on the front end. "We have to pay for the material" isn't normal with any other roofing company that I have done business with. Had it not been for the fact that I had an unusual roof type for part of the job, that would have been a bad sign. Quality companies that manage their money well have the lines of credit for material or have money in the bank. (I know that Arrowhead Supplies does a line of credit for my other roofer and he uses it.). In reality, it turned out to be lock on my money while they didn't complete the work in a timely manner.
- I'd probably not do business with them being a hour away from the work site. Again, I had a specific situation and my normal roofer does shingles and I have another roofer that does commercial membrane work. Getting one team to do everything was an insurance solution only. (for reference, I have 90 rentals, so I have lots of experience with what a roofing company should do and how they should conduct their business.

So.... do your own due diligence and read the other reviews about timeliness and other factors. They have plenty of satisfied customers. Just not this one.

I spoke with Dillon at my house about a half hour ago regarding gutter replacement. This kid was very professional. He is very knowledgeable, informative and honest and made me aware of possible issues. I told him I was selling my house and he gave me honest feedback which I really appreciated. I would use this company and I would recommend this company.

The tornado went through and ripped off part of the roof, down spout and the chimney cap. They came the same day that I called to inspect and give the estimate. I was very pleased with how timely they were. Of course, with so much damage in the area, it took a while to get scheduled, especially since so many had more devastating damage. It took a while to get on the schedule to get the job completed, but they worked fast and hard.

I am completely satisfied with the work your team did from the beginning to the end. The communication was consistent. The drone photo's were helpful in allowing me to see the problem area's and the work being done. The workers were fast and did not interrupt the flow of my customers coming and going. I would highly recommend your company to any business or resident who needs to repair or replace their roof.

I’m a Navy veteran who gets one check a month so I had to plan and save to get a section of my roof replaced. I thought with getting my roof replaced that I wouldn’t have to worry about it leaking, WRONG!!!! A little over a year later and my roof leaked big time and ruined ceilings, insulation, and flooring. I’m not a happy camper at all, to have to go through this again is completely unacceptable!! I will never trust another company in Phelps County, Springfield Missouri again, Never!!! Updated review to follow. Levi did come out to my house and checked my roof today 11/08/2024, he caulked a few places, ran water over the roof. After that there seems to be no leaks. Tomorrow should be the tell tale sign if the leak is fixed due to we’re suppose to have storms. And just a heads up, I was asked to change my review which it’s illegal for companies to do. Don’t believe me? Call the FTC and they will educate you on the topic. The job was all new shingles and they put new shingles on the edges and put my old shingles back down in the middle. The oldest trick in a roofers book.

Replaced some shingles that blew off in a storm and did some maintenance on my roof’s exhaust. Reasonable price. I elected for no color match. Second time using them. Will use them again if I need to.

Donita and Justin were amazing to work with. While my ceiling had a new wet spot, it was not the roof. After letting me know my roof was in great shape and it was not the cause of my problem, Justin recommended the next step I should take to try to find the cause. When my roof does have a problem, I will come back to Titan for their professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness.

Titan Roofing was easy to work with from the request for a bid through the roofing replacement needed. They listened to needs and responded in a friendly and professional way.. The project was completed with minimal changes to the job and final inspection.
Pricing was fair, honestly a little surprised it came in under what had been expected. Two different crews were required since there was small side of adding 2nd story guttering. Both were thorough in cleanup and keeping existing material contained in removal.
