My parents have had a horrible time with this company. They cracked the roof throwing the shingles on their roof. It shook the ceiling fan and cracked their ceiling. They took their time getting around to their complaints and their roof started leaking causing the wall in their garage to have to be replaced. The person they sent to do that work doesn't even know what he's doing. Id love to show pictures but not able to at this time. They seem to like taking advantage of older people and treat them like they dont matter. I wouldn't recommend this company.

April 29th 2025 was when a tree fell on our roof and did considerable damage. On someone's recommendation, we called Ohm. They have our insurance check to fix the roof. Dozens of unanswered phone calls, unhelpful text messages, and upset emails later, and it is now February 6th 2026 and we still have not any any roof repair done, nor a CONFIRMED date set to have the work done. We were told more than once that we were a priority, a team member came to our home to do rudimentary patchwork on an exterior wall and clean up the storm damage... that's it. Birds are nesting in the holes of our home. More damage is being done as time goes on, as exposed materials get damaged from water and exposure. Regret ever deciding to work with this company.

I can’t recommend Ohm Restoration enough. They did a great job helping my wife and I select the best possible roof for our home. We ended up with a Unified Steel product that looks just like a wood-shake roof, yet so much more durable. And it will look great for many, many years. The installation process was excellent. The care to avoid damage to our existing landscaping and the daily clean up was wonderful. Overall the project was everything we’d hoped for and better.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. Unfortunately I was recommended to this company by my neighbor. The entire process was a horrible experience. I reached out to this company in April, but only ended up getting my roof replaced in November. Salesman Chase gave me four months of excuses, promising I’d be happy with the quality. Turned out mediocre at best. A third party inspector found many nails blown through shingles, shingles butted too tight against each other, uneven lines, poorly cut pieces around vents, granules all over roof and gutters. Plus, nails all over the yard, and a bunch in my gutters. I reported everything to OHM, didn’t hear back for two more months… They never once came out to inspect, post job or after complaints were made, just seemed to care which inspector I used. Had to hire another company to make repairs since I didn’t trust them anymore. Would not recommend this company, honestly don’t even know how they have such good reviews
. I would instead, recommend Plumlee. Responsive, and did a great job of taking care of all the issues.

Unfortunately, proper “communication” and “quality workmanship” were completely absent from my experience with your company.
Communication was constantly delayed causing a simple roof replacement process to last ten months.
Four months of ‘weather delays’ is just not an honest excuse.
No attempts were ever made to inspect the roof after installation, or after I formally complained. Any claim otherwise is simply untrue.
The first response I got was two months after submitting my complaints and a formal inspection, even then, your company fixated on whether the inspector was ‘certified’ instead of actually addressing the problems.
Even at that point no attempts were made to inspect any of the issues and only 3 months after complaints were made was there any offer to repair the issues. In which case I fused, based on the total lack of care in trying to rectify anything.

Workers did the job of roofing in one day and did an excellent job. Cleanup was meticulous. The work was well organized and there were no delays. I would highly recommend this roofing crew .

William’s communication, information and service was exceptional. Installers did a great job installing the new roof, and clean up was top-notch. Would definitely recommend and use this company, and this personnel again.

This company stopped by my home after the latest hailstorm. They flew a drone over the house to look at the roof. He said he would like to be here when our insurance adjuster was going to be there and asked my wife to sign an iPad giving permission for him to be there when the adjuster was there. I came home after this while he was still here. When our adjuster came, this company never showed. Yesterday my wife received an email stating how happy they were to roof our home and that they would be here today. I immediately called and spoke to Mark and asked what this "contract" was about due to the fact that we never had a contract mentioned. I explained to him that that there would be no way that they were putting a new roof on our house. They will threaten you stating that you signed a contract with the them and to take you to court. They have done this to others here in our town as well and have threatened small claims court. My suggestion would be to not let this company on your property!

William with Over the Top roofing did a great job diagnosing and fixing a leak in our roof. Their priority is making sure you feel like the job is more than taken care of!

Mark Geoffrey and Dylan came to my house after a hail storm to offer they're services for a new roof and I am glad we went with them. Over the Top did an excellent job from start to finish .Everybody was friendly and on their A game.No Leak's and the new roof looAmazing. Thank you Mark and the team for everything.

WOW! It was pouring this weekend and our roof sprung a leak. We had an emergency situation, and Over the Top went above and beyond. They gave us an estimate and were at our house Monday morning. They did an exceptional job at a reasonable price. It's supposed to rain buckets tomorrow, and we so appreciated that they came, they saw, and they conquered so we have piece of mind. Can't say enough about these guys!!!

I was very pleased with the job Over the top Roofing did on our home, new roof and gutters on the house and new roofs on two of our out building. Thanks to Mark Rededell and Jeff Reddell, very helpful in working with insurance company and getting the job done I two days.

We had our roof replaced this week and Over The Top Roofing did a great job. They were quick and cleaned up afterwards, all within a day's time. They did everything they said they would do and then some. Highly recommended!

Anthony at Over The Top Roofing was awesome. They did everything he said they would and in a timely manner. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. The shingles are highly rated and the installation was great.

We initially thought we were going to need larger gutters because we kept having the gutters overflow in heavy storms. Geoffery and team came out and went over their suggestions. They had us install additional downspouts instead and we just had a couple hard rains and it resolved out issue. Saved us money over competitors who were anxious to install 6 inch gutters. They showed up and had the job done in a couple hours. Thye were honest and showed great integrity. I will be using them again for future work.

Please do your research. The words they say aren’t necessarily what you get. Once you get the insurance approval you explain the numbers and they agree to the work. They state they will work with the insurance company for extras and any amount that increases could go to your deductible if you don’t do the work (screen repair, etc). When the work is complete you get the final reimbursement check to finalize the process and in our case it was a $3000+ increase to the original agreed upon amount. Then they want the deductible also after the fact. So they received $4000+ more for a roof and gutters than the other three estimates given.
All electronic, nothing in writing and the documents they send expire within two weeks (take screen shots).
Actual roofers were great and quality was fine but that should be expected from all companies getting paid for work.

This company provided me with an excellent roofing job. They are very knowledgeable of the roofing and restoration process and go to great lengths to satisfy their customers. Providing customers with a quality roof is their number one priority. They were always accessible during the entire process. I only want the best quality of workmanship for my home and they did not disappoint.

Over the Top was great to work with. The replacement of our roof was covered under insurance at our church. Over the Top was the most thorough company to come out and bid the job. It was great working with people we could trust! I'll use them again on projects at my own home.
