Cornelius is, by far, THE BEST tech we have ever had!!! His work is outstanding, he is super respectful of our property, and he even explains the "why" of every instruction he leaves.

This man is such an outstanding asset to the company. TruGreen is, indeed, fortunate to have him on staff!

The tech explained what he was going to do and wanted to be sure he didn't over due and have our grass die. I felt very confident with his explanation and his service.

Service was quick. I spoke to gentleman and and asked him to include area on side of home. I’d previously spoken to company about including this space. Worker stated he’d take care of it and as soon as I entered the home….he left. Did not treat the area at all.

The service person that took care of my lawn today is very nice and does a good job of making sure the lawn work is done correctly.

We have been a TruGreen customer from this location for several seasons. Overall we are happy with the results. Removed one star because of a recent incident where the technician skipped my backyard even though there was clear access to it (we’re paying for both front and back). I was inside looking out the back windows the entire time, they never stepped into backyard to service it despite the square footage being included on our invoice. TruGreen came back to service it “for free” (not really free since I already paid) but going foward I do not trust that they won’t skip over it when it appears no one is home. Removed one star because it makes me wonder how often this has happened previously but just not home to witness it. Hopefully this is isolated and they can rebuild our trust again.

I can't honestly recommend this service since they seem to have killed my yard while spraying fot weeds. While understand that grass is a weed. I didn't want it all dead. This is just ridiculous.

My specialist was professional, courteous and conscientious. I believe he really cares about creating successful change to my lawn. He is also a good communicator. I saw more progress than I was expecting from my first treatment. I am hoping for more good progress from my second treatment.

Chad did a great job servicing our lawn today.

I was home when tech was seeding. I noticed that this tech took his time to make sure job was done right and lawn completely covered

We've used Tru-Green for several years, and our lawn shows it. We often get compliments on it. My husband wished for a beautiful lawn, so our Tru-Green membership is his Christmas present every year. The price is reasonable, and due to their consistent treatments, weeds don't dare come to visit. Our favorite lawn technician, Jeremy B is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and treats our lawn as he would his own. Some techs don't measure up, but Tru-Green is always willing to retreat if needed, and takes their customer service very seriously.

I am giving one star as there’s no negative rating available. These guys damaged my lawn beyond repair and I had to pay 1800$ out of my pocket to get there mess fixed. Worst company. Don’t trust their sales people.

Had TruGreen treat my yard for 15 months. Yard has never looked this bad, weeds and nutgrass taking over yard. Always took care of yard myself for last 12years, always looked great got many compliments. Switched to TruGreen when I broke my foot, yard looks the worst it ever has. Will never use them again even if they would treat the yard for free

We’ve had TruGreen come out multiple times to treat our yard. Unfortunately, during their most recent visit, the technician failed to shut our gate—resulting in our two large dogs getting out.

I called the company, and they confirmed that closing gates is part of their standard protocol, but they said they would “add a note to our file for next time.”

I’m posting this as a heads-up to other pet owners: please double-check your gates before letting your dogs out after a TruGreen visit. Accidents can happen, and I’d hate for someone else to go through the same scare.

The man (Gervon?) did a great jib of get the main lawn covered & he was very nice & polite. But I have asked you all to put a note that BEFORE starting the serviceperson KNOCK (the doorbell doesn't work) to let me know he is arrived so i can get the dog in/keep the dog in. NO ONE DOES!
Also, a service person made a special trip last week to talk about the yard—-said he would put notes in regarding specific areas needing attention——today the DID NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT THAT!!
Your communication is so poor!
AND GET SOME FACE PROTECTION FOR YOUR MEMBERS WHEN THEY SPRAY WEED KILLER!! You should be ashamed!!!

Mr. Daryl Jackson first let me start off saying Daryl Jackson has a beautiful personality greeted me with a hand shake said what he was going to do and I have any questions. That's business which in these times you don't get all the time. He takes pride in what he does. Thank you Mr. Jackson

The installer was quick and very friendly. We’ll see how my yard looks this summer.

Our technician was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great job by this man!

I have been taking care of my yard for years. Was in great shape but didn’t want to worry about it anymore and hired trugreen all they had to do was maintain. My tech didn’t even know what grass I had. I was supposed to get an assessment which never happened. And my trees and yard suffered under them. I had dead grass and disease show up when I hired them. The tech knew absolutely nothing. When I complained and wanted a refund for them destroying areas of my yard they sent the tech that knew nothing about grass out to access not a manager, then I didn’t hear anything. Awful service that cost me money and now I have to fix my yard that they destroyed.

He took time and walk my lawn with me to show me all the weeds before He treated it he did not rush me. He was very polite and well manner that’s what type of person I would like to work for my company. I thank him for another job well done. Very satisfied

How do I get rid of this company? Threaten to call the cops if they return with their terribly ineffective product! Don't come to my home ever again!!!!! I will call call the police!
