I’ve cancelled my service today, due to not seeing anything in the mail for a bill of services and explanation of treatments. I don’t I like the technicians showing up without notice. I was told by Ida that whoever”s in charge only corresponds by email if you have questions and no number for billing? All the money I’ve spent, nothing to really show for it.

Do NOT contact True Green if you aren't sure you are ready. I called last summer and decided to go ahead and have my son work in it and have been called at least 8 times since. I've left after hour messages and still get calls.
I'll be contacting the BBB today I thought the "last" call was the "last" call up until this morning.

Jayla, the field rep, was great. I'm worried that what her manager suggested isn't going to fix my problem. They sprayed my yard with Dismiss which appears to do nothing against crabgrass. This is why I called and What I need help with getting under control.

Seriously over priced. No one would believe that a lawn service treated my backyard. the grass isn't lushn it's not hearty and healthy looking.
One gut treated for perimeter insects and pests. he was politeness provided information and I saw him work.
overall I'm do no feel like my yard is getting what I'm paying for with these services, with the exception of the man that treated for pests on the perimeter.

My husband and I are absolutely pleased with TruGreen. The technicians and customer service are great. We do our part as well, by watering our lawn and cutting as needed. We get compliments from our neighbors on how well our lawn looks. We highly recommend TruGreen

Not even a customer of Trugreen but they opened our gate came into our yard and left giant ruts with their machine. We've been contacting their so called "customer support" and they are zero help. After going through their 50 prompts and 30mins of being on hold someone in Texas/Florida will answer and provide no help. They will tell us a local manager will contact us within 24-48 hours but we've done this 3 times now and no one has ever contacted us. Only course of action to get our yard fixed is to file a police report now. We've got them on camera their truck number and employees name. Avoid this company, lots of better companies that provide much better service out there.

Someone purchased aTruGreen package for me because I love my lawn. My health has slowed my ability to do lawn care. After 1 TruGreen treatment I am beginning to see positive results. I am looking forward to what TruGreen and I can accomplish with my lawn.

Overall, my service has been very good and I am pleased. On my last visit/service, the technician showed up and did the service and later that morning I received a call /VM letting me know they would be coming out. I would prefer a 2 or 3-day notice for services.

Professional, on time, did the work described and cleaned up all of the debris. 👍😊

Would only cut grass on a weekly basis...no flexibility even though the grass may not need cutting!!

I'll reverse my 1 star when your team stops flying down Guyenne & Rue Grand in LSL. There is NO reason your team should be taking turns - WITH equipment mind you - so fast that their tires squeal and make the driver cross lanes. SLOW TF DOWN.

The most unsafe drivers I've ever seen from a professional company. Stay out of Lake Saint Louis proper.

We are new to St. Charles and searched for a service that would answer questions about the care of our lawn, trees and shrubs. Spectrums team gave excellent, detailed information, very fair rates and then came and did a fantastic job on our very leafy lawn

It now has a WoW factor and we will be seeing them in the Spring for all of our yard needs. What a welcome for new neighbors!! Thank you so much.
