Amazing service, quick and fast. Best part extremely affordable. I appreciate them coming out to repair my garbage disposal.

A bit pricey but I couldn’t replace the toilet part due to health limitations. Nathan was on time, polite and completed the work.

Nathen(I hope I’m spelling it right) was so nice and very professional he fixed my low water pressure problem(that I had been dealing with for over a year) in less than 30 minutes I highly recommend choosing this company AND he even left everything clean and took out all boxes and old faucet he replaced which he didn’t have too :)….and additionally my little one said hi to him over 15 times and he responded each time that was so nice

Nathan was Very friendly, Was fast and repaired the sink faucet in a very timely. Also respected that I had to get my son from school and returned when he said he would.

Do not use them!!!!!! They are trying to be like precision plumbing solutions who I have used for many years. This place does horrible work. I accidentally used them thinking It was precision, plumbing solutions & regretfully it was not.

Guy did a great job, was very knowledgeable and also explained the issue/resolution in detail with an accurate estimate. I would highly recommend him and will use in the future for any plumbing needs.

Justin came out and helped us eliminate and cap off an old gas line. The water heater didn’t want to restart and he made sure to stay until everything was up and running.

I had a little flooding in my basement. I use ThumbTack as a resource and Precious Plumbing were the first to respond. One of the plumber can out and noticed right away my sump pump was not working and need to be replaced. Mr. Grimes fixed the problem and replaced within 2 hrs. I recommend anyone to call on them for any plumbing issues.

I would definately recommend Precision Plumbing and Drain to anyone in need of plumbing services. Our kitchen drain pipes needed repair and Justin was our plumber. He was prompt in arrival, courteous and very professional. It did not take him long to fix the problem. His work was top notch. Price was reasonable too. This customer is extremely statisfied.

We had 2 toilets running intermittently. Their guy came out and decided to replace the flappers because “7/10 times that’s the problem.” Well, the same day one of the toilets started running again and now a week later they’re both as bad as they ever were. I let them know this through voicemails and texts. Finally get a response several days later but they want to charge us a full service fee to come back and repair what they didn’t fix in the first place. I understand charging for additional parts, if needed, but I’ve never been full on double-charged for the same problem that they couldn’t fix the first time. Ridiculous! Find someone else; we are!

I needed parts installed for a leaking bathroom sink faucet. I already had the parts on hand, but simply needed them installed by a professional plumber. Precision Plumbing responded to my Thumbtack service request within hours, and, within 48 hours, dispatched a plumber to my property to install the parts. The plumber who came out, Justin, did a great job. He was affable and personable; patiently fielded my questions to explain what exactly was wrong and what he was doing to remedy; and ensured I was satisfied with the work before he departed. Most importantly, Justin fixed what was wrong and restored our ability to use our sink once again! I'm very satisfied and would call on Precision Plumbing again.

I used Precision Plumbing and Drain LLC for a new plumbing stack install .The install took 30 days because the person they sent would show up for 20 minutes and leave. He left all the old parts in the yard and tracked mud all through my house. He even brought his girlfriend to the job who sat at my kitchen table while he worked. I had a “warranty” of 5 years on my hot water heater that was “brand new” so I was told. It stopped working after a year and Bill the owner has yet to return any of my calls. Don’t use them. It was constant calls and complaints and they refused to send me a new plumber despite how inept and unprofessional their plumber was. Finally after 31 days all that we agreed on to be done in 72 hours was complete. Never again. I just want them to honor the hot water heater warranty I was promised.
