I have been using Hackmann Lawn and Landscape to care for my lawn for a couple years now and an very happy with the service they provide. They evern trim my step stones.

Hackmann and their whole team throughout each process were awesome! We were provided a great quote for both services. They were extremely thorough with details and answering all our questions and concerns! We are huge animals lovers and have 3 big dogs, so we were concerned about the treatment for lawn pest but they were very good at communicating with their time of service and what to expect thereafter. Definitely will use them again!

Consistently wonderful and timely experience; these guys communicate when they're arriving, do a great job, and have bent over backwards in a pinch when needed. Highly recommend.

Hackman Lawn Landscape Lawn crews just finished completing my lawn’s fall cleanup, and they did a great job.

We’ve hesitated to write this review because, overall, the work Hackman did was satisfactory. However, after the heavy rains this season, we discovered that the drainage pipes they installed lacked proper holes and rock bedding, which has caused water to pool in an area they were meant to address. This issue was the tipping point after a series of smaller concerns that had been building over time. Ultimately, we made the decision to discontinue working with them.

While I can’t say definitively whether I would choose them again as a new contractor, I can say with confidence that we will not be using them in the future.

P.S. After posting this review, Dale Hackmann reached out to offer assistance. While that may appear to be good customer service, unfortunately, it feels like too little, too late. I want to note this here to prevent any public reply suggesting that I declined help—by the time this offer came, we had already moved on and chosen not to continue the relationship.

We are beyond thrilled with the work done to improve our retaining wall. The team at Hackmann Lawn and Landscape came up with solutions that work better and look fantastic. Will definitely use them in the future.

Hackmann was great to work with. We had an existing stacked stone landscaping wall that had deteriorated. The Hackmann team came out and rebuilt the stone wall. Project was completed and we are very happy with the work.

I have been using this company for over 14 years. They are awesome people working there. I have the best looking yard in my neighborhood. They did my landscaping, sodded my whole front yard. I trust them . They are very dependable and reasonable pricing as well.

We just wanted to say a huge thanks to all at Hackmann Landscape for the great job they did. Our HOA wanted us to replace our fence. We then discovered that our Railroad tie wall had failed and needed to be replaced. We were so impressed with the discussion we had with Matt and it was an easy decision. Since we had a hedge that had become part of the wall, Matt arranged for Liscombe Tree to remove the hedge. Once that was completed, Hackmann began their part by removing the current wall and then installing the new stone wall. The Hackmann team did a great job and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Matt was great during the construction project and stopped by often to be sure things were progressing. St Louis County inspectors stopped by 3 or 4 times during construction and never had any issues. We would not hesitate to use Hackmann in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. I've used Hackmann for several years and been pleased - regular lawn services and some larger projects. They are very good at what they do, good communication, fair pricing - if you need someone to help your lawn look better, or to do outdoor projects - call Hackmann - highly recommend!!

I have been a customer of Hackmann Lawn and Landscape for the past 20 years . I use their lawn Treatment plan including Lawn treatments , Aeration & Over seeding , drain pipe installation , numerous sodding project and excavating low elevation levels and Leaf removal . Dale and his crew does an excellent job on all work and my home and I highly recommend Hackmann Lawn and Landscape for any and all projects for you lawn !!

I have been a client of Hackmann Lawn & Landscape for more than 20 years. Hackmann has provided services from property design, landscaping, installing a natural stone retaining wall, trees, and lawn and landscape maintenance. The entire team -management, office staff, and crew - are all is very professional and great to work with.
We just hired Hackmann to do a property clean-up for another property before putting the home on the market. Weeding, cutting, raking, trimming brought the property back to life and the curb appeal helped get this home under contract within 48 hours.

Hackmann has been doing wonderful work mowing our lawn for the last 3 years. I had them do my leaves this year and they did an exceptional job and were $300 cheaper than the guy I'd been using. I highly recommend using them for all of your lawn services.

They did my main retaining wall in the front of my house and a smaller one on the side around an existing bush. Solid and professional looking.

Nick has been our go-to guy for many years. Grass cutting, landscaping and Winter cleanup, he has done it all for us. You won't be disappointed with Whispering Waters.

Nick and Jim were fantastic. Work was done quickly, cleanly, and as specified. My new fence looks awesome and their pricing was much more competitive than some of the other quotes I got.

After several years our outdoor landscaping walkway blocks were sinking and our tree rings were way too small and no longer straight. Nick came in and made our tree rings bigger and better and redesigned our outdoor walkway off our patio. The end result is gorgeous! Bigger blocks on the tree rings, done correctly and better quality! No doubt this work will hold up for years to come! Thank you Nick for your attention to detail with our landscaping!
