We have used Rite-A-Way Tree Service a few times for all our tree service needs. Each time they show up as scheduled and when they leave, other than the missing tree, there is no sign of them having been here. We never have to do post job clean up. Their prices are the best in the area. One truly gets what they pay for and expect with them.

Rite-A-Way tree service was referred to me by a friend ...their bid was fair and reasonable, especially, considering the amount of work needed to trim 4 mature oaks...I could not have asked for a "better" outcome...from Nick (the arborist who surveyed and bid the job) to John (crew team leader) and his crew to Denise (the office accountant), all were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough...together, they covered "all" bases (An "extra" fist bump for the clean-up!)...Rite-A-Way's motto is "WE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE" (You can take "that" to the bank!)

What a blessing for a company like Rite-a-Way to actually do what they said, at the price they said and then clean up so carefully after doing the work. I couldn't be happier with the work they did for us removing 3 trees. Very minimal wear on the grass moving equipment to our back yard and the guys are so professional in how they worked. The crew and the business side of Rite-A-Way are exceptional. While they have distinguished themselves over years of service to us, their response and professionalism following the May 2025 St. Louis tornado was phenomenal.

We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. The tree that they removed was taller than the house and extremely heavy. The crew was so careful not to damage anything on our property or our neighbors. We highly recommend Rite-A-Way Tree Service.

Had a pretty large (40-60ft) Cottonwood tree taken down. Everything went perfectly and the team worked very hard and successfully removed the tree without damage to trees beside and underneath the one being removed. There was no property damage which was very important as access was difficult and involved access from neighboring properties. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends without hesitation.

We had a pine tree in our back yard that we wanted removed. Called Rite A Way and got on their to do list. The day they came to take the tree down was an absolute scorcher! But it appears NOTHING slows these guys down. They had the tree cut down, all of it removed and everything (including on the neighbors side of the fence) cleaned up in no time. Would not hesitate at all to use these guys again. They were great!!!

Rite-A-Way did a great job recently taking down our three 110' pines and an Oak that were damaged in the storms, and trimming several of our trees in the past. Ben is an excellent representative and planner, John S and crew are great, and all are courteous and professional.

Rite-A-Way just completed pruning and trimming several trees at my home. What a stupendous job! They were friendly and listened attentively to my concerns, suggested and recommended branches to remove, they were observant to make sure that the trees would be aesthetically pleasing, and made sure that everything was cleaned up before leaving. Rite-A-Way was competitively priced and provided a great service! They removed a large tree in my back yard and trimmed a smaller one near my power lines. They worked with Ameren to get the power taken down and they were done quickly and cleanly.

Edited on 5/23/25 to add: My home had limbs and trees down from the tornado that came through Richmond Heights and Rite-A-Way was easy to communicate with, they came out quickly to assess the damage, and did an excellent job cleaning up the limbs and debris. While I hope I don't have any emergency clean up needs in the future, I will definitely be calling them if I do!
