Wholesale is amazing. I have never done any bathroom remodels before so I had no clue what I was getting into. Wholesale took time to explain and diagnose which brand of old faucets and handles I had in the tub. They also set me up with a new better looking set for a great price and were spot on with the brand. This is the kind of customer service you do not see very often today. They knew I had no clue what I was doing and made sure that I had all the instructions I needed before I left the store. Thank you for taking the time to explain and showing that you truly care for your clients.

I was looking for an undermount bathroom sink that no big box or other store seemed to have in stock. Wholesale Plumbing had several AND were $17 cheaper than Lowe’s/Home Depot (which would have to be ordered online and would’ve arrived in 1-2 weeks). Sink is perfect, service was great!

Had an issue with an old Groehe single faucet needing a replacement hose. Marty quickly contacted another location & the item was transferred into St. Charles location within a few hours and he explained how to install it, answering all my questions, since I am a female & had no idea what I was doing! It was successful and I was able to complete the project .
Everyone was friendly & helpful!
