We were happy to find a trustworthy company (and fair-priced) that could repair the shower/sink issues we had. From the beginning, there was a level of professionalism and knowledge. You may have to wait a bit for availability and/or for ordered parts to arrive, but you will be happy with the follow through. We highly recommend.

Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable, they fixed our obsolete (per Delta) shower mixing valve rather than replacing the shower plumbing and trim kit completely. They went the extra mile of repair rather than the more lucrative replacement approach, which saved us money and all the mess of a larger remodel.
I couldn't be happier with the job done. I can strongly recommend Pierson Plumbing.

Nice and friendly customer service offered by both their office and the repair man that came out. Straight forward process and shared the facts as they were rather than trying to up sell. Fair price. Will definitely go back to them for future needs as I learned they offered much more than just plumbing.

I would first off like to say that when you are dealing with a plumbing issue the stress can be extreme and for some reason I think Google read my mind and sent me to Pierson because it knew I needed a break. Customer service on a SUNDAY evening was 10+ outstanding. The plumber arrived on time, professional and made sure to help us with our issue. He had to come back on Tuesday to help drain the leak and when I tell you that Tristan was at my house for 10 hours and worked so hard to fix our plumbing issue I am not lying. Tristan's customer service was excellent. Incredibly professional and made sure all of my questions were answered. Pricing was so affordable that felt as though I was ripping them off. The way this company does business is rare. The integrity, and professionalism just does not seem to exist anymore and I am so thankful that I randomly clicked on their number to fix our problem. I saved myself thousands of dollars by calling Pierson and I will never have to search for another company as I will always contact them for any issues I have. If you are in my situation and not really knowing where to start or who to call. START WITH PIERSON. You will not be disappointed in their prompt, affordable, out of this world service. I had a terrific experience with Pierson plumbing. They answer their phone, they scheduled the work quickly, and they showed up and quickly solved my issue at a reasonable cost. Hired Pierson Plumbing a couple of months ago to install a kitchen faucet, and I was so pleased with their service that I just recently brought them back to fix a drain pipe in my bathroom.

They are great. The kitchen faucet is perfect and the drain pipe is fixed. Since I'm planning on remodeling the bathroom next year, JR was great in advising me in what I should do now and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want or need.

I will definitely have them back the next time I need anything, and highly recommend them.

I’ve been looking for contractors I can rely on for personal use and to refer to clients. I used Pierson Plumbing for the first time and had a positive experience. First off, they requested photos of what I wanted repaired. This was a huge time saver and prevented spending a $69-$99 service fee that most of the other plumbing companies charge for a service call. I was able to get on the schedule within a week. JR was on time, completed the task and the fee charged was reasonable. Pierson Plumbing is saved in my contact list and is now my go to plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Pierson came out late in the afternoon when no other plumbers would even consider a service call at that time. They were prompt, fixed my problem completely. The price was completely fair. This company is all about service, and a job done right, I was extremely impressed. Very courteous and good to work with--they are my go-to when I need that type of work again.

Needed a new faucet installed. Looked for someone not too far from me. Found Pierson Plumbing. Contacted them through their website stating my need. Heard back promptly with a date they could come. Lucas showed up at the date and time. He was professional, polite, and skilled. I got to know him a bit while he was working and I have to say, he gives me great hope for the future. What a breath of fresh air! I had another company (which I won't name) come to our home and quote the most unbelievable price ever, so I had to decline. I called approximately 8 more plumbers (all who were booked until Monday or later). Finally called Pierson and a very pleasant lady answered and was able to get us help today (Saturday after Thanksgiving). The plumber Tristan came to our home during the timeframe that was provided at the time of the request. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before he did things and was upfront about pricing for the service. Our kitchen sink was clogged and what seemed like an easy fix, took a few hours to complete. This family-owned business is AWESOME! Pricing is fair and affordable. Like many of the other reviews have stated, this company will be my new go-to for plumbing needds. Charles, you have raised/trained an AMAZING son/employee and I hope you know that he is representing the family in the most positive way. Keep up the HONEST and Great work!

Awesome company. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Had shower doors put in. Not your standard door. The installer Jason took his time to make sure he installed it correctly. He didn't try to hurry it up. Top notch job.

Pierson Plumbing is hands down the most professional and reliable company to call when things go wrong within your home. Called about an issue with a drain and next day they were out and fixed within the hour. Broke down each scenario and what they were doing to fix the issue. I told the guy (Tristian) that they got a life-time customer cause how good of a job he did; which was also quite reasonable. Support local if you can and call Pierson Plumbing!

JR and his team did an excellent job and I absolutely recommend them for all of your plumbing needs! They were 100% professional, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced! They provided the following services:
1. Replaced and installed a new water heater.
2. Replaced and installed a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal.
3. Installed a water softening system.

Had JR out to my home to give me an estimate on a new water heater. He gave me the cost to repair the heater, and the cost to replace the heater. We both decided it was too old to be worth fixing, so he came back out a few hours later and installed the new heater. He was quick and professional, and gave me some tips on maintaining my new heater. Very reasonably priced.

I had the best experience ever with JR Pierson at Pierson Plumbing.
It was a Friday night my sump pump went out and it had been raining for days. I couldn't get anyone at any Plumbing company to help me. Then I called Pierson Plumbing, I had run up to the store, bought a new sump pump but couldn't get it to work right. JR stayed on the phone with me until we pinpointed the problem. It took 4 calls and a few hours and he stuck with me until I got it right.
I am forever grateful and they will be my go too Company for ever!!!

Can't say enough good things about this company! They are affordable, friendly and do wonderful work. If you want high quality service done by a locally owned business at a very fair price I'd contact them. I definitely will be using them again in the future. They replaced 2 toilets, fixed a toilet, installed a brand new water softener and fixed some sagging piping in our basement.

Everybody from top to bottom were great! I had a sewer backup and they were out timely and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of. Very reasonable prices and great people to work with.
