I am so very pleased with the job that Mark completed for me. He replaced 3 toilets, all my sink and shower faucets, sump pump and a water filter. He was so knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing because of Mark!

We needed a new toilet as ours was old and outdated. We called for an appointment and were able to get in within the week! The tech was quick and knowledgeable. Arrived on time (8-10am appointment), went over the options and was able to pick it up and install same day! Highly recommend due to quick availability and efficiency!

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

Hired them recently to complete the plumbing in my basement bathroom. They did a quality job and completed it on time. Because of thier great work I hired them again to do the plumbing in my master bathroom tub to shower conversion.

I very much respect a business that is willing to reach out on the phone and talk me through what ended up being an easy self-repair that saved me the cost of a service call. Not many businesses would do this. Creve Coeur Plumbing just earned my future plumbing business with this gesture of integrity.

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the "Stuff" as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

We have used Ronny & Gary Jakob for our family's plumbing needs for a very long time. They are extremely professional very reliable very Honest. Their Company had really help me out when my husband was on a Navy Deployment and the main drain backed up.
I highly recommend & Trust both of them.

We've used Creve Coeur Plumbing for over 30 years in three different houses. They've done sinks, faucets, radiator repair, put in a new water heater (that was a big one), and all of their work has been reasonably priced, done quickly, and looked great.

We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

Pipes frozen in kitchen. Couldn’t get them thawed out so I figured it was time for a professional, certainly they know more about plumbing than I. First guy took the plumbing apart under the sink to snake it. That didn’t work and he said he needed to snake the vent on the roof but couldn’t account snow. Said he would be back.$200. The next plumber came out a couple days later to snake the roof vent. That didn’t work either. $230. So $430 and the pipes were still frozen. Lived here 35 years and these pipes have never frozen. Pipes eventually thawed with the use of a space heater. I have to add the two gentlemen that came out were very nice. $430 Seems like a pretty steep ticket when the problem wasn’t solved and I’m dealing with the pipes under the sink leaking.

We had an amazing experience with S&S Plumbing Systems! You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. They showed up on time, were super respectful of our home, and got everything fixed quickly. It’s so nice having a local, family-owned company you can count on. We won’t use anyone else!

My toilet stopper wasn't working properly. Jeremy handled the call professionally and his technician Blake was very helpful and completed the repairs in good time.

I was completing a bathroom remodel and was having issues installing the new toilet. I reached out to Jeremy and he was very quick to respond. He offer a potential solution but when that did not work, he quickly found time in his schedule to come and repair the toilet flange and install the new toilet. He was professional and courteous during the visit, even gave the four legged friends a treat bag
