We had the Behrle team out to replace our lateral waterline. They did an excellent job, even replaced the old knob turn shutoff with a quarter turn for us.
The guys who did the work, Charlie, Tyler and Kris were very friendly and polite. They patiently answered my questions even though it was about 110 degrees outside while they were working.
Very professional and a job well done.

I had Behrle Plumbing do a main line clean out and they were wonderful. They sent Andrew and Carter out and they were incredibly polite and friendly. Andrew talked me through their plan before they started and then when that changed he let me know they decided on a different approach that would do a better job of cleaning out the roots. They kept me updated through the process and let me know when they were done. I would hire this company again if ever needed, super impressed!

Brandon's team went above and beyond for the sewer lateral repair I needed at my new (to me) home, starting with a clear step-by-step repair quote for a fair amount, and performing a challenging rescoping of the sewer line to verify the repair location. Despite the massive 12 ft hole required, they did a great job of minimizing the damage to the yard. His guys were friendly and communicative throughout the whole process.

We had a big project that required over 50’ of lining of 100 year old cast iron lateral sewer lines, as part of a house sale. Brandon was very patient and helpful with the many questions we had as we worked on the scope of work and the bid. Once work started it was run as a well managed project over several days with different skilled teams coming to do the various steps along the way. All this happened while we lived in the house, so we appreciated the relatively small areas of excavation, and that the periods when we had to stop using sinks/toilets were relatively short. We’re very happy that we chose pipe lining for this project, and highly recommend Berhle Plumbing.

Awesome service. The technician was friendly, professional, helpful and honest. He provided options to remedy the sewer problem and was not high pressure. The fee was very reasonable. Going forward, we will use them exclusively for all of our plumbing needs.

Behrle was extremely professional and responsive to our crisis situation. They are specialists with the latest technology in opening and resolving sewage blockage. They also worked closely with the City of Lake St Louis to comply with their insurance program. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.

Andrew is truly such a great asset to this company. Initially, I had Andrew come out and he was very informative and provided preventative measures / had a plan for the future regarding the issue. However, time slipped by and I landed myself in a bad situation again with a partially flooded basement. Once again, Andres came to the rescue explained information multiple times, I even asked him to relay the message to my boyfriend and he was more than kind to do that. Not only that he spent so much time explaining everything was very thorough and informative- all in all I couldn’t have had a better experience with him and will ALWAYSSS use this company for any of my plumbing needs. As a Realtor who often sells properties in the city of St. Louis where sewer lines are older, any time I come across a sewer pipe problem, Behrle is my first call. Brandon always responds in a timely fashion. The company does quality work, and the jobsite is cleaned-up afterwards. They have earned my trust and will continue to get my referrals.

Andrew with Behrle Plumbing was fantastic and a really nice guy.
He explained what was happening with my sink not draining and told me the cost up front which was very reasonable for same day service and completed the repair and cleaned up very nicely before leaving.

Initially engaged Behrle to power jet a sewer line. Andrew was prompt, highly knowledgeable & invited me to watch every step he took. He realized within 5 minutes of getting his camera in place that there was a partial collapse. He quickly conveyed if he tried to start the cleaning, it would risk collapsing the entire line. Instead of charging for the jet cleaning, Behrle only charged me for the camera inspection & recording the depth & location of the line. Behrle then worked with our city works manager to explain the issue & why the line needed to be repaired. To be clear, the city, the water district & myself suspect there was a bigger problem before Andrew began his camera work. Behrle easily could have charged me more but didn’t. I am happy to report that Behrle was awarded the contract to repair it. I can’t recommend them enough — and Andrew, in particular, who was articulate, thorough & very helpful throughout. We had 4 companies come without gaining adequate information regarding our clogged kitchen lateral sewer line. We called Behrle and Andrew responded promptly. His work was clean, professional and thorough and when he had completed his work we had a complete understanding of our plumbing issues.

Andrew came out today to clear pipes in a home I was helping with. He was so professional and efficient I was very pleasantly surprised. He went into complete detail and showed video of the process and success. I would give them a 5 out of 5 rating. Well done!

We experienced a major leak under our kitchen sink just a few days before New Year’s Eve. After trying (and failing) to reattach it ourselves, we called Behrle Plumbing. From our very first phone call (I wish I knew her name as she was so friendly and understanding - through scheduling with Sarah, the service was perfection.

We were hosting a NYE party and really hoping to have it fixed beforehand, but given the short notice, I wasn’t overly optimistic. Behrle Plumbing absolutely came through. Kyle was the technician who saved the day! He was incredibly friendly and professional - which is key - plus he fully fixed and replumbed everything under the sink.

He arrived promptly, explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. And it certainly didn’t hurt that he’s a fellow Chiefs fan which is always a bonus in our house!
