Very professional service. My sewer line backed up. Justin came out to cut a root ball out and did an amazing job walking us through on video, clearing it out, locating the issue and giving us information for a permanent repair. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Hasan helped with an overflowing pipe in our laundry room. Not only did he provide efficient services, he also communicated valuable knowledge and insights about the issue we experienced. We were satisfied.

I panicked because after heavy rain, my basement started backing up with water where all my wedding stuff was being stored. They were at my home within 2 hours. Gabe was great, he worked diligently on the issue and kept a positive attitude, despite being at the job longer than planned and running into multiple issues.

I would highly recommend the service man that came to my home. His name was Hasan. I explained my situation with my gutter. He explained the process he would take to unplug it. He was very professional, as well as being kind I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

I’ve had 3 people from this company to come out in 2 days. First guy assessed the problem ( in the cold windy night outside), second guy- the jetter- fixed it so the sewage water would go down in my basement, and the last guy came out to go back into the drain to take pictures and assess the job for an excavator! This may be a temporary fix but right now this company has made the environment safer for me and my family until the final fix is completed.

Dan from Roto-Rooter was fantastic! After having someone out just three months ago, I was frustrated to be dealing with another clogged line. Dan came out promptly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get the line cleared again. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Highly recommend Dan and Roto-Rooter!

I have lateral sewer issues and have to have them cleaned out usually a couple times a year. This time was New Year’s Eve and they came out anyway. The cable auger didn’t work no matter how hard he tried. Since it didn’t open up he didn’t charge me. They came back out the next morning first thing with a hydro blast thing. It was more expensive but it worked. The first tech really tried with the cable and felt bad to leave us with a still blocked sewer. Cabling had worked other times. The second tech had the right equipment to deal with these old pipes better. Each tech was polite and professional. I will be replacing the lines soon and Roto rooter will be doing the work.

This service call was a call back from an original service call last July.
The original job was guaranteed for 6 months and my floor drain backed up within the time frame.
I was expecting some push back when I called but I had a technician at my house in less than 2 hours and no hassles in honoring the guarantee.
The scheduler and tech were very friendly and professional.
I will definitely call again for future service if needed.
The original service was between $400 & $500.
I didn't have to pay anything for the follow-up.

Scheduled to arrive 12-2pm. Called to say they were running “a little late.” After waiting til 3:30 with no word on their arrival, I called to check on status, where I’m told they’d arrive “within 30 minutes.”

45 minutes later, I call customer service again and the lady said there was no record of my order, in spite of previous calls clearly being from Roto Rooter. I ask to be transferred to another agent only to get the same agent refusing to acknowledge Roto Rooter’s involvement in delayed services. The agent kept putting me on hold as I was trying to explain the situation, refusing to listen to my feedback and explanation.

I’d recommend this particular employee be reprimanded and retrained as a result for her conduct, as she should have done what I told her and referred me to another customer service agent instead of putting on hold constantly and refusing to acknowledge that she could be incorrect about there being “no record” of Roto Rooter having an appointment for service with me. This call happened at 4:28cst between her and myself.

After my interaction with the agent in question, I ended the phone call and called back to cancel service. Shortly after this call, the Roto Rooter plumber showed up at my residence to follow up on services.

The plumber himself was very professional and skilled at performing service. He was able to solve my issue in a satisfactory manner. Although, there was a strange situation where he took longer than anticipated to write up the invoice because apparently he was on his lunch break. I don’t blame the plumber for this, but it was a mildly frustrating end to an overall frustrating experience.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is that the plumber himself was very satisfactory as an individual. I’d recommend him to work as an independent contractor over working for your subpar company.

…Okay to be fair, I also am rating it 5 stars so I can my money back. I figure that’s how Roto Rooter has so many good reviews is that you extort your customers to leave positive feedback in order to have a chance at their money back. Worth a shot, right? :-)

The work was completed properly, professionally and it was quick. Besides my technician running 2 hours behind, (which is understandable, it’s a busy business). Gabe came in, went over documents and went straight to work and by the way did an amazing job. He also had a lot of tips and recommendations to avoid the problem from reoccurring.

We had a clogged in our main plumbing pipes. Hassan came out and fixed it. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. He was able to assess the problem, fix it, and gave us advice on how to keep the clog from returning. Great service!

Gabe came out at night, on short notice to help cable and clean our main line. Saved us a crappy night and did great work.
Showed up within the window they designated, explained his findings and what he would do, and worked quickly and cleanly.
Really happy with the service and have a 6 month warranty on the work in case we have a back up anytime soon.

The company understood our concern and sent someone out in a timely manner. When Gabriel arrived, he was very courteous and understanding of our issues. He was also very clean and thorough about the process. Would call them again!

Tim and Ryan were super professional, and quick. My laundry stack was overflowing and my snake wasn't enough to solve it. They came snaked it, good learning experience. Told me about the warranty and made sure I didn't have any concerns moving forward.
