Had drain clean out service done and then complementary line scope. Both technicians (Charles and Drew) were extremely professional and courteous. This work was very well explained, completed in a timely manner at a fair price. Both techs thoroughly cleaned their work areas when done. All in all a great job by both!

I had a sewer back up into my basement. Roto Rooter had a whole team to my house within an hour. After the initial assessment it was determined that a second team member with advanced capabilities was needed as well as a specialized cleaning team. My line was cleared and the cleaners were on site within a few hrs. Amazing service!!

Great service, very knowledgeable, explained every step they were taking and assured us our drain problem was resolved. Zach was fantastic. I had complete confidence he knew how to take care of our issue which was the drainpipe between our washer and dishwasher. Repeated attempts to stop it from backing up had failed. Our problem has not returned
yet after weeks of normal/ heavy use.

Behrle assisted us with solving a complex problem. They hung in with us while we trouble-shooted and then repaired, installed and cleaned the area before they left.

This was not “emergency” service, but unfortunately maintenance for my clay pipes. Behrle’s service seemed less violent than using a standard cutting blade. The equipment used did not just cut a small hole in roots but cleaned out the entire pipe diameter. And the camera work verified that the lateral line is clear of roots. Glad I called these guys. Andrew’s work was top notch. Would use them again and recommend to anyone for sewer clean out.

Brandon Behrle and his excellent team did a fantastic job! We have a 65 year old home on a slab with cast iron pipes under the house. Repeated backups led us to contact three companies for camera work and bids to clean out. 1st company's camera work revealed rusting and heavy scaling, plus missing chunks of pipe. Fiberglass pipelining was recommended, and they gave a bid. We got two more camera evaluations and bids, Behrle was the third company. We're happy and relieved that we chose Behrle Plumbing. They were the middle bid, but they provided so much more value.
They responded right away and scheduled the camera for the next day. Andrew was very thorough, he detected a large hole in a vertical cast iron stack, the two other companies missed it. The owner, Brandon Behrle, and Andrew the tech explained the process and what would occur over 2 days. The Behrle team worked long hours both days to get the job done. Day 1 was cleaning, descaling and prepping the pipes, Day 2 was the actual pipelining. Brandon was on the jobsite both days, doing the work alongside his men. All the guys were friendly and knowledgeable. They protected the interior when they were working inside, and they cleaned everything up so well that you couldn't tell they had ever been there! Andrew returned two days after the job was finished to camera check everything again and make sure nothing was getting hung up on the new lining. Behrle Plumbing went above and beyond, we would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue!

Brandon, the owner was responsive and explained things well also. Andrew did a great job, thank goodness all was well, but gave options to improve some old pipes to strengthen the home even more. Reasonable rates and just honest people, that is rare. I will use them IF any other issues arise.

Called and booked an appointment for a drain scope that ended up being missed. After I brought it to their attention a few days later, Brandon Behrle called me from vacation, apologized and had it done the next day (we were in an inspection deadline with a home purchase) at no charge. Behrle Plumbing provided a very quick response to our urgent water line leak. We called about noon, the were here to evaluate that afternoon, and our water line was repaired by the next afternoon. Excellent service!

After several frustrating months of trying to get our plumbing fixed, we were referred to Brandon Behrle. There was an immediate difference, while other companies said the only option was tearing up my foundation to replace the 60 ft. of cast iron pipes, Brandon was confident his team could fix the existing pipes using the CIPP pipelining process. Everything went smoothly and the pipes are like new. He also coordinated with the city to rebuild the sewer lateral pipes outside. Everyone on his team was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. When they were done you couldn't tell they had ever been here. I highly recommend this company!
