Charles came out to check my water heater after another local company told me it would cost over $1,200 to replace mine. The other company did not troubleshoot it and Charles fixed it for the very reaonable price of a service call! I cannot say enough about his honesty, ethics and knowledge of this Master Plumber. I will never call any other plumbing company than Pierson Plumbing. 100% recommend them! Thank you so much Charles!

Fantastic service! Called with a new kitchen faucet that wasn’t getting flow on cold water. Supply line shut off valves were not operational so I was using whole house shut off. Within 5 hours of the call, Pierson plumbing had kitchen sink supply shutoff valves replaced and lines blown out for fully operational new kitchen sink. Fast service and very reasonable price for a job professionally well done!

We 'blind-called' Pierson in a panic because we thought our sump pump (from another company) was not working on a day where it really needed to. JR arrived so quick and even though there was nothing wrong (1st time sump pump users) we were more than impressed with his responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, value and quality! He tested the pump, offered valuable suggestions and some reasonable recommendations. We need some more plumbing work done to the house and will definitely be calling Pierson!

Had a stuck kitchen faucet and needed to replace it with a new one. Called mid-afternoon and they were able to get someone to me within an hour. Put on shoe protection, had a very professional appearance and did an amazing job of removing and installing the new faucet. Even saw that my garbage disposal was missing a clamp and fixed it as well. Highly recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable pricing.

Came home to an unexpected water heater failure and bit of a mess. As usual w/ these things the time was late day. I reached out to Pierson Plumbing. Rather and hype or empty promises I received realistic expectations for a response. Pierson arrived same day, diagnosed the problem, enabled continued access to water and left w/ an expectation to complete the job next day. First thing next day Pierson delivered. New water heater installed and better than previous install. This company performs a professional result at a fair cost and leaves w/o a mess.

We hired Pierson Plumbing to help us with our low water pressure issue. We were lucky to have found the right place! JR came to my work place and immediately diagnosed the potentional issue. A couple days later, he came to switch out our pressure reducing valve and knocked out a bunch of gross gunk that built up in our pips! We now have as much water pressure as when the office opened 5 years ago! He did all of this work in such a timely manner and did not leave a giant mess for me to clean up!! He never tried to over sell, JR is a honest and kind professional! I will always recommend Pierson Plumbing!!

Highly recommend Pierson Plumbing ! They were responsive to our needs after a flood hit our basement and the customer service was amazing! They were always so kind on the phone and also willing to explain everything to me. The best pricing I was quoted, and I will definitely be saving their information to use for all future needs. Could not run the water on two things at once or you wouldn't have any water at all coming through the faucets upstairs. This past week I called Pierson's for a free analysis and estimate and he came within a couple days ( been going on awhile; it was no emergency, just agravating ). J R told me pretty quickly what the problem was and the cost. I told him my available days and he scheduled me on my next day off. The water pressure regulator was replaced and we have better pressure now than the almost 30 years we've been here. J R checked around to make sure we had consistant pressure before he left. Couldn’t be more happy with Pierson Plumbing. JR was so nice and helpful. I posted on Troy local page about my problem I was having with another plumbing company and that we hadn’t had hot water for 2 1/2 weeks and he reached out that night after hours. The next day he had us hot water. Thank you so much for wonderful service!!!

They are very friendly and fair. I hadn't had hot water for 4 days...they evaluated my situation and then came back the very next day taking care of my issue. They gave me options on what they could do with my older heater (12-15 years old). My old heater was spent. They ended up installing a new one that included a rebate with Spire. They were clean, thorough (cleaned my water lines), and educated me on everything I needed to know about my new heater. Good guys and Great Service! Charles, the owner followed up (called) personally to make sure I was happy with the service!!!

I didn't have a major fix or anything. They quoted me a reasonable price for the work I needed. They arrived when they said they would and even though I had something non-standard going on under my sink, it was fixed and explained to me so the next time, I should be able to fix it myself. 10/10 would recommend!

Contacted Pierson Plumbing for a leaking water shut off valve. They were extremely friendly and informative. Did a great job for a great value. Fixed what was wrong without suggesting unnecessary more expensive fixes. Will definitely use again.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who just today had their services. We would give 100 stars if it was possible. I need to say if you're looking for a plumber and you're worried about who to choose, stop scrolling and call Pierson Plumbing. My mother had 2 different plumbers come to her house after an issue with her sink, her drain, and a backed up disposal, and not only did they halfway do the job that continued causing issues, but they charged twice what Pierson cost her. JR and Tristen came out to help fix my mother's sink and she finally, after a year of constant issues, can use her kitchen without worry. He explained everything to her without being condescending and spoke only with courteous professionalism which is not as common as you might think in this profession. He was careful with his work, and not only fixed the problem but talked about preventative work in the future AND noticed a potential issue with her disposal and fixed it while there. This is the plumbing company to call, go ahead and save their contact, give it to your neighbors and hand out his contact to anyone you know who owns a house or even a rental property. Don't worry if they aren't on time, they don't rush their work and that's a good thing, you don't always want the guy that can get there right on time. Cannot highly recommend these guys enough, truly.

Charles Pierson Plumbing services is great quality work at a reasonable price! He was very personable and explained the whole procedure before working on my home. He even taught me and my wife how to water proof our spigot drains to avoid issues in the future. I would definitely recommend and hire him in the future for other jobs.

Pierson Plumbing does great work! They installed a sink in our garage, a drain pan in our laundry room, and an outdoor faucet. They are trustworthy, friendly, personable and professional. They do quality work for a fair and reasonable cost. Most importantly they made us feel comfortable about their services and did not make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Truly a great find for us and anyone else that uses them.

When our sewer line backed up, Pierson Plumbing was able to get to us quickly. They were fantastic about explaining what was going on and what our options were and did excellent work for a lower price than we had anticipated. They are definitely our go-to plumbers from now on!

The guys at Pierson Plumbing were very helpful and professional in fixing my shower leak. I'm naturally curious and a bit of a DIY person, but I know my limits too. They were super transparent about their process and were happy to talk with me about it. It's always great to learn from the professionals! I'll be calling them first the next time I need a plumber!

Needed work done for a while but not sure about finding good tradesmen and possibly getting ripped off. Fear of that is gone having worked with Pierson Plumbing. They installed 2 bathrooms for me and more. There is nothing that they could have done any better . Workmanship was great. I feel like I'm at somebody elses house . They are good at communicating the process and answering questions 3 thumbs up☆☆☆☆☆

Came to our house at 8:30 at night to fix our issue. Did a great job and was quickly able to get the job done! We thought we would be paying a lot more because of after hours, but price was great! We have used them a few times and always great work!
