AJS Wildlife Solutions will charge you coming and going. You pay $200 for the inspection. (The man who came to my house was thorough and knowledgeable. I can't complain about that!) Then they charge you for each time they come back to check the traps. I had 2 other companies come by to inspect/ bid. Neither of them charged for inspection or checking traps.
Have they came to my home last year and I have been meaning to put a review. He was very informational and he was compassionate about wildlife. He checked my home for raccoons or squirrels. He was honest and he said that he saw something that could be it but he suggested that I contact my insurance company first because of possible damage to my roof. And that is what I did. Comes to find out that I needed a new roof and I really didn't hear that much activity after he left. So why am I giving him a great review because he was honest. He didn't try to take my money he said that he maybe saw a little bit of activity but more than anything I probably need to call my insurance company regarding my roof. As we know raccoons and squirrels can enter your home at any time so if that's the case in the future I will surely contact them because of his compassion for wildlife and his honesty. So I didn't using this time but if necessary I will in the future.
I do not get this AT ALL. AJS Wildlife Solutions contacted me the next day after I called requesting help and I made an appointment for later in the week, which was perfect! They did their inspection, discussed the options and potential solutions, and emailed me everything later that day. It was going to be an expensive fix to patch a hole where squirrels, and potentially bats, had gotten in but I called to ask when I could schedule the work. I have never gotten a response.
Professional and did a great job securing our roof so no more Raccoons or squirrels can enter. Thank you for a job well done.
I contacted AJS wildlife on a SUNDAY out of desperation, and they still picked up! Andrew was patient and kind. I was quickly scheduled for an inspection (thought we had raccoons / dead or alive in the attic) with Ryan who was also very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for wildlife concerns.
Forget Orkin or the other 'big names' in pest control. These guys are the BEST. I have a problem with raccoons and other critters since I live close to woods and a creek. I used AJS to critter proof the entire outside of my home. Ryan is a very knowledgeable technician and the quality of the work, follow ups and timely response from him and the company was stellar. Recently I had another issue in my basement ceiling space. It sounded like a larger critter this time instead of the usual mice I trap. Ryan came out same day, did a thorough inspection of the outside and then also the inside. Turned out to be a mouse with one leg trapped that was flopping in the trap on top of a dropped ceiling panel making all kinds of noise. Ryan disposed of that, inspected the rest of the area and reset new traps for me. I am extremely pleased with their response time, professionalism, knowledge and their ability to address any issue I present to them. I highly recommend this company for any pest control need and they are head and shoulders above the 'other guys' in every aspect.
