I am just reviewing the website, not the company, since I haven't used their services yet. The website is very user-friendly, with great drop-down menus on the home page, and I like the way the reviews are laid out. It was very easy to find all of the information I wanted.

Explanation of services were clear and easy to navigate, which isn't always the case. This helped me sort through looking for help for my project. I really liked how transparent they are with their experience, certifications, and reviews—it immediately gave me confidence in their professionalism. In 2018 we had a new $60,000 roof put on our house. We have had nothing but problems. Had a reputable roofing company come out and inspect, they said the roof was done incorrectly, a $10,000 fix! We went back to 911 as our roof is under warranty. We agreed to spend another $1000 for them to complete the work. Now they don’t respond. Tim Carroll, the CEO, should back his companies work and fix our roof!! We r left with a leaking flat roof, and a leak in the main house roof. These guys use hail damage as a way to get insurance to pay for new one, and then are no where to be found when you have an issue. BEWARE!

I have never seen a website so beautifully laid out with all kinds of pertinent information at your fingertips. Any information you want to know about any kind of roof is there. Form submission to get in touch with you at various different cities is awesome. If I was in the market to replace, fix, or add a new roof to a house, you would be the first site in MO I would check out. Great job!

Colonial replaced the siding on my home about 15 years ago. They did an outstanding job . At the time Colonial said that if any problems arose (like damage from a hot grill pushed against the siding ) just call them and they would fix the damage " like a warranty issue".
A few months ago I contacted Bret and asked him if he could replace 2 pieces of fascia that blew off in a wind storm. As everyone knows getting any company to respond to a small repair job is next to impossible ... especially when they need a 40 foot ladder to reach the repair spot. Bret got me on his project list , came by to check the color of my old siding to ensure a best match, and then came out a few weeks later and made the repair. The color match was excellent and there was no charge for the work .
I have recommended Colonial to several neighbors over the years and I will certainly continue to do so. Good people.

Brett has done two different jobs for us, and both times his crews showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. If you need siding, windows or doors replaced Colonial Construction is the company to call. This is an honest company who will do the job right.

I had a small siding repair issue. Was referred to Colonial by a trusted roofing contractor. Colonial responded quickly to my inquiry, and arranged to come by and give a bid. Luke (Proj Mgr for Colonial), arrived on time, and was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He quoted a price, and said it would take about a week until he could acquire the materials and perform the work. The next day, he was back, explaining he had another job in the neighborhood that allowed him to come by and make the repairs. He completed the work, left no mess, and I am completely satisfied with Colonial’s work. I highly recommend their services!

I had Brett come out and give me a bid for my elderly fathers house. Everything went good. I told him i was going to think about it, he said no problem as long as i excepted the proposal before the end of the year, the price wouldn't change. I signed the proposal in December. A month went by with no contact. I tried reaching him and leaving messages with no response back. Very unprofessional. Would be wise not to waste your time and money with this company.

One of the best contractor experiences I’ve had in a long time. Luke was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was part of a sales pitch. I had a siding problem. Colonial Construction installed brand new siding quickly and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!!

Bret and his team at Colonial Construction are top notch! We did an entire exterior update with new gutters, siding, front porch pillars rewrapped and front door. His team was always on time, professional, and would stay late to finish the job within a deadline. Bret and Luke worked with us to pick out colors, siding and the new custom door. Bret himself even came out when we had questions about the porch to make adjustments. My husband and I are so proud of the job they did and how beautiful our home turned out!

Our home is over a hundred years old with lots of windows. We've had three window companies work on them, but no other contractor comes close to the quality and perfection provided by Bret, Kelly, and the rest of Colonial Construction team.
