Colonial Construction does such good work that I’d like to keep them a secret, but they deserve their 5 star review.

A couple of years ago, we had them rebuild our front porch - wood floor and steps, railing and columns. We wanted to update our home’s exterior to a modern farmhouse style. The team understood my vision and were extremely professional. The completed project exceeded our expectations!

We just finished our 2nd project using Colonial Construction. We had PVC fascia, gutters and gutter guards installed. The team was efficient and did a great job cleaning up after the install. I noticed a small leak at one of the corner gutter seams with the first rainfall after the installation. One call to Colonial Construction, and the team was there the next morning to fix the problem. Outstanding service!

Many homes in my area received roof and gutter hail damage. I received a prompt quote on replacing my gutters, an excellent price, and excellent removal and installation of new gutters. The workers were polite and left my yard cleaned up. There was always good communication about scheduling the work and follow up after the work assuring satisfaction. I can highly recommend this company !

Lots of people have horror stories when using a contractor on their home. That won't happen when talking with Bret and Luke at Colonial Construction. These folks are the very BEST in the business. Honest, courteous, fair and exceptional quality. It's everything you ever wanted from a contractor. Don't mess with the big box stores.....call these folks. Luke was so easy to work with- honest and very responsive. He fit us into the schedule quickly for gutter repair, and did a thorough inspection (complete with photos) for future recommendations.

Colonial replaced my windows. Luke was always very kind and respectful and the most honest answers as to what fit was best for our home, not necessarily the most expensive. They take seriously your time you set aside and kept their appointments as scheduled. I feel the installation workers did an awesome job as well. Everything was clean when they finished. Then Luke followed up to be sure all was well. I can't be more pleased and highly recommend!!!

I recently had to have new gutters installed on my house. Colonial Construction made the whole process easy. They gave me a fair bid and with their expertise, the right solution to fix my gutter issues. The install was done professionally by one guy (I think his name was Herald?) who got to work right away (and has many years of experience!). I highly recommend this company for all your gutter needs!

This is the fourth time Colonial Construction has done excellent work for us. They resided our home, installed exterior French doors, and interior closet doors twice. Bret and his team are always professional and they do quality work at a reasonable price.

Colonial Construction recently replaced aluminum fascia on my front porch. I have an older home, so things are a little out of square. Harold the installer did an amazing job installing the new fascia, and trimmed around everything perfectly. Luke and Brett are extremely responsive & punctual, and communicate extremely well. I highly recommend Colonial Construction, and they truly are a diamond in the rough. Give them a call, you definitely will not be disappointed.

I used Colonial Construction for some gutter repairs. Luke was very responsive and was able to come out quickly to give me a bid. As another person shared, if I could give this company and their crew a hundred stars I would. I used Colonial Construction to replace some windows, gutters and siding on my home, detached garage and large horse barn. Their attention to detail and quality of skill and craftsmanship is superior to any company I have ever worked for. They cleaned up the job site every day when they left. They were very respectful of my home and the surroundings. They showed up everyday and stayed on the job until everything was complete. When I first started getting bids for the job with contractors, Brett was not a high pressure salesperson and he explained everything with detail. He brought samples for me to look at so I could make an informative decision. I also had Colonial Construction complete a room addition on my home as well as build and repair several cupolas on my home. The work went smoothly. The workers showed up on time and as scheduled and the job was completed in a timely manner and all work was perfect and attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for exterior and interior construction needs.

We hired Colonial to replace windows and doors and repair some flashing. Bret (the owner) was engaged and communicated well throughout the entire process, keeping us updated frequently on expected delivery from the manufacturer. The crew arrived on time every day, cleaned up after themselves every day, and didn’t skip around between jobs. This is a well-established operation with a solid, hard-earned, and well-deserved reputation. The quality of work exceeded expectations and the price was very reasonable. We will have no hesitation to bring them back when we’re ready to replace the second floor windows.

I used Colonial Construction for replacement/installation of siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. Bret was very easy to work with and responsive throughout(initial quote, updates, scheduling, installation). The siding crew and the gutter crew were professional and easy to communicate with. I am pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them.

We just had gutters and guards installed by Colonial. Bret was very patient with our questions during the initial consultation and responded quickly with follow up questions without any pressure. The installers, Harold and Laurie found rotted wood after the gutters were removed and made the repairs. Bret even dropped by when the rotted wood was found to confirm which was unexpected. We appreciate that Harold, Laurie, and Bret care deeply about the quality of the work and don’t rush as Harold had to come back the following morning to finish installing the gutter guards and cleaning up.

Hiring someone to work on your house can be stressful when they are not responsive or don’t care about quality but Colonial makes it easy. We look forward to working with Bret and Colonial in the future when we get a new front door.

They did a fantastic job of residing an addition on my home. The price was reasonable, the workers were efficient, did beautiful work and cleaned everything up promptly. It was not an easy job because the room is surrounding by lots of plants and a fish pond but they were very careful and did no damage. The only issue I had was communication with scheduling, but I know it was a busy time and it was worth the wait.

We had storm damage that resulted from a large limb impacting our garage and tearing off the gutter and downspout and a section of siding. Brett was easy to work with and listened to our concerns about the repair and kept in touch as we waited for the roof to get repaired before Colonial could begin work on the gutter and siding. Seeing the work after completion I think they did an outstanding job and did everything we asked for. Overall is was a positive experience and we are pleased with the outcome.

It is so nice to have friendly, helpful, and professional people doing a job for you. We had siding replaced on one side of our detached garage and it looks great. Also, they did not leave a mess for us to clean up, they did a good job of cleaning up the work site. Could not be more satisfied and pleased with everything.
