Called and came in to look at bathtub doors. They only had one display. Did not see one sales representative. It was worse than home depot.

Excellent selection. No high pressure sales, however staff helpful, accommodating and provides brochures & literature.

This is a showroom which has nothing in stock and which does not accept returns without a 50% restocking fee, but this was not verbally disclosed. Buyer beware!

Amy was prompt in her design and communication. A pleasure to work with although I decided on a lower budget kitchen restoration.

We worked with Sandra today, her first question was, "what is your budget?" After we couldn't give her a direct answer she seemed uninterested in helping us. She was snotty and argumentative. The cabinets also looked cheap.

My wife and I are detailing our kitchen she wants new countertops Granite probably and RSI has a wide variety of countertops and amenities such as bathroom accessories cabinets doors basically whatever you need to redo your home I really enjoyed the service they were very competent and the price wasn't outrageous

Great place to go look for inspiration. Left after half an hour after not being able to talk to someone about a designer Kohler product.

I walked in today with my fiance to look for a bathroom vanity and after looking around for at least 15 minutes not a single customer service rep offered to help us. Then after asking for assistance we were still waiting for service and no one helped us so we walked out empty handed. The service was actually so poor that we were cracking jokes about the lack of assistance with other customers who were also looking for help.

I would highly recommend working with Emily Tryson at RSI. I had been having a horrible time working on a kitchen island with another designer at a well known kitchen & granite store in town when out of frustration I turned to RSI. I should have started with RSI, because Emily did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and even found a way to improve upon my original idea. She also did it within my budget, so I was extremely satisfied.

My husband and I had a very negative experience with Emily, one of the kitchen and bath designers. . We were planning on making a purhase but could not get past her rude and condescending behavior. I have honestly not been treated so poorly by a business in the St. Louis area since moving her ten years ago. When my husband, who is an attorney, called to discuss this with the manager the following business day, even the manager, Rebecca, was not concerned with customer service nor apologetic for the inicident. If you want excellent customer service you will have to go elsewhere.

I worked with Hoyt to purchase all of our appliances for our new kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and was able to keep us in the budget we were aiming for. Would recommend RSI to my friends and family!

Ha, it was a joke. My husband and I got there today about 20 min before closing. Store closes at 4pm on Saturday. Asked the lady upfront where we would find shower doors and she directed us towards the back of the show room. We found only 2 (!!) sliding doors and asked another lady at the desk closer to the bathroom showrooms if there were anymore to which she answered that those were it, but we can look around and see if we can find others on display models. Well, we didn't and promptly left. That was the extend of their customer service. We will not be back!

Heidi Bartels is HANDS DOWN the best interior designer I have ever worked with. Her vision is 2nd to none. Heidi's design sense is not only spot-on with what I had envisioned, but vanguard & innovative at the same time. I mean, just wow! 💯 💣💥

I worked with what turned out to be a very incompetent designer_Lindsey the red head. I am surprised she is still working there. If you look at reviews for the company that makes the products for RKI; it is DKI and i reviewed it last year. Lindsey is like an air head. Did not understand anything. When I kept correcting her mistakes, I was charged an additional fee.

These people were great to work with. They have many people come in and just browse for ideas and I was a little intimidated when my husband said he wanted to try to use them, because they have such nice stuff. But they were so great. We spoke with the lady at the desk and set up an appt. We ended up working with Bryan for our kitchen remodel and he was fantastic. He gave great ideas and incorporated what we conveyed to him. If you want it done right, work with a professional like this place.

Great experience working with RSI on our kitchen remodel! Purchased all new cabinetry and appliances. Richelle was our designer and she created a nice plan that came together perfectly. She has deep knowledge and a keen eye, and is very easy to work with. We took on the installation ourselves and got excellent support throughout completion. Will definitely be coming back with more projects.

Very professional and quality of work. Kelly did a super job in helping us to design and expand our total kitchen remodel. Matt, the contractor, is super to work with and very qualified. I would recommend RSI highly for any project.
