The communication is not good. Also they did not send a person to measure the job to be done and their estimate on the tile needed was off and we had to reorder more and make our tiles wait a week till it got here. Just not happy with them. I would not recommend or use them again. Calling there was a joke most of the time because if your designer wasn't in no one else could help you, other than put you on hold.

So pleased with my kitchen renovation! Top notch service, design, and installation. Arlene helped me come up with a beautiful layout that increased storage and functionality, while staying within my budget. Joe and Derek went above and beyond with installation and made everything look beautiful. High quality work all around!

Poor install to fix shower. Started process in September and still waiting for project to be done. Original onyx system ordered was wrong size, they are not picking up it is still in basement. Finishing was not completed, shower doors are not measured or ordered. No one will answer when the onyx that is being stored in The basement will be picked up or when we can expect the shower doors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had a fantastic experience with RSI for our master bath remodel. Jennifer was our designer and she helped us plan for both current and future needs very well. We are thrilled with the results. The contractors were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and kept us informed about the progress. Construction is never without a hiccup, but we were informed and every reasonable effort was made to keep us on schedule. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

We recently had the pleasure of working with RSI in remodeling our kitchen. We initially worked with Courtney who was a delight to work with; she gave us lots of ideas and was very patient with us while periodically changing our minds and was responsive to our needs. We signed the contract prior to her maternity leave. Lauren took over and she was very responsive and supportive. Bob, the project manager, provided us with detailed project plan and completed the project in a timely and efficient manner. We also were very impressed with the installers especially Michael and Tommy as well as Aaron the plumber who detected a small gas leak
In a newly purchased cooktop which was installed by another company and corrected the problem. Also, Ray who did the back splash tiles was great to work with and did a superb job. I wholeheartedly recommend RSI.

Very disorganized, chaotic. They have very little understanding with the contractors. Several new problems arise after the project started, the contractor says they have nothing to do with it and we are on our own.

I was aware of our home location so the very 1st question I asked was do you cover our area and was told supposedly by the CEO, receptionist and consulant yes will not be a problem. 3 weeks of pics and quotes and scheduled another meeting in November for picking more products we get sent an email saying sorry we don't cover your area but you can still by our products for your kitchen and bath but will need someone else to install them? Huge waste of time, could have told us up front no we can not help you and we could have moved on.

RSI has their process down to a T! I’ve been through numerous remodels and I’d say this one was the smoothest and handled very professionally. I’d use them again. I did a full gut and remodel of my primary bath and closets. Kristine Fields was wonderful to work with.

In 2023, we had our kitchen gutted and renovated. Now in 2025, we had our bathroom overhauled. I can't give enough praise to all of the sub contractors. They were punctual, respectful, and professional. A thousand stars go out to the contractor, Joe. He made sure everything was installed to code. He's a perfectionist, so everything that he installed was top notch. Joe is extremely experienced, professional, respectful, punctual, and personable. The designers are great, and Bob, the project manager went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend RSI to anyone who wants a perfect renovation.

Lots of great ideas for your kitchen or bath project. Great staff that's able to draw up your project and build it to your specifications. Highly recommend!

Lindsay, my designer was invaluable. Our kitchen turned out perfect and a lot of the decisions we made were because of her input and direction. I am 100% happy with our new kitchen. Highly recommend RSI. Very professional and attentive.

We did a master bathroom remodel in 2024. We worked with Lindsey and she guided us through the entire process including design, material selections and installation. We can honestly say, a year later, that there is nothing we would have changed. We love it!

We had our kitchen and family room remodeled in 2025. Kristine F. was our designer. She is absolutely incredible! Our kitchen is beautiful! Kristine was professional and kind. She helped our contractor troubleshoot a construction challenge and worked with the cabinet manufacturer to solve a hinge issue. I would highly recommend her and RSI.

The driver of truck 209 pulled up next to me at the gas station so close to the driver side that when my husband went to get back in the car he seriously had trouble. And the driver knew he parked that closed because he looked over at me. It’s rude and to be in a company truck make’s the company look bad.

Replaced a panel in basement and rewired the whole thing, got it done in a day, quality work and fair price, will definitely use again it was just to easy

Tell whoever has been driving truck 225 to drive like they have some sense. Changing lanes and cutting people off on the highway is not it. In a company car on top of that? Be serious.

Tony Thompson founder of Kwame Building wrote a 38 page email sent to all St. Louis Media. It’s titled ‘Civil Disobedience Shutdown of Interstate 70,’ then this comment ‘Anything short of arresting that White cop for murder is an insult to Black people and Ferguson city Hall and Police department needs to burn to the ground!!!’
Any company inciting such violence needs to be avoided.

I love doing business with Superior General Contracting! Extremely friendly staff, professional, and great workmanship. Explained the process of everything to me so I knew what to expect. They even handled everything for me with my insurance company. I will absolutely being using Superior for any future projects that may come up. Way to go guys!
