Great company for installation of underground and aerial cable!

The worse cable company ever, even if spectrum send them out unorganized and does not have the proper safety equipment for the job they are trying to do. Please inquire this company at your own risk.

Owners are fantastic. Every time we need something for low voltage electrical the work is priced great and done quickly. Their the best!

I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with this company! The office manager Lisa is very friendly and personal. It is a family run business that has a keen attention to detail and always takes care of us.

They are doing work at our apartment complex. I looked out and noticed a guy leaning on my wife’s car and then drawing on the rear windshield. I went out and told him not to touch what isn’t his. He then smirked it the window at me and my wife until his co-worker turned towards him. He keeps peering in which is unprofessional all together. Then my wife went outside and another guy said something in passing that made her uncomfortable. Ready for them to be gone although it may be awhile as it’s a 2-1 observer to worker ratio. Many cigarettes to be smoked during the shift.

Jose and Brandock were at our home today to replace a damage line for our internet. They were professional and personable. The job was done with very minimal affect to our lawn. Could not be more pleased with their work!

Just caught them trying to dig underneath the sidewalk with no USGS flags. The rep did not speak any English at all and was brand new on the job (The only way we could communicate was to Google translate). The company clearly negated all safety concerns as they decided to continue to dig without any USGS flags or a closed ticket stating that it was safe to dig. The employee who was relatively new Per his translation. He In the process of beginning the operation of a to ditch witch (Without any support or utility locates). He had no clue he was about to hit at gas main as he intended to dig under the sidewalk. I confirmed with USGS and St. Louis County. This company did not have the right to dig without proper clearance and did not have a special use permit to be digging in the easements in St. Louis. These are clear, red flags for safety concerns as the associate was unaware of the flags were needed. It is disappointing that a company like this is going to rely on saying there are family own company when in reality they clearly were intending to cut corners to save money at my potential detriment. Don’t trust this company look at the photos I’ve attached. Do you see any utility flags? Do you see any support for a brand new employee?

You can clearly see the lack of accountability in the response.

They came out quickly to give bid and were competitive. They did the work for the quoted price and did not come back with extra charges. Very professional.

He listened to my ideas and offered input and affordable options on how best to address the repairs. The repair crew was excellent! The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The Chimney has been restored back to its "Original Glory". I would do business with Mirelli Tuckpointing again and highly recommend them for your exterior or interior masonry project needs!

We were pleased with Mirelli's bid. The guys arrived on time, they were prompt, polite, and efficient. We had a huge mess on our veranda from the fallout of the grinding on the chimney . The guys all jumped in for a nice clean up!!!

Their crew showed up within a few days of when they added us to the schedule and accomplished everything in one day. The wall looks great!
