Unbelievable response time from Compass. My power went down and Jarrad was there within an hour and the team at Compass had already had Ameren dispatched by the time Jarrad arrived to diagnose the problem. The whole team was fantastic, responsive, and solved the issue on the same day. Great company!!!

Had flickering and dimming lights. Had another electrician look at the previous week and I was told cheap LED lights were my problem and I should invest in their annual service program.
Spoke with Christine to schedule services as issues were getting worse. After I told her all of what was going on she told me it’s best to contact Ameren first. She even called them for me plus followed up with Ameren once they did not make it out within 24 hrs. Problem was on Ameren’s side.
You just can’t beat honesty!!! I have not used their services yet but will do so in the beginning of the year. Compass with Christine will have a lifelong customer.

Compass provided excellent service for us. Richard came and installed several new outlets for us and also replaced multiple bathroom fans. The work he performed was high quality and looks great, and he did it very efficiently. Compass will be our go to electrician for our home in the future.

Before running our new pump, we wanted to have an electrician check the wiring because it would not turn on. Matt was very knowledgeable and found the issue quickly. He explained what had happened and why it happened on why the pump would not turn on. He was in and out in a timely manner.
Also, I wanted to mention that this was same day service. I called and they were able to fit me in. This was our first time using Compass. We would recommend them to anyone needing service .

From the first call with Christine to the actual service done by Richard, I was very pleased with how I was handled. Theo was great to have working my protects with AMF Electric. Went above and beyond to make sure everything i wanted was done in a fast and professional manner. I have a small attic space and he was able to get in there and drop all the electrical wires to the switch positions requested. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Theo was very polite and found the problem quickly. The faulty circuit breaker was replaced and everything back to working in about 20 minutes. Great serves.

Had outdoor outlets not working. Technician did a great job identifying the issue and help fixing it quickly.

Theo and Isaiah were skilled, professional and worked hard. They did an excellent job.

Incorrectly installed several aspects of the preliminary work that cause overall delays. Had to inconvenience us several times and charge more than originally agreed. The major problem is inexperienced, subpar frontline staff.
