Do not use this contractor. Charged us for 2.5 hours of work but was only physically here for less than 1.5. Left to purchase simple part he should have had on hand and charged $80 for that hour. $300 for nothing...Problem not fixed. Says will charge another $60 trip fee to come back out again to try to fix original problem. We should have looked at the reviews first 😕

I was amazed at how fast, professional, and fair priced this whole experience was! I wanted a range outlet installed, and the whole process from when they arrived to take measurements to when it was done was about two hours. Great value! I'll definitely be using them again for future projects.

20 years and plenty of service calls in this old city house and Volz is the absolute best electric company I’ve found hands down. I tell everyone about them. I’ve used them several times for small and large issues. Highly recommend. Ed is so knowledgeable and efficient.

Really bad experience but we were referred from where we bought our hottub so tried to stick it out. Frustrating and poor communication and even rude at the end.

The initial work and responsiveness from Volz were fine, but everything since has been very disappointing. Their faulty wiring and subsequent lack of communication have caused unnecessary delays. Ameren and I have both tried multiple times to reach them, as all that’s needed is a simple sign-off on the work they supposedly fixed—but Volz has gone completely silent. Neither Ameren nor I can get a response, and the delays continue to drag on. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Volz for electric work at my property. This time to install two outdoor lights. They are always prompt and do great work at a fair price. Highly recommend!
