Extremely unprofessional and Rude. My experience so far has been very stressful and i wouldnt wish this on anyone. So far they have shown up unannounced, not shown at all, showed up with a ten minute warning, called me at 830 PM on a sunday trying to set stuff up for the following morning. There has been a lack of following through with communicating days and times to get work done. And Left a huge mess in my house. I hope no one has to deal with what I did.

I contracted Don and his team to completely rewire a property I was having renovated. While the project did in fact take a bit longer then originally expected, I was very satisfied with the end result and the quality of the workmanship performed. Don always answered my phone calls, text messages and provided updates with where the project was at.

This guy is a joke. I really don’t have words for this one. Got his number from a friend. Our town house was under condo community projects we need to get aluminum remediation in September 2023. Contacted him scheduled appointment he came out the next day gave a total of 2500 and 1800 right away for him to start working the rest when he gets done. Paid him 1800$ the next day. Then I emailed the condominium management to let them know we goint to use our electric. When they told me we need to use reinhold electric. This is two days later after I sent him money through zelle. Told I need money back we need to use the company that management wants. He started cursing tell me why that’s stupid I never hear of that I can already order parts. Ok send me what’s left he had another excuse and another and another. Never gave a dollar back or did any work. I called my friend and told him what happened. He said he owes him 1000$. Iam very surprised to see this page up and to have any stars. I want to know how many people did he do this too. I know I’m not the only one just from reading the first comment. Please comment under my post. I been to court two times and going back again soon, if we all get together we can get maybe we can get him to locked up. I want to teach him a lesson. Please contact me.

I don't usually do review. But this one needs it cause of his poor service. He took cash payment from me to change circuit breaker and he did not provide any documents or permit number. After a month later finally called an inspector and his work did not pass! Not only I wasted my time calling him for weeks and lost my payment, it is the way he treated me. He is extremely unproffessional and stressful to deal. I hope nobody else goes through this awful experience!

The women on the phone is very rude. Very poor service, I do not recommend.

Easy to find place, well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Found my needed old school breaker and I was off in record time.

It's a scam, they offer to sign you up for a home maintenance service at $150/year but they don't actually employ any electricians or ever show up or do work

Unprofessional service. Called to schedule twice, then the field called back both times saying they were busy and couldn't do it. Gap between services advertised/scheduling at the main office, and what the electricians were willing to perform.

I booked an electrician to come to the house, and rearranged both my and my husband’s day to make the appointment possible. It started to get late, so I called to check the status and was informed that the electrician would NOT be coming because they were booked into next week. Am I not a booking? Was anyone going to inform me about the scheduling conflict? Why is this so typical of contractors? It makes me so frustrated!

Prompt, professional, friendly service from estimate through job completion! They did a top notch work, were very responsive to my questions, and were all around a great company to work with. I’d highly recommend this company and the lead electrician.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
We contacted this company, calling around to see when an electrician would be available to be sent to our residence. We were going to go with Elixir because they’re local to STL City and a small business... what a mistake. When we spoke to them early in the morning they said they could actually have a tech out that same day. We were initially delighted - timeframe for later that night between 5-8pm. So we told other companies we were going to be using them and then we get a call from the manager at 5:30p saying the tech wasn’t going to be able to make the scheduled appt as they were going to be caught at a previous call; disappointed but okay - no problem, it happens. We asked for the next soonest available time, so they said the following day again same time frame 5-8pm. We waited.. finally 7:15 rolls around (they’re supposed to call when they’re a half hour out so that was basically the latest time they could have called was 7:30) my fiancée calls the place and we get the run around - “the manager will call and see tech status and call us back right away” 7:45p - no call from elixir, fiancée calls back, “oh the tech got stuck at a commercial job so they aren’t coming” we weren’t notified and just wasted more time waiting for a second day in a row to be treated worse. My fiancée was obv angry and they said “well we’re busy” we promptly told them we’d take our business and that of our family elsewhere. Unbelievable unprofessional behavior and horrible customer service.

What a great experience. Brian arrived, quickly sized up several jobs we had, and even helped us figure out how to eliminate the need for one! Fixed one of our outlets and gave us a free estimate for another big outdoor job. He was professional and friendly, and made us feel as though we were his only clients for the day.

Prompt, efficient friendly staff, technicians were both a pleasure to meet and do business with. I would most definitely recommend Elixir Electrician company. I would also add how impressed I am with the pride they show in the community services they provide. For me that is going above and beyond.

Elixir Electrician crew did a fabulous job upgrading our electric service, we upgraded from 100 amp service to 200 amp service and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Elixir Electrician company if you want any electrical services taken care of.

Your two men came and installed hard-wired under the counter lights in my kitchen. Elixir Electrician were above and beyond outstanding. They worked steadily, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. I will call you and specifically ask for Elixir Electrician the next time I need electrical work.

I used Elixir Electrician to add an additional outside outlet in me back patio. The electrician did an outstanding job. He could have taken some shortcuts but he took the time to fish the lines through the ceiling so nothing was exposed. The price charged was fair as well. I will most certainly use Elixir Electrician for any additional electrical work I may need.
