Brian Bischof was outstanding! From start to finish he was thorough, respectful, personable and very customer service oriented. He let me know throughout the entire process what he was doing and why, simply outstanding!

Cody was very thorough and professional. Before confirming that there was a blockage in the sewer lateral, he tried to break through with a snake device. When that didn’t work, he documented the problem by taking a video with a complete explanation. He provided estimates on work needing attention.

Our technician Bill King was fantastic. He answered all questions and gave wonderful advice. He made sure we were fully taken care of in every regard and that we understood exactly what he was doing. I will use this business again in the future even just based off of how great Bill was.

Josiah is very professional . He explained what he was doing and went through the install after completion. I also appreciate that he made sure that all of the pressures and desired warmth came out of each faucet.

Joe did a great job. It’s our first house w/ plaster walls…so we were nervous having an outlet added. Joe did a great job and was very careful and precise.

Quick & easy to schedule an appointment on the website. Tech came out and assessed the issue based only on the error codes. Did not run any tests cycles. Quote for $650 to replace the inverter board for washer, stating that the part alone is $450. Washer brand new, setup, delivery, and haul away old is $850 so the quote seemed a bit pricey. I did further research, ran the test cycle as instructed on the error code manual, issue has been resolved. Also, GE sells the replacement inverter board for $130....

When I had a heater issue this winter, I made a few calls to local HVAC companies hoping to get it repaired before the temps in the house dropped too low.

After initially scheduling a 12p-4p appointment window, Hoffmann called and was able to get a tech out to my house by 9a! Great start!

The tech that arrived, Tyler, was extremely nice and was able to listen to my observations before narrowing down the cause of the issue. After a short part pickup, the repair was completed quickly and heat was restored to the house!

Mark did a great job explaining everything and had options for us. Mark walked us through everything what he was doing how he was doing it No hiding fees. He was very Professional. I would highly recommend Hoffman Brothers. Mark answered all of our questions that we asked about whole house generator and left me some information. This is something we need to think about being out in the county thank you very much Hoffman Brother Electric looking forward to working with you guys in the future.

Ethan was AWESOME. Very professional and personable. He did a thorough evaluation of my washer's error code and unlocked the washer door to give me access to a load that I was not able to due to lock not being operable. I was sad the repair would cost $100 more than a New Whirlpool Frontload but that didn't erase the fact of how excellent Ethan was from entry to exit. 5 Stars Plus!!!!

Well worth the money!! Bought a maytag a week shy of 2 years, broke down and needed more work than what I paid for it!! They came out the next day to inspect the issue. Wound up buying an LG washer from them. The maytag i bought from home depot, 2 sub contractor's showed up, hooked it up, left the box and trash in the alley, did not level it or haul the old 1 out! Hoffmann brothers brought my new one, leveled it (my basement is from 1848 and unfinished, btw), walked me through it, hauled off the old one, and from the 1st call, to the tech that diagnosed it, and the 2 guys that installed it were super nice, and did an amazing job. Thank you so much!!

The company made sure I got my furnace serviced eventhough I don't remember making an appointment. My puppy alerted me that someone was at the front door. It was Hoffman to service my furnace. He was in uniform with a company truck so let him go ahead and service it. He was rather young but he knew what he was doing. Time past and I asked him what are u doing. He kindly said your furnace is heating up on high too much. So he adjusted it and cleaned and serviced it. To tell the truth I was getting too hot when I turned it on but didn't think to call the company. So yes my furnace is working better and I am happy. I received my free furnace filters too. You may pay more with Hoffman but it is going to be done right and u can have peace of mind. Yes I like Kyle. He was professional and very knowledgable. I am in their membership. Thank you!

Joe was great. Very professional he explained everything he was doing. He finished early and reduced the bill as he should have. I really think these exhaust fans in the attic will help. Very satisfied.

Adam did a great job evaluating our refrigerator issue. While he was not able to fix the problem. He was able to explain why the water dispenser line is freezing and the limited options we would have to fix it. Thanks to his advice we will likely just be replacing it, but we appreciate his honest and straightforward evaluation and Hoffman's prompt service.

I got a whole house water treatment system installed as well as a new water heater and hot water recirculating line. Jason Moellenhoff from Hoffman did an excellent job installing everything. He made sure the installation allows for proper maintenance in the future, and he took the time to explain how everything works after he was done. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself. I highly recommend Jason!

Vince Hobein and Trent from Hoffman also installed a new heat pump and furnace with air scrubber, and we are very happy with the new system! Vince and Trent did a great job, as well!

I was extremely satisfied with my service from Hoffman Brothers they came HIGHLY recommended. The technician Rich Vogt was amazing he explained the problem very thorough and in detail where I actually understood him and did a courtesy check of my furnace only to report everything looks good what a relief. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and all around top notch service. I think i found my company where I'll be doing my business from now on and years to come. HB you guys ROCK!!!

Adam.. my brother.. Hoffman Brother.. He was extremely proficient at his job. He got some more life out of my oven. Quoted me my pick of a new double hung wall mount.. which I’m waiting to pull the trigger on. Cause he fixed my old stuff.. He also quoted my dishwasher n got me hooked up for next week the install included on the purchase and I signed up for a year maintenance program. He noticed I’m a vet n got a discount. All was great from start to finish. At 3:00 this morning I chatted with Hoffman AI and received a call before 7:30. I was able to get a morning appointment and Tyler was wonderful. He was very friendly and engaging and he provided great service to check all my HVAC and electical concerns, and even replaced my furnace filter for me that I had on hand, and educated me without pressure of their maintenance subscription program that I might consider. Thank you!

Zach was great. He thoroughly explained everything while he scoped the line, gave his recommendations, and provided reasoning behind everything he recommended. Fast quote estimate and got us on the schedule right away. Might not be the cheapest work around but I am happy we are working with licensed workers who have integrity to get whats needed done and not throw out random other things just to get more money. (A different company recommended lining our entire line and it was determined by multiple other companies this was completely unnecessary and would do nothing). So thanks Zach and Hoffman Brothers!

Hoffman Brothers was very courteous, they were very precise, very professional and after installing my new washer and dryer, they gave me an overview on the instructions and how to operate my new washer and dryer. They hauled away the old units and everything is working perfectly. I would recommend Hoffman Brothers every single time. Hoffman Brothers gave me more than my home warranty company could replace….my warranty company sent me a check to replace my washer, but wasn’t able to haul it away…..Hoffman Brothers did! Thank you soooo much!!!!
