I am thrilled with the recent engagement with Hoffmann Brothers around my electrical needs. They came out previously weren’t able to address the problem fully however, came back out and completely took care of the entire Situation. Steve was a Phenomenal electrician, very consultative and extremely helpful! I appreciate his professionalism and quality work!

I had asked for an estimate but Cody was able to do the things I wanted the same day. He worked quickly and was also able to install the hand-held shower I wanted even though it wasn’t standard. Not cheap but very happy!

The plumber, Vincent, came back to install a new shower handle after he had helped me the last time to find the handle online that I needed to order. What a knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient young man. He was the best!

Luke A was very professional and helped identify the problem with my washer quickly. He seemed like a seasoned professional and knew what he was talking about. He went above and beyond to offer advice and help find options that worked for me.

Had a great experience with Tyler S who was very thorough in handling my electrical repairs/redo of my electrical panel (he found some hazards in my older home that I didn’t know were there) and was prompt and polite. He explained how everything worked to me and tidied up the mess. I always have great service with Hoffman. 👍

Cannot recommend. I have paid for their maintenance service and have had several repairs done and new pieces of equipment installed. They have frequently been unsuccessful in accomplishing the task in one try and almost always have to come back the next day to correct the problem. They are unwilling to prioritize these call backs. I have had to wait days to get services restored that were working before their technician arrived in the first place. I will not be using again.

Tony Young provided my services on 1/15/26 and it was obvious from the initial inspection of my outdated electrical panel that he is truly dedicated to his craft. He provided detailed explanations regarding the process, performed necessary testing, etc. I even decided to move forward with scheduling replacing some light fixtures, as well as the panel, because I was so pleased with Tony’s services today!

Andrew not only has a great personality and is very nice person to deal with, he also did an awesome job for us today. We were having issues with our drain in the basement but he was able to come out and figure out that we had 3 baseballs stuck in there that had eventually swelled up to the point they had prevented water to drain through. Another company came out previous to Hoffman's visit and their solution was to jackhammer the floor in order to find the problem and fix everything. This would have been significantly more time consuming and expensive. So thank you Andrew for being able to do what others could not. You are a lifesaver!

The installation was fine! However, they disconnected my washer drain output and did not put it back, so when I tried to run my washer today it flooded my basement! I chose Hoffman because they promised great service and to be the best of the best. When they came to address it they were very dismissive and unhelpful. I would never use them again.

Zach and John was great to work with. He is very professional and very detailed. He is very honest and is about making sure you get the best work performance as well as one on one.

I was so impressed with Steve DeHoyos’ work repairing my sump pump pipe that I immediately became a member. Steve was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and wanted to know if I had questions. I look forward to many years with Hoffmann Brothers. This company is the best.

Hoffmann Brothers are always professional, efficient, and detailed. We agreed to replace our unit yesterday and it was completely installed today. Every employee has been incredible to work with.

I called to let them know I needed to get a new furnace and they sent someone out the same day...the person who listened and responded to my circumstance was extremely courteous. The Project Manager who came was extremely helpful and courteous. I look forward to getting my new furnace next week.

Josh was very responsive, kind, and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail. He took the time to determine what the problem was. He knew that I was worried about my issue being bigger than it was, and talked about how things progress in older homes.

Jason Moellenoff did a excellent job. He came in my home and introduced himself. Put covering on his shoes and proceed to check out the bathroom and downstairs in the basement and explaining to me the process of how he was going to proceed with the job. He let me know step by step what was needed in the future to avoid any more problems. I highly recommend Jason for his professional opinion. Thanks Jason

John is the absolute best! He was the plumber that fixed our outdoor Spigot last summer and was awesome. So naturally when we encountered a leak in our main bathroom we requested John by name we even waited an extra day for John. Needless to say he did not disappoint. It’s worth mentioning we have a home warranty and their plumber couldn’t fix the leak without removing the shower enclosure. John was able to fix it without removing the shower enclosure! No one likes having plumbing issues but if you do John is the man for the job!!

Carter Rudolff was utterly fantastic to work with. A+++! Very professional, on time, efficient and quality work provided. My furnace was an intolerable nightmare of noise.
