We originally had a quote with another company that could not book us immediately as requested. We were referred to Patriot Electrical Services, who booked us for the following day. They were also reasonably priced, professional and so easy to work with. They did an outstanding job and I have no regrets having them around. Excellent services!!

Patriot Electrical Services and its folks were prompt, careful, cheerful and quick. The whole process took under 6 hours from arrival to departure. Very good for needing to work in a crawl space and pull wire under the house. When my local building inspector came he made the comment that Patriot Electrical Services always does good work so their work is easy to inspect and approve. Big thanks for great work and a wonderful experience with a very quiet system that doesn't interfere with patio conversations when it comes on.

Paid service call fee over the phone as was required to book and now my card has multiple charges from this company as well as many others. Thank goodness I keep an eye on my statements. They never even showed up to perform the work.
I’ve tried calling number back the next day and the phone only gives an error message.
Avoid at ALL costs!!! Scammers!!!

Light replacement at work was a failure. New led light fixture in our cold room filled with water after 1 week. Update, the water leaking into the new fixture was not completely due to the installation. Water was found leaking onto the top of the cooler from a new HVAC unit. The previous fixture had the same water issue 14 years earlier and it was repaired.

He was called out the same day, during the original call ( for the washing machine, ) to access a potential electrical issue.

I was absolutely thrilled he was available, and was prompt.
Hoffman’s level of customer service is top tier, because it’s nearly impossible to find nowadays.

Allen S., Jeff, and Jake of appliances did amazing work. Complete professionals who went the extra mile communication was good. Expectations were good skill sets were beyond excellent. I would highly recommend them for any of your appliance needs.

If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.

Andrew was on time (BIG PLUS) and was very knowledgeable about everything that was done and he educated me more on preventive maintenance. This company has made me a believer and will continue to use their services

Great experience. Knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Replaced kitchen stack which became a bigger challenge than expected. Involved replumbing the stack and installing new dishwasher, sink, and faucet. All done well and I am very happy. Staff could not have been more pleasant.

After 5+ years and $10k+ spent with Hoffmann, they refused to continue service after damaging our mini-split during a cleaning (see pics). Manager was irrational and hung up the phone when I brought this to his attention. They’ve blocked my cell and provided an incorrect email to corporate. This is an honest recap. I’ve praised this company in the past, but their tactics are primarily to replace all existing equipment for profit. They’ve mislead several times by not acknowledging our Mitsubishi warranty. Please have a member from Corporate contact me to resolve.

Steve came to look at a plug in my living room it's turned out not to be the problem at all. While he was here I had him check some other electrical issues that he was able to take care of. He was prompt and courteous and I would recommend Hoffman Brothers two others
