Very Professional, reasonable pricing and efficient process!

Disappointed with Seller's Response to Property Damage: "I purchased this home and as part of the agreement, a home warranty was included. This warranty allows me to submit a punch list of items needing repair. Unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues with the seller's responsiveness regarding damage caused during the staging process.

Numerous walls around the house were damaged when the stage furniture was removed. Despite notifying the seller immediately, they initially insisted on addressing these issues on the 6-month punch list instead of the 1-month list. Now, months later, the seller claims they are "reviewing" the situation. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the seller's handling of this matter. Their lack of communication and disregard for the agreed-upon warranty terms are a major concern. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution when considering a purchase from this seller.

Must hire Nascar Drivers. Two flew past me easily going 30mph over the speed limit. A car was on the shoulder and the Truck driver had zero intent of allowing me to move over.
