We just had our panel upgraded and worked with Moses . He was very professional and friendly. He patiently answered any questions we had and thoroughly explained everything before and after the job was complete. They arrived for the job on time, worked efficiently and left the area neat and clean. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely use Elements Electric Services again.

We had a large repair that needed to be done and Alex from Elements Electric Services did a phenomenal job working through permits, scheduling our electrical company to ensure the repairs were done properly and on time. Everything went as planned and finished on time. I highly recommend Elements Electric Services.

I called Elements Electric Services and they booked me an appointment for Thursday morning. Moses arrived on time and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I love the set pricing structure. You know just what you're getting upfront. The problem was diagnosed quickly and power restored! Moses answered my million questions patiently and recommend solutions for the other electrical needs that I have for my 1960s-built home. I will recommend Elements Electric Services!!

Elements Electric Services guys were so very enjoyable to have in my home! They fixed switches, upgraded some of my lighting and installed several new fixtures. When the down rod on one pendant light was not straight, they managed to improvise a great fix so that I did not have to return a fixture. Any time we have electrical needs, we will again be calling on Elements Electric Services.

Hard to find parts for older electric systems when you need them. Have them solve your problems

Extremely slow service

Got what I needed ... Good place.

Called for simple info and they just hung up saying "call you local distributor".

Called to ask for a simple wiring diagram, was told they only sell new motors, "go online and look it up". Terrible service.

Very rude and I don’t know how you stay in business with people like this. Unreal behavior!!!!!

Called twice and got hung up on! the third time somebody picked up but was very rude and screamed saying they're busy and will call me back and hung up once again!

I have no idea how someone that treats people the way they do on the phone is still in business. Unreal
