I had a great experience here, I install solar panels and we had an issue with a water damaged inverter which we needed to replace. This was at a location a hour and a half away in Springfield Illinois, where our hotel was. Being the new guy I was elected in a not so democratic fashion to make that trip. the building was easy to find, there's an employee entrance halfway down the N.W side of the building, an entrance on the northwest corner of the building that's locked with a sign saying to go to the entrance halfway down the west side of the building if you want to get to the store.
Now, being that I'm a new guy, I don't know exactly how comprehensive the stock was inside the store but it seemed to me like they had a larger than usual supply of items, including electrician's bags and backpacks, all kinds of strippers, cutters, pliers, benders, zip ties, connectors, wire, rain gear and a slew of other things. what I mentioned is only on the racks in the stores they've got a warehouse behind that full of anything electrical A-Z I'm sure I'd certainly get extra points from Google if I listed everything I saw, as my review would set a record for the most characters in a review to date and all the online storage the review would take up would probably have to go against my 2Tb Google one membership so it wouldn't crash servers worldwide. if you get me, you'll understand they have what ya need.
Brock (I really hope I got his name right..) was very helpful, I asked him about pricing on a tool backpack and he looked up the prices on all of them for me without me having to ask. Here's my favorite part: because I had picked up the inverter on my company's account, he gave me company pricing on my personal purchase even though I was using my own debit card. I thought that was pretty awesome of him. I was surprised that everything I purchased came out to 30 bucks. Not bad compared to some of the bottom lines I have received at Springfield hardware stores, amounts which caused me much panic and still give me heart palpitations to think about to this day.
Don't forget to check this place out next time you need electrical supplies. I'm sure they've got whatever it is you're looking for, maybe not nichrome wire. I'm sorry that's an inside joke I've been looking for nichrome wire forever and employees at every place where I've inquire about it have looked at me like I'm a clown (*see attachment below) or something. it's super easy to find, you just have to go to a salvation army and buy a hair dryer and rip it open and pull out the wires that glow orange while it's in operation. Attach positive on one side and negative on the other side and if you got the right length, it'll glow without breaking apart. You can then use this glowing wire to precision cut acrylic, plexiglass, polycarbonate, Styrofoam etc. Make sure you wear respiratory PPE if you attempt this.

*If you do happen to be a clown and have perhaps found my comment offensive, please don't be so serious; I mean, a clown can take a joke right? Also please don't slither into my house at night and eat my family with your sharp clown teeth. I know it's hard to be an evil hellspawn but I certainly meant no offense. some of my best friends are clowns and I love circus peanuts okay? See? we're not that different! WAIT! Is that a Clown? AAAUUUGHHHH-SPLTH-THHHHHUUNNSTHH!!!!.......
    Just kidding I'm still alive.

Not sure whether Agilix are just incompetent or Crooks. Made an online purchase , after a week I never received a tracking number or shipping acknowledgement, however they charged my credit card the day after purchase. So, after 8 days in, I contacted them, and after three different
departments reps , their representative started hewing and howling about how they needed a copy of a PO.. Not a PO number , an actual copy of a Physical Paper Purchase Order. I explained that our company doesn't type PO s when making a daily purchase , as they are something we just write in a book internally to keep track of our orders. Inexplicably they repeated messing me about how they require a physical PO after I told them this isn't something our company uses and if this was a requirement, they should of never charged my Credit card ..Then without explanation, all communications went silent..
Needless to say I had to do a charge back to the credit card company..Unless you have time and money to waste ...avoid this company

We had the honor and privilege to lock arms with Agilix leaders, Bill, recently at the Home Builders' Association to educate and inform on electrical vehicle installation and options for consumers. Great company to work with!

They went above and beyond—cleaned up after themselves, walked me through the new remote system, and even lubricated the tracks at no extra charge. True professionals.

If you’re driving a company car, try not to drive like an a** hat.

To whomever was on my tail, doing 80+ mph in a work zone, swerving in and out of traffic on 55 SB at 11:20 8/18, I hope you have a terrible day.

Do better. You’re representing a company. You’re going to kill somebody.

these guys have no idea what they are doing. also highly inconsiderate and nasty attitudes. i wont be surprised if they get shut down for their shoddy work eventually, but i wanted to add a negative review to help that process along. dont trust them to build a house or do any work for you, they will cut every corner and drag it out way beyond any timeline you could imagine.

Literally the worst home builder ever. Bought a brand new house from them that came with a warranty. Fast forward, an unbelievable amount of shocking problems and AWFUL quality. Over $75,000 in repairs and going. Roof installed wrong everything leaks, mold, etc. best part is they will not respond even though there is a WARRANTY! Law suit here I come
