Great team to work with. I can just hand off projects and know that they get done. I do not have to think about getting over billed for the project, or them taking any shortcuts.

After the stress of dealing with the move and getting everything into my new building M-CO was such a huge help! The last thing I wanted to do was deal with mounting mounts and running any wires myself. Their office staff was and has always been readily available to answer any and all questions I have had. Their installation crew was super polite, clean and prompt; and they were AWESOME about explaining what they were doing and why! Not only was M-CO able to assist me with what I asked for, but they gave me POM that it was all taken care of and done so properly. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone I can.
.....also having them come back out as soon as possible to go over more suitable security options for the new facility!!

This was literally the worst company I've ever worked with. Please do not waste your time or money. They were dishonest, disrespectful and did not complete the job. It was an awful experience all around. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Liars. These people were completely dishonest. If you’re going to do something, be upfront about it. Don’t say you’re doing one thing when you know full well that isn’t the truth. Nobody likes blatant dishonesty.

& before the owner comes back with “no record” this, “disgruntled” that, don’t bother. Save your copy and paste response for the next one star review you get.

Their attention to detail in installing new fixtures was impressive.

They wanted payment in advance
They gave me a 3 hour arrival window
When they no showed they did not call
When I called them they said they were overbooked and could not make it all week.
They asked if I wanted to reschedule lol

This is the best electrical company I have ever worked with.They are my go-to company for all of my electrical needs.They do use the best materials and take their time to make everything perfect.Their work is very outstanding. They are very respectful and polite.I would definitely recommend them.

Alex installed a new breaker box and updated my grounding system. He was courteous, efficient, and tidy. He took time to show me what he 'd done to update the grounding system. He also explained what I can expect in the future in regard to the electric meter.

The electricians from this company showed up to do the work requested. Very nice and informative. The price was reasonable. They did an excellent work and have amazing guarantees. Would use them again if needed. Fabulous!

They came out to investigate an electrical issue with a switch, for which we paid a $99 service fee. After 8 hours of diagnostic (which we were not aware we would be charged for) and a $650 bill, there was no solution and the unlicensed electrician said it was a problem with an extension cord. We are calling a different, LICENSED electrician. Would not recommend!

Superb work by Elements Electric Services ! Their electrical expertise was immediately apparent and commendable. They were highly skilled and had top notch customer services. We definitely plan to join the ranks of repeat customers!

Setting up the estimate was simple with an automated email and text letting me know the time and date of the appointment. The actual installation took just as long as estimated and even though the job needed more work than expected the electrician didn't charge more than the estimated price. He also threw in some extras that I forgot to buy for the job. We had one change to make that was quick and easy. Definitely got money's worth and no surprises that some other service providers often hit you with.

Your two men came and installed hard-wired under the counter lights in my kitchen. Greg and his team were above and beyond outstanding. They worked steadily, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. I will call Elements Electric Services and specifically ask for them the next time I need electrical work.

Elements Electric Services communicated with me to ensure everything is where I wanted. They even went the extra mile and built my ceiling fan before installing and setting up the TV and wall mount. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. Will be using Elements Electric Services for my future upgrades.
