Southwestern Electric Company was in my cond0 unit for two days doing electrical remediation work. I have the highest of compliments for the company and the electrician doing the work. The electrician was helpful, moving furniture, even vacuuming behind stove and refrigerator! He was neat and conscientious. When moving cabinets, he was careful and when he needed to remove anything, put all back in its exact place. I have nothing but the highest accolades for Southwestern Electric and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Southwestern replaced our Federal panel in record time. Great pricing and even better service. Bryan and Jose were wonderful to work with. In and out, left the site in better shape than they found it. Knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. I can not say enough good about this company. I am a commercial general contractor and have been working with Tom Frisella Jr. at Southwestern Electric since 2005 and am always pleased with their professionalism and friendly service. They are competitive on price, do quality work and complete the work when they say they will.

Heritage Patio Homes is going through aluminum wiring remediation. I chose Southwestern Electric-Saint Louis from my received bids and am SO HAPPY I did. Aldin was amazing to work with. He explained to me what was involved in the remediation and patiently answered all of my questions, respectfully acknowledged all of my concerns, and quickly submitted a bid (which was on target with the work completed). Josh (journeyman) and Steven (apprentice) were professional, efficient, and just flat out nice guys to work with in timely completing my remediation job. If I ever need electrical work again, I will not hesitate to make Southwestern Electric-STL my number one call. As a side, my third-party inspector stated that Southwestern Electric-STL was a great company and that he appreciated the quality of their work. I hope this review helps someone else going through this process and that you will give Southwestern Electric-STL a call too.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with this company. The price was right, and the workmanship was outstanding. The two young man who came to our house were courteous, hard-working, and professional. We were highly recommend the company to anyone!

Southwestern Electric Company was absolutely fantastic. I had an electrician that ghosted me in the midst of a kitchen remodel. There were wires everywhere and shortcuts that shouldn't have been taken.

The electricians at Southwestern Electric Company came in and cleaned up the mess that was left behind and got our kitchen looking professional and up to code. The electrician that was assigned to us was extremely professional, a hard worker, clean and organized, and was incredibly willing to answer all of my questions. Trust me, I had a lot.

Our house went from a badly wired kitchen with pull chains and low lighting to a well lit and well organized kitchen and basement.

While this was pricier than we expected, we also opted to take the upsell to get 200 amp service.

I would definitely recommend this company.

Would not recommend!! The apartment complex where I live hired this company to do some rewiring and replacement of circuit breakers in individual apartment units. Maintenance in the apartment was being done while I was not home one day, and then when I returned home I found my door unlocked, open for anyone to just walk in, with no technician present (note that my door is to the outside, not a hallway). Several minutes later he came back, and I asked why he didn’t lock my door, and he acted like it was no big deal that he left my apartment unoccupied with the door unlocked for God knows how long. This is a major security breach and extremely unprofessional conduct on behalf of this contractor. If you value security, I would not hire this company.

My condo association is requiring that we upgrade all of electrical aluminum wiring. I sought 4 bids and Southwestern Electric was the right choice! I worked with Aldin to get the proposal. He answered many follow up questions and he returns calls and messages promptly which seems unusual these days.
The 2 guys that came today (Enes and Otto) were professional and friendly. They worked so hard all day and left my place clean! I offered to buy the lunch but they wouldn't allow it and they never stopped working. They even carried out a counter for me that was heavy to help me out so they went above and beyond! Everything looked great and the price was fair and they had a 0% interest option for 12 months that was so easy to navigate. I am so happy with this company and everyone I dealt with there. If you need electrical work, this is your company for service and price! I'm a very happy customer!

Just completed my whole house, and it looks fantastic. Great workmanship. My house is big and requires lots of maintenance, they did a great job with it. I had lighting installed in almost every room and also had outlets switched. My house before was dark but it’s now all lit up. Very pleased!

Excellent customer service. Ron came out to do the bid. It was very reasonable. Lon came out to install the electric car charger in the garage and did all the electrical work to the breaker box etc in the basement. Both were very knowledgeable professional and personable. They explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. They really went above and beyond. Always showed up on time. Completed work properly and as quickly as possible. I will always call them for any future electrical needs. I’m now a loyal customer!

Highly recommend Reinhold Electric. I received multiple bids. Reinhold was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. They were very professional, on-time, performed quality work and were extremely communicative. Ron Magnuson was fantastic to work with. Will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Kevin from Reinhold Electric came to install a light fixture and some outlets in the kitchen, garage and drawer charging station for us during our kitchen update. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and respectful of property. 10 / 10 would call Reinhold Electric for any future electrical needs.

Lost power to half of my mobile home called reinhold to see if they could fix the problem and said they could come out that day Kevin doemie showed up at 5pm 0n 7/12/2025 Kevin checked the main fuse box to see if one of the breakers was bad they all checked out good then he checked outside the home to see if anything was wrong he didn't see anything wrong then he started checking all the light switches and outlets found the light switch in the kitchen had a bad splice in the light switch he fixed the switch and the power came back on I was expecting to pay over$600 dollars but it was under $400 great price great job Kevin

Love my new HVAC system from Reinhold Electric. Everything was very professional & timely from start to finish. The guys cleaned up when the project was done. They were friendly, considerate & punctual.

Was so pleased with Reinhold! They were quick, easy to work with, and when I got my itemized invoice, it was $600 less than my original quote. As a recent widow, I APPRECIATED the honesty and professionalism! 10/10 would recommend!!

I don’t normally post reviews, but I wanted to sing some praises for Matt Souders and Reinhold Electric. We renovated a house from top to bottom and had to meet several inspection deadlines. Matt worked with us to be sure we passed all inspections on time, he communicated with us regularly, and he made suggestions and did a great job helping us make decisions about placement. Not only was Matt a great electrician, he was also a positive person to work with. We definitely hope to work with Matt again!

Definitely stay away from this company!! bought 2 cummins generators from these people. Spent $25,000 to add these unit to two different house. Neither unit has ever worked correctly. Call them numerous times to fix them and they work for about a week then they stop! I’ve needed these generators 4 times and they have only worked once. You would think someone in that company would give a crap but apparently now I’m not getting anyone to call me back. So I’ve had to call Cummins service out of Saint Louis. Hopefully they will be able to help. My advise to Reinhold electric is, stop selling generators you can’t install correctly!!!

Their technician, Ryan, arrived promptly at the exact scheduled appointment time. He carefully and patiently explained to me all the work he would be doing, and the timeframe about how long it would take. He was ever so kind and pleasant.

Ryan was also very conscientious and respectful about adhering to my concerns regarding making sure he always closed the outside door on this very cold day, since he needed to make several trips inside the house where I keep my tropical plants.

He worked diligently and proficiently, completing the work at the time he initially stated. Ryan is a tremendous asset to Reinhold Electric.

Just saw one of your techs (he was in one of your trucks anyway) give a barefoot homeless guy a pair of socks/shoes at a stop light. I’ve never used your services but thought that was really cool. God bless.

First time guy was quick and things going again one hour. Second time different two guys came out the one-track mud into the house, the other guy did a poor job in the garage with the panel
