Evans Flooring & Mirage Hardwood Floors

Evans Flooring recently removed our old bamboo flooring and replaced it with Mirage solid oak hardwood flooring. There was an issue with the floor style and its availabilty which delayed delivery, from Canada, but Evans Flooring negotiated with us on the price. The crew quickly and carefully removed our bamboo flooring. Then tirelessly the crew sanded the sub floor and just as quickly and carefully installed the oak flooring. The crew allowed selection of the oak wood planks to eliminate those with large knots and discolored planks resulting in a floor with matching hues and similar grain.
The crew was courteous, polite, professional and assisted us with moving our furniture. We are very happy with our new oak hardwood flooring and recommend Evans Flooring.

I've been struggling to decide on a floor for my back two bedrooms. My boyfriend's neighbor invited us in to tour their new house. . .I instantly fell in love with their floors. We connected the builder and asked. He said he got the floors at Evans Flooring and only identified the color "oasis tan."

It was a bit of a challenge to find the building but I HIGHLY recommend this as your first step if you're updating flooring. If you are looking for hardwood or Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring... this is the place. We got there 30 minutes before they closed and Brad, the owner, was so helpful. He knew immediately what I was looking for. They pulled out a box, put several planks on the floor for us to see. He explained the differences between the different products, gave us tips on installing it (my boyfriend can install the floors), gave us a GREAT price, and they have the flooring in stock!! I wish I would have found this place years ago . . and I HIGHLY recommend.

Use caution when dealing with Evan's Flooring. I see many great reviews, so I am not sure why this was handled so poorly. We hired them to refinish our hardwood floors. During this process the "team" trashed our yard, left cigarette buts everywhere around our yard, drank our drinks in our refrigerator without permission, left toilets used and unflushed (along with on the floor), ripped our internet punch-down box out of the wall, and did not follow schedule at all. On top of this coming home to see that the poly was not properly applied or only one poorly done layer was done at best. After all this an apology was sent. Communication past this point became nonexistent. Nothing was fixed, we lost out on our money, and we had poorly done product. I recognize that there are many outstanding reviews, so I am not at all sure what happened with our project. I reiterate use caution.
