Excellent cleaning, prompt and efficient as well as pleasant cleaners! Top notch!

The cleaners were on time and did a fantastic job. It was a bit expensive but two ladies were here for three hours.

This service has been a godsend for me while I navigate work + work travel + young children. It is a premium service but someone once told me that you pay more for consistency and security and I find it to be true. They are also very flexible: when my children have been sick or we need to cancel for travel, they've always let me reschedule our pick up at the next scheduled date.

My main crew is fantastic--really lovely, hard-working women. Ashley is also great. They sometimes sub people, and those women are also pretty good, but my main crew is stellar.

Molly Maid does such a wonderful job with our home every month! Amber and Heather are kind, delightful, and so diligent with our home. I am extremely grateful for the amount of care they put in every time they are here!

Amber and Heather did a great job! They were attentive to our needs. They really seemed to care about leaving us with the house in the best possible shape. We really appreciated them!

These are just a few pictures of what it looked like AFTER they cleaned and charged myb93 year old father $200. They have these photos and have not offered a refund or anything. This is not the first time we have had issues. They are horrible. You give them direct instructions and they don't do it. EDIT: So after refusing to answer the phone until today, MEGAN the owner told me that she dropped a check for $60. This is supposed to cover 4 FOUR visits filled with complaint and concerns. Seriously.....Keep in mind I have over 100 more photos I offered to send her plus video from inside my house where her QUALIFIED staff were sitting on my furniture on their phones instead of cleaning. What a joke.

We paid them for a deep clean. I was in my room working for most of the job, and when they came in to clean my room, I went out to mow the lawn. I saw them leave, and when I came back in, the first thing that I noticed was that the bathroom (specifically the toilet) was still dirty. There were a bunch of other things that were still dirty, too (vents, dust bunnies in corners, dirty baseboards, messy cabinets, etc.). I assumed (wrongly) that a "deep clean" would cover those things, but I guess I'm an idiot.

All of that pales in comparison to the gouge job they did to my table. It looks like they set something with no rubber pads on it (probably my countertop fryer, but idk) and scooted it around 100-150 times. That absolutely wrecked a 4x4-6x6 section of the table.

They sent some guy out to look at it. He denied accountability and then left after I told him that I didn't want a patch job and I wanted the table to be returned to the state that it was before we paid them $350 for a mediocre cleaning job and a jacked-up table (I didn't use the word 'jacked').

I called up immediately after he left, and the gal on the phone was absolutely no help.

But hey, they vacuumed behind the couch, cleaned the stove and shower, so that's pretty cool.

Molly Maids has been amazing for my family and I. They do such a thorough job and the ladies are very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Amber & Heather have been servicing our home for several years now and we’re nothing but pleased with their work. Not only do they renew our stovetop and bathtub on a biweekly basis, but they’re also timely, engaging, and pay attention to detail. From adorably arranging the cat pillows on our couch, to always finding a way to make sense of the coffee table clutter, these ladies are our family’s trusted source for housekeeping.

My house has clutter so I understand and expect some dusting/details to be missed but I did not expect visible dust/smudge/bread crumbs/etc to be missed. The pictures below speak for themselves. I had my first cleaning and there was a lot missed and so they sent a member of management out the second cleaning and it was a little bit better but the missed areas were once again present on my last cleaning. I am having a member of management come and take a look one last time and if my next cleaning is not done well I will be canceling my services. Very disappointed and payments are made by me without problem. The workers are very nice but seem to either be rushed by company or not detail oriented as you would expect a maid service to be. Of note, on one of my visits the woman was talking to her coworker and I overheard her state “how am I supposed to do my job right if they are rushing me”. I gave two stars because of the responsiveness of management and the workers are nice.

I've never been treated so badly by any company in my life. I hired them to do the cleaning I cant get around too, the deeper stuff. Wash backsplash, clean the bathroom, wipe down high traffic areas. The counter top in the kitchen, stove and appliances. High touch areas, doors, light switches, cabinets and baseboards.

The first service was supposed to be the deep clean and then bi weekly.
The first service they didnt do the light switches, didnt wipe doors, didnt clean the shower, didnt wipe the baseboards, didnt clean behind the toilet or the toilet lid. Didnt clean the stove grates, didnt clean the backsplash. Didnt clean the counters tops in the kitchen. Didnt vacuum the couch. They didnt vacuum the house at all.

The floors were dirty when they left.

Basically everything they promised is covered in the pamphlet wasnt done. The lady who did my quote walked my whole house and told me all these things would be done.

So when they called me after my service I told them about everything that was missed and they sent someone else out to make it right. She was irritated that she had to come do a job for another crew and wanted to do the bare minimum so she can be done. In the end i had to go around and clean everything after them to get the things they missed because I didnt want to be a complainer.

My 2nd service was 3 weeks 7/15/2025 later because they were trying to get me on the same schedule as my neighbor.

I was told with each service it will get better as we get to know one another and they know what my needs are with my house. My needs are not unique, its everything in there pamphlet they say they cover is all I wanted.

My 2nd service I wrote a list because they told me I need to tell the maids what I want so nothing is missed. Rather then me feeling like a jerk standing over them telling them what to do. I took there own list and made a list with check boxes so they can see what I needed help with.

The 2 white girls who came in my home young 20s on 7/15/2025. Let me know this wasnt there route and they never come to North St. Louis and how they normally only service customers in Ladue or Kirkwood. They said the girl who was supposed to do my route today got sick and went home early so they got stuck doing it. I can tell they didnt want to be in the area let alone clean my house. I showed them the list and told them its nothing crazy just the stuff already on your pamphlet of things you cover. I said I didnt want to tell them everything and I hope it makes it easier.

I went outside to my garage to give them space. They started cleaning and to my surprise they were contacting the main office complaining about my list trying to get out of cleaning my house.
I was given a call from a very rude man who right away tried to start the conversation off by saying this isn't a right fit and they won't be cleansing my house saying I want them to do things they dont do. I said ok, what did I ask for that you guys don't cover. He seemed mad I asked. I was confused as to why he is even calling let alone not telling me what ive done wrong.
I kept asking what am I asking for that they don't do. He kept dodging the question trying to talk to me in riddles. Finally he said for instance we dont "WASH" baseboards.
I said but your pamphlet says you do wipe baseboards down and the lady who did the walk though on my house told me you do. He said yes we do wipe baseboards. Your asking us to wash your house and we dont wash houses. I said wipe, wash its the same thing to me. Thats what I mean.
I then see the maids drive away and not clean my house. I was shocked. They are leaving. Why because my list covers everything they do but I used the work "WASH" instead of "WIPE" This is crazy. A company gets mad at me for asking them to do the thing they themselves advertises they do and even had a person walk though your house and confirm they will do and now because I used the wrong word on my list they call me and bi little me. Profile me as a problem customer because of my occupation. I was crying.

If I could post a zero star I would.

Three ladies came to my home for the VERY FIRST TIME today. They walked in the door and in less than 30 seconds, they dented my floor, scratched my table and broke a lamp.

Here's what happened;
I had my front door open, so they just came in, which I guess is OK. No doorbell, just came in. Fine.

The first lady walked in and I said, "Hi! I'm so glad you're here!"
Her answer? "hi". She was very shy, looked to the other two, possibly to communicate with me.

The next lady came in, stopped behind the first lady and dropped her hand-held vacuum so hard it vibrated the lid on a jar on my mantle. The vacuum dented my hardwood floor. I mean, she didn't even bend over to place it on the floor. She just dropped it from hand height, and shook the all hoses off her shoulder, tumbling them in a knot onto the floor. She was NOT careful. I started worrying right then.

The third lady came in with a very large bag over her shoulder. She turned sideways to fit in the entry because the other two stopped in the doorway, and she didn't have enough room to clear the door. When she turned, she knocked over the lamp with her huge bag. It shattered all over the floor.

That lamp was hand-painted. It probably wasn't worth much, except it was from my mother as a housewarming gift for my first house. My mom is dead, and the lamp cannot be replaced. I've had that lamp for 46 years.

They all just stood there with their mouths open, not one moved. When I said, "Oh, no my mother gave me that lamp!" the FIRST lady said sorry (very quietly.) Then the other two said, "Yea, sorry."

NO ONE TRIED TO CLEAN IT UP. They just stood there looking shocked. They stood there for a good 30 more seconds, looking shocked.
I said, "I can't do this. Please leave."
They just stood there. Then I said, "Seriously. Get out."
They just stood there.
Then I said, "You're fired."
Then they turned and left. No apology again, no offer to clean up the mess, nothing.

It wasn't just the lamp, but that was a big part of it. It was also dropping the vacuum, it was walking in with no greeting, it was not asking/helping to clean it up, it was the inability to understand what I was saying, it was their attitude.

I don't know who Molly Maids hires, but these three either weren't trained correctly, or they hire anyone off the street. DO NOT HIRE MOLLY MAIDS.

I have Tammy and Casey clean my house every month and they do a great job! This month I had to make a last minute change to the day and got a new crew. Whitney and Kelly also did a great job! It is really nice to come home after work and be able to see "WOW! My house is cleaner!"
