i requested a deep clean. that included baseboard, kitchen, inside and outside the cabinets, etc. i am still finding grime on my cabinets afterward. i can move my finger on the cabinet and pull grime off of it still. this was not clean. i even had the maids come back and try again and my cabinets were still sticky afterward. after having that clean for another hour i decided it was not worth it to continue with these maids and wanted them out of my home so i told them it was fine and to go. i found dirt, dust and grime inside the empty cabinets which this clean was specifically done to prevent. i am still finding baseboards that are dirty. there was still dirt on my floors. this was poorly done and i wont use your service again. it was sad because i was looking to start do regular cleanings but this changes that.

EDIT: i am still finding cabinets that they did not even open. What an awful attempt, pathetic

They are very thorough. I am neat and do not have large messes to clean, but having them once a month to dust above doorways and dust baseboards and give our bathrooms a very thorough clean is so helpful
They are very reliable and it is easy to communicate with the office if an issue ever arrrises

On July 8 Team 9 did a very good job on my house. They did a very good job on the floor vents of my place. I certainly recommend them for doing a very worthwhile cleanup of my place.

Molly Maids did a deep clean of my client’s apartment. They were convenient to schedule, worked hard and delivered a clean apartment as promised! They were kind and accommodating to his particular needs. We plan to schedule routine cleanings with the same crew please!

Scheduling our cleaning was super easy and they had availability that fit my needs. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. I will absolutely continue to use Molly Maid and recommend them highly.

I have received there services for a number of years. It started with my 2 bedroom apartment and now my house I have been in for 4 years, so yes that long. U definitely WOULD NOT spend money with a company that long if you WERE NOT pleased !

This was my first time using Molly Maid and I was blown away by the service. The level of detail surpassed my expectations and everyone was extremely nice. I can’t recommend them enough and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

They did a good job. Especially floors and vacuum. The kitchen sink could have been better around the disposal and drain area but overall it still looks better than it was

Cannot recommend this company enough. I use them 1-2 times per week. I have worked with multiple of their cleaning crews. They all do an amazing job. They show up on time. The office managers are so pleasant, always find a way to accomodate my scheduling needs, and are great at relaying communication between me and the cleaning crew. Communicate your needs to them clearly and they will have your home looking SPOTLESS!

Stephanie and Majda were at my house for a deep clean for four hours. Boy, did they clean! I recommend them 100%. My house has never looked better, even the dog fur is gone.

I was very disappointed with the service. I spoke with a lady on the phone and we discussed how I would receive a move-in clean. $130 an hour for about two and a half hours. The maids cleaned for maybe 45 or 50 minutes. They barely did any of the things I asked them to do because they did not have enough time from the management. In the kitchen, my cabinets were still dirty, my drawers were still dirty. The bathroom shower had long pieces of hair left in it and there was still dirt on the walls and the shower shelving for bottles and the like. With the amount of dirt discovered, I wonder, did they mop the areas of the apartment I was told they would mop? Were the blinds cleaned? What other areas aren't clean that I don't know about? None of the window sills were cleaned, all of them still had dirt left on it. I would never recommend you all because of the lack of communication between the maids and management --they didn't even know it was supposed to be a move-in clean when I told them. They spent the first 5 or so minutes just talking on the phone with management because I guess no one told anyone anything. They didn't even tell the maids how long they were supposed to be here to clean, they were confused if they were only supposed to be here for 1 hour -- and that's exactly what happened. I was so excited too. I took pictures of some of the dirt I found and the paper towels were so brown after I wiped the drawers and cabinets out. I am so disappointed and I am so super sad I took money out of my tiny budget to use your service.

I think the maids themselves were great though, and it wasn't their fault no one communicated to them. And with the time they had, I know they tried their best, and perhaps if they had been told how much time they were supposed to be here, they would've had more of a chance to notice the other dirty areas. They were very polite and sweet. I see a lot of other people had really good experiences in the reviews, so although I would not ever recommend them myself, perhaps this was just a severe lapse in professionalism. The maids have great service and they are so kind and understanding, they even cleaned around my router and modem because I couldn't move it, and nothing was damaged and it didn't get wet. I did witness them mop the kitchen and the living room, as well as the refrigerator. 5/5 for the maids <3 I wish I had gotten their names.

Heather and Amber with Molly Maid are great. They clean our house well, I trust them implicitly and my dog loves them (which doesn’t always happen!). We appreciate Molly Maid for such a great team.

The workers are fast and efficient. The house looks great.

I'm really appreciative of this team and company here. I had a high-end item missing about the same time the cleaning staff came, so of course I had assumptions. Kristina the manager was amazing and supportive during this scare with full support and great attitude. The item eventually turned up (wife's fault =p). I feel so terrible because Amber and Heather are really great workers, and I actually request them for cleaning because they're so good at their jobs! Kudos to the owner for holding a great time as its not easy finding good people, and we look forward to having Amber and Heather in our homes for future work.

Samantha and Teresa did a super job. I appreciate their hard work. Their presence in my home while I was out shopping did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. They seemed very trustworthy. I hope I get to use them in the future. Have a nice thanksgiving. Remember have an attitude of gratitude.

Pleased beyond my expectations. I'd never used a service preferring individual. They cleaned things I'd never even thought of. Ladies were pleasant but got to business. Love that there is not a contract. If you're hesitant go ahead and try them.
