They did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts. Amazing attention to detail. Great service. I was very impressed and would hire them again.

We had a problem scheduling service with an initial no show but the recovery from the error was excellent. In addition the window cleaning was great, upholstery cleaning excellent and the two men providing the service very polite and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

Just had these people over to clean my gutters. Checked them afterwards with a drone. This would have been an easy thing to "skimp" on since most people cannot see their gutters. Good news! These people did EXCELLENT work and the price was wonderful. So good I'll be able to have them back twice a year. Very happy. Need to see what else they offer.

Deluxe Cleaning greatly disappointed, and I cannot recommend them. We hired Deluxe to deep clean our home prior to putting it on the market. One of the crew members arrived at 9am smelling of weed and munching junk food. He spent much of the day on his cell phone discussing some friend's or family member's criminal-law problem. This guy, plus another crew member, took off early without telling other members of the crew. On the plus side, the windows were done very well. The steam cleaner did a fine job on the carpets and the upholstered furniture. The general cleaning, however, was poor. I had to point out obvious things that were missed or done only partially: dirt, scuff marks, cobwebs, grease marks on the stove splashboard, etc., the kind of stuff you pay deep cleaners (in Deluxe's case, $40/hour per person) to actually clean. Basically, except for one guy, the general-cleaning crew did not seem to care but simply went through the motions. Specific examples of not caring include Deluxe crew members removing electrical outlet covers to plug in the vacuum, then failing to put the covers back; they were just left on the floor next to the outlets. Shelving was removed but not put back. When I pointed these numerous and signficant deficiencies out to Deluxe's Mike Driscoll, he gave no apology and took no responsibility, just repeated his sales pitch of how great Deluxe was and how long it had been in business. From a customer-service standpoint, the man appeared tone deaf. This was infuriating. Driscoll did send people in the next day and day after. Supervising this work took up hours of my time and hours of my real-estate agents' time. We had to ride and ride and ride Deluxe and its crew to get the job done right. Lest you think I am some whiny-Karen customer who cannot be satisifed, I told Driscoll that my real estate agents -- impartial and experienced professionals who had in fact recommended Deluxe -- would be the ultimate judges of when the house had been properly deep cleaned. Driscoll's final bill ran 50% over the estimate. Driscoll claims to have written off a substantial portion of crew time, but he never acknowledged responsibility or showed regret for sending uncaring and incompetent people in the first place. Nor was there any recognition by Driscoll of his having grossly underbid the work -- just a demand for payment of the invoice in full. Will Deluxe get the job done for you? Based on my experience, only if you ride them constantly and are prepared to pay way over the estimate. From what I have seen, if you want deluxe cleaning done professionaly and efficiently, look elsewhere than Deluxe Cleaning.

After rehabbing an house there was plenty of drywall dust everywhere, not to mention it was just plain dirty from top to bottom. 4 guys descended on the house and worked together to transform it into a spectacularly clean renovation that was ready fir Stagers. They were so polite, and willing to help out getting rid of some things that were left over in the garage. I am super pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them.

I ALWSAYS read reviews prior to requesting service from companies. I googled reviews for Deluxe Cleaning Service. I combed through review after review of 5 star ratings and was thoroughly please with what I read. I work overnights and was lightly napping when they arrived for my 9am appointment for Duct Cleaning service. The crew was on time, they introduced themselves and explained everything that they would be doing. I left them to get started and lightly dozed in and out while watching TV in my bedroom. Let me tell you....these nice men were quiet, professional and handled everything with care. They took the time to label each vent prior to scrubbing them clean with soap and water. After packing up to leave they advised me that their service was complete. I looked around each room and they cleaned up after themselves so good that it looked as though they were never here!! I had mentally prepared myself to clean once they left, but to my surprise I didn't have to clean anything!! I would recommend them over and over again!!!

I recently hired Deluxe Cleaning for a comprehensive cleaning job that included gutter cleaning, power washing of my driveway, window cleaning, air duct cleaning, and carpet cleaning. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service they provided.

I was just behind a Deluxe Cleaning van on I-255 for maybe 3 miles before the Belleville exit. In that time they proceeded to throw multiple drive thru bags of trash out their window, almost hitting my car. They then moved towards the center lane and proceeded to throw additional cups from the center lane, over the left lane (where my car was) towards the side of the road. Littering in any agency vehicle is extremely unprofessional. Chucking your trash in a way that could easily impede someone's vision on the interstate is dangerous. But the added irony that this van belonged to a cleaning company.. Blew my mind.

Two Ladies and A Bucket is the best cleaning company that we have used. We have had three other companies and Two Ladies does the best work, is the most professional and prompt, and is honest and can be trusted in your home. I highly recommend them!

We have been very satisfied with the quality of cleaning from our lady, Alma. She is very friendly, cleans thoroughly, and is good with our pets. Customer service is great too, whenever I call the office, they are helpful and courteous.

I originally had my first cleaning in October of 2024. My review wasn't very favorable in January of 2025 after having time to observe things that were missed in cleaning. I have since had a second cleaning in February of 2025 with much better results. Alma is amazing and did a wonderful job. I look forward to having Alma clean on an ongoing basis.

My friends bought me gift cards to Two Ladies & A Bucket for a new baby gift (best idea btw!), choosing them because they were local to STL and women-owned. I scheduled a deep clean and was so happy with the result! Two very kind and friendly women spent from 8:30-2pm cleaning every part of the house. I was most impressed with the immaculate job they did on our master shower. It's so difficult to clean!

I had a full top to bottom cleaning done and the experience was great! The main office was super friendly and got me scheduled in faster than I expected and answered my extensive amount of questions. The cleaning team did a wonderful job on my home, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen which were my highest priority. They even made the toilet paper look like in the hotels and vacuumed my couch and ottoman with the fancy vacuum lines. I also appreciated that they asked about what my floors were made of so they didn’t use anything that would damage, and floors have never looked better!

They do a good job but at over $50 per hour for one cleaner, to me, it is a very expensive service.

I originally posted that it would be a great franchise, but it is not a franchise. I know that because, seconds after i posted the orginal review she requested in both an email and in a text with a link to google reviews, the owner called me to debate the cost and corrected me. She said their “prices are in line with other large cleaning companies” so maybe I should have written “I am in no way a subject matter expert on the cost structures of large cleaning companies, but the prices large cleaning companies charge per labor hour seem outrageous” in the original review.

Guessing this review will stay posted about three minutes. 😌

Sammy has been cleaning our house for quite some time now, and she is wonderful does everything we ask and really cares about what she is doing. I highly recommend her. Incredibly happy with her and her services and two ladies in a bucket. Do not need to watch everything she does as I know she will do an excellent job and always has me inspect everything, really nice to have her.
