Could not recommend enough!! I live in a 2 bedroom condo that was in desperate need of a deep clean. Katherine came in and did a walk through of the space to assess some of the needs I shared with her. I originally just asked for a deep clean, but she recommended a deep clean with organization to help us maintain the space more easily moving forward. This was my first time using any sort of cleaning service and her expertise was sooooo helpful throughout the process! I did not know what to expect but she gave us some suggestions for things we can do, get, and look for in terms of organization prior to the service (all optional, of course, but made for a huge difference!). When her team came, they were very kind and VERY thorough in each space. My kitchen looks brand new, our bedroom and office feel like completely different and much more functional spaces, and above all else it feels like we have our home back after several months of chaos! I hope the wonderful ladies who cleaned my home know what they did for me and my husband, I can’t even put into words what this means for us. I was crying happy tears when they left, that is for sure!

Definitely look into using Olivia’s if you need a deep clean or even regular housekeeping. It is WELL worth it!

The crew always shows up on time and leaves the house smelling wonderful. We have 2 dogs that shed and it is so nice have the house cleaned and all the dog hair vacuumed up. Olivia's cleaning service was referred to us and we would 100% recommend them to anyone else. This is one of the best investments we've made in our house overall. Knowing the house will be cleaned leaves us to enjoy our week nights and weekends doing things we truly enjoy.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Olivia’s Cleaning Services! They’ve been amazing to work with and have always done a great job with the house. Katherine is very responsive with any communications and very flexible if our schedules need to change. I have absolutely no complaints with her crew; they’re so friendly and leave our home looking spotless. Her price is extremely reasonable as well. Katherine was wonderful to work with. She listened and assessed what our needs were, and let me tell you, she had her work cut out for her! My fiancee is selling his house and she orchestrated from start to finish how to get the house ready to sell...and then she cleaned the house afterwards. She had great ideas and insights about what needed to be done and the complete timeline which fit our needs perfectly. She is compassionate, takes initiative, and treats you like you are a part of her family. I am happy to announce that not only will my real estate agent be using her services for Olivia's Cleaning service, but the house she devoted her time to is now under contract and closing in two weeks! Thank you is not enough to say because she puts so much time and energy into making your house a home that you feel good to live in. Her energy and ability is top quality. I trust her to be in my home and I have respect for her integrity and attention to detail that got my fiancee's home ready for sale. Using her for your cleaning needs is up her alley. She supervises her team that does a great job of cleaning. That is what she does best and where she shines most, pun intended!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Olivia’s Cleaning. They just came today for the first time and I was very impressed. I had used a franchise service for the last couple of months and while they were good, they weren’t great. So I contacted Olivia and she came out within a couple of days to give me a quote. Her crew came today and did a WONDERFUL job! In addition, Olivia is very friendly. While their work is professional, in dealing with her she’s also very personable and wants to ensure her work crew does a great job. She was here when she promised she’d be and stuck around for a while to ensure her crew knew the expectations. I only wish I would have found her sooner! We are officially switching to Olivia’s Cleaning from now on!

UPDATE - Response to the owner's reply:
I've attached the messages I received from the owner that show:
1. The owner threatened me in the very beginning about taking legal action and call the police if I post a negative review;
2. After I said I was definitely willing to take this matter into legal action, because they already charged me $450 on my credit card, they said they didn't want to go legal;
3. I did asked for a discount politely but they refused and said it was too late. After I posted the review, the owner said she would give me a one time discount if I could take down the review;
4. The owner questioned my integrity and verbally abused me after I agreed to take my comment down;
5. The owner asked for $135 at first then raised it to $180 and I never agreed to that amount and then she just charged my card without my consent.
I don't need to be ashamed for posting my honest opinions here on Google Reviews. I think it's clear who's the bully here. If this is how you run your business and treat your customers, I have nothing else to say.

It's definitely a lot more expensive compared to other cleaning services that I used in the area. The first service they charged me $270 for 2b2b, for other companies that I used before the cost was between $180-$220. The quality I got is very similar to what other companies provided. None of the ladies who came speaks English so the communications took time and also I think there might be miscommunications due to language barrier. I decided to do a regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning because I didn't need most of the services offered in the deep cleaning.

They said for regular cleaning the they will dust off surface of furniture, an example I can share is that I have a cat tree in the master bedroom, they only dusted off the bottom of the tree and left the top undusted. After paying $270, I was not satisfied with some dirty spots that are pretty obviously seen on the wall, so I had to agree to pay $135 for them to come back and fix the wall, even though they said in their service agreement that the fix should be free if the customer is not satisfied with the clean. However, upon arrival, they changed the price from $135 to $180 on the spot because they say it will take at least one hour to clean. At the end of the day, I paid $450 IN TOTAL for this clean. It was not even a deep clean. They didn't even clean the fridge or oven, which was fine because I didn't ask for a deep clean. The deep clean would cost a lot cheaper than $450. They LIE about being transparent in prices because They NEVER mentioned their 50% discount to me even when I signed up for biweekly service in the first place. The deep clean with 50% discount would only cost $275. They didn't mention it and now they said it was my fault not choosing deep clean. Nonetheless, even one time deep clean had a discount of 30%, they could at least offer me a discount, but they didn't.They admit that it's not fair on my end, but they refuse to give any discount or partial refund because they just want to take as much money as possible.

There are a lot other cleaning services in the area with better price and service. I would definitely NOT recommend using Olivia's services. After being treated like this, I consulted with an attorney and got legal advice which I sent to the owner, and then they "block" me. Instead of communicating with my attorney and taking this matter into legal, they posted awful words here on our posts, judging and saying bad things about their customers, like it's all us customers' fault. If you check my online history, you will see that I've NEVER posted such a long post, I've NEVER wasted this much time on arguing about this little amount of money. I do believe a customer should be treated fairly and respectfully. I wish Olivia's Services had never showed up on my search for cleaning services, I regret using their services very much.

My wife and I were so impressed with what a great job they did. The house smells unbelievably amazing and is cleaner than it has ever been (no offense honey)! I cannot say enough good things about the cleaning team that was at our house today!

From our first contact with Katherine, to the gleaming finish of our deep cleaning, our experience with Olivia’s Cleaning has been exceptional! I have been using housecleaning services for 3 years and Olivia's cleaning service is the most impressive I have ever used.

First, Olivia's knowledge of home textiles such as flooring and wall material is exceptional. She displays a keen understanding of materials and how to maintain them through proper cleaning methods. In this, I feel I have a partner in caring for my home, not just a disinterested cleaner who will come and go. More than once she has taught me something about caring for the textiles in my home that I never knew!

Second, her team is efficient, professional and effective. They clean the first floor of my home (~2,000 square feet: master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry room) in about an hour. They don't dawdle, chat or take phone calls during their work. When they are finished, my home practically sparkles!

Finally, we are having our kitchen redone and Olivia is already asking about the materials in our new kitchen and thinking about how to keep them clean and in good condition. I continue to be impressed by Olivia's care for my home!

I really value Olivia's cleaning service, and I look forward to having her keep my home looking fabulous for many years to come.

Olivia’s is the service you didn’t know you needed! I originally hired them for a post construction clean following total remodels of 3 bathrooms. They made all the Sheetrock dust disappear and left everything pristine. Due to an injury, I was not able to do more than maintenance cleaning in my home for several months. I had Olivia’s come back for a deep clean and could not be happier. Everything sparkled, including the inside of my oven and fridge. They are the BEST!!

We’ve been using Olivia’s Cleaning Service for about 9 months and they have been a joy from the beginning. They come by twice a month, are very professional, efficient and the house is left looking and smelling great. They even do little extras like folding blankets, collecting/gathering small items. And if I ever have a question or comment, they are super fast to respond and address. We’ve also asked to switch days and they have been able to accommodate. Absolutely would recommend Olivia’s to folks looking for quality, RELIABLE service!

We booked monthly services within an hour of the team coming to our home for a deep clean. The communication and service is incredible, the team is phenomenal and they were great with our pup who likes to investigate what’s going on in the home. My only regret is that I didn’t find and commit to Olivia’s years ago.
