They did an excellent job at deep cleaning my home. They covered every single detail. I’m a single working mom and it’s quite difficult for me to have the energy to deep clean. I finally feel at ease knowing my home is “factory reset” clean and I can now maintain it a lot easier. Olivia’s Cleaning services are worth every penny!

Avoid the company! There are three issues happened concurrently:
1. $400 jewelry was missing after the cleaning service
2. Secretly took the pictures of my apartment without my approval
3. Uncleaned stove

Here is the story:
Before the owner arrived, the cleaning staff were hardworking and provided great cleaning quality. However, after her arrival, she started to slow down the whole cleaning progress intentionally, and left without 100% cleaning the kitchen. Kitchen stove was still in a mess...

On the same date, I also found my $400 Hermes bracelet missing from the orange Hermes case placed in the plastic box i have stored jewelries for years, and any other more affordable jewelries (without obvious brand cases) in that plastic box were still there... I watched the box very carefully for these days since the some of most memorable and valuable items have been in it. A few days ago, It's still in it. Now it's gone. What a coincidence!

Also, it seems some of the staffs or owner herself took pictures of my apartment without my consent based on the conversation with the owner on Jan 31st. She also told me she is going to post those pictures on Yelp, which will violate my privacy.

Overall, the owner is also obviously trying to cut down the proper working hours, getting more profit from the deal. I will not recommend the cleaning service to anyone and highly suggest avoid that!

The Team that serviced my home was AWESOME! This was my first experience with using a Cleaning Service and they exceeded my expectations! They worked as a Team, extremely efficient and very professional! The Team Lead’s ability to guide the Team was commendable! I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend this business!

My house needed serious help after my surgery. They came in, on short notice, and made my house shine! I was so impressed that they treated my home with the HIGHEST standard of care. I have guests coming into town tonight and have 0 worries about them being happy and comfortable in my home. I never thought I would be excited to have cleaners come over.

The cleaning team did a phenomenal job! Purchased the deep clean option for a very dirty apartment that was unused during the summer, and the team managed to accomplish a complete transformation. They worked very hard even though the apartment was hot and did a thorough job.

Olivia’s cleaning is extremely communicative. They do a great job of ensuring everything is clean up to my standards and also takes the time for extra attention on certain rooms if I asked them too. Cannot recommend them enough.

I don't think my house smelled bad before but it certainly smells wonderful now. Excellent job cleaning our carpets. Great price, friendly staff.
