Great Job!! I booked online and the website is easy to navigate. Sam and Rico came when scheduled and did a fantastic job. They were careful with our interior stuff and made all the windows shine! The price was very fair and we are so pleased with everything. Dave’s Cleaning is all-around superb. We will have them back to do windows each year or sooner.

I saw Dave's advertisement in ValPak before we moved into our home. Once we were near completion on the renos, I called to schedule an appt. I specifically asked about the window sills and paint removal from several window panes. The nice lady assured me they clean the sills and the paint removal would be an upcharge. She gave me an appt date with a window of 10-2. I informed her I had an outside appt at 10, but took it because my husband was on vacation and would be home, and the next appt wasn't for a month.
On the day of the appt, I received a text at 8:48, he was en route and would be there around 9. I let my husband know. My husband called me around 10:15 to let me know the windows looked great and Sam was polite and professional. When I returned home, I noticed the sills weren't cleaned. The next morning, I called to inquire about the sills and I hear a man in the background yelling "I don't believe her and tell her to send pictures." The lady then informs me they don't do sills, just the windows and tracks and their som, Sam, has been doing this a long time. I explained, I wasn't attacking Sam, he did a great job on the panes, I was calling about the sills she told me they cleaned AND to let them know we'd like them to replace the screens, but since they brought it up, the tracks weren't cleaned either. I sent the photos and Dave responded the tracks were atrocious and it would take forever and q-tips to clean them amd Sam had already spent 3 hrs. on a job that should've been under an hour. I assured him
he did not and was out in just over an hour. I further explained I knew they were filthy, they were that way when we moved in, which is why I called them. Long story short, Dave later apologized that I heard him yelling he didn't believe me; I wished him and his business well.
The price was very reasonable for the window cleaning. I was very disappointed the sills weren't cleaned as I was told and I'll find someone else to replace the screens on the windows. Sam was great, per my husband, and the windows sparkle. I'll chalk it up to Dave having a bad morning, but I don't have an excuse for the tracks and sills not being cleaned as advertised and discussed.

Rico and Chris did an amazing job! The grout in my kitchen looks like new! They truly cared about the quality of their work and periodically checked with me to make sure everything was OK with me. I would definitely use these two guys in the future!

The young man that performed the power washing on my home did an outstanding job! He was professional knowledgeable and extremely timely!

Did a great job replacing my window screens. I removed the screens and made sure they were outside during the time window given to me. They picked up and returned them about a week later.
