I booked for duct cleaning of my apartment prior to moving in. Dalton Cleaning team reached on time and was very professional. They did a very thorough job cleaning and left the house spotless. I will definitely use their services again.

I am pleased with these guy's performance. They had an opening the following day, which worked out well. The technicians were quite competent. They used professional equipment, and it was obvious that they were thoroughly cleaning the air ducts. I examined before and after photos and saw a significant improvement. They removed a lot of lint and other debris from the air ducts. Last week, I bought an older home, which was much needed and well worth the money and piece of mind. Thanks again guys!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt I had to inform you of my bad experience with Dalton. I contacted Dalton to have my air ducts cleaned. I went with Dalton based off the Google reviews being really good. When I called, I spoke to someone who quoted me at reasonable prices and set me up with an appointment. When the tech arrived, he was polite and went through the house to see what needed to be done. After his inspection, he quoted me higher than what I was originally told. He said that the main unit itself was going to be $599 to clean. I asked him why the prices were higher than what I was told on the phone. He said when Dalton is busy, they contract other cleaning companies and our prices are different. So I then questioned the $599 charge for the main unit as this is considerably higher ($424 higher) than cleaning a return duct. He said an extensive cleaning will be done of the main unit and it is recommended. I agreed and he began to work. Everything was going smooth until it was time to clean the main unit. He went to the basement, then went outside for a break. Came back in and was done cleaning the main unit in under 10 minutes. 20 minutes less than it took him to clean 2 supply units upstairs. When he left, I reviewed my basement security footage. All the tech did was opened up the 2 supply units leading to the main unit and vacuumed them out. That was it! $80 worth of work and charged me $599. I immediately requested a refund of the $599. Long story short, Daltons 3rd party customer service is unorganized and failed to provide a reasonable resolution, $250 back or they could come back out and give a deeper clean. I refused both as $250 back would mean I would still be paying for something I never received and I didn't want to deal with this company anymore so the other option was declined. So it has been disputed via credit card company and I have every reason to be upset. Poor service, poor quality. Please use another company!!!

Very happy with the service by Paul and Patrick. We watched the technicians as they worked and were very impressed with the professionalism. Paul took the time to educate us on proper filter installation, home owner maintenance and told us we'd get a free service next time we call for duct cleaning. After getting a package, including sanitation, they threw in dryer vent cleaning. To save yourself some money buy all filters in advance and ask them how to install it.

Dalton Cleaning guys did a great job. Their prices are fair. They were able to adjust the scheduled air duct cleaning, so I could have it done before family came in town. They showed up on time, did the work, left with no mess. Very professional service. Thank you.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but the services I had completed at my home approximately a month ago were more than underwhelming. I’m embarrassed to even say what I paid for less than sufficient service. I had never had my air ducts cleaned before, and I kept waiting for the “big finale” of the cleaning that never came.

First of all, the technician called ahead and was pleasant, but he was a subcontractor of Dalton Air Duct Cleaning, not even with their company. He used a shop vac to clean out the registers (something I could have done myself) and then brought in a larger vacuum tool to clean the main air return line. Bottom line is he only spent about 10 minutes with that tool in the basement and I really don’t know what was accomplished. Before and after photos? None.

To top it off, he forgot his shop vac and I had to wait at my house for him to come get it the next morning.

Bottom line is I should have done more research before committing to this outfit. Their address on Google is a vacant bowling alley. Their reviews mostly appear to be orphan reviews, or people that don’t exist. Save yourself the trouble and look for another duct cleaning company.

Supply vents had dark streaks and dust blew out visibly when fan ran high. Booked complete air system cleaning—registers disassembled and soaked, ducts agitated/vacuumed, returns sanitized, coil detailed. Team contained everything perfectly, showed dark dust volume removed. Streaks gone, no visible dust blow, air quality crisp, HVAC quieter, surfaces cleaner for weeks. Impressive transformation.
