I spoke with Samuel this morning when he drove up & told him that Spring Green reseeded my lawn last fall & this Spring the grass looked great and all the bare spots were full of new grass. However, with the long drought this summer I was concerned about whether the new grass survived so he checked & told me some spots may not have survived the drought but he gave me 2 bags of grass seed & told me after it rains to work up those areas & spread the seed & keep watered for 2weeks. I appreciate that he took the time to analyze the situation & gave me 2 bags of grass to fill in the areas that may not have survived. He was very helpful and courteous.

My wife was home at the time of his arrival; I was not. She said everything went well. I met him last season. He was pleasant and professional.

Our technician, Bill, gets all gold stars from us today. The application was perfect, he told my wife to wait at least 30min before letting the dogs out, and he left behind a baggie full of extra seed. Great guy and great company! Thanks for bringing my lawn back to left after a brutal summer.
